Logistic Mapping-Based Complex Network Modeling  [PDF]

Abstract:

In this paper, a new topological approach for studying an integer sequence constructed from Logistic mapping is proposed. By evenly segmenting [0,1] into N non-overlapping subintervals which is marked as \"\", representing the nodes identities, a network is constructed for analysis. Wherein the undirected edges symbolize their relation of adjacency in an integer sequence obtained from the Logistic mapping and the top integral function. By observation, we find that nodes’ degree changes with different values of \"\" instead of the initial value—X0, and the degree distribution presents the characteristics of scale free network, presenting power law distribution. The results presented in this paper provide some insight into degree distribution of the network constructed from integer sequence that may help better understanding of the nature of Logistic mapping.

Abstract:

The combination of government reserve and enterprise reserve is one of the main models of emergency material storage in Beijing City. In recent years, China was advocating the government and enterprises to establish multi level and multi mode of the storage mode to save cost and improve efficiency. This paper uses mathematical model to establish a cooperative game premise condition, then analyses the emergency material storage cooperative game between the government and the enterprise and establishes binding cost apportionment and punishment measures to get a stable cooperation, so that both sides obtain the biggest benefit. Finally, based on the game of government and enterprise cooperation establish cost lowest Beijing emergency materials storage and transportation mode.

Abstract:
The correct analysis and evaluation on present situation is the key to improving emergency logistics capability in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This paper took emergency logistics capability in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object. It established analysis model of emergency logistics capability in Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on fuzzy matter-element method. This paper did further study by applying this model. Accordingly, it obtained variation chart of the first-level indicator capability and variation trend chart of comprehensive capability. Finally, this paper summarized and verified research result. The conclusion of this paper has certain instructive effect on improving the emergency logistics capability in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and that could be of referential value for the evaluation and analysis of similar problems.

Abstract: 气候变化、生物多样性及生物资源等方面的热点研究越来越多地涉及到水生生物,<濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约>(CITES)也日益关注水生野生动物的贸易管理问题.自CITES第九届缔约国大会以来,CITES附录物种的讨论中越来越多地出现水生生物种类,有关的管理机制正在不断完善之中.中国是水生生物的利用大国,CITES对水生生物贸易的管理将会对我国产生深远影响.本文对CITES中水生生物的管理情况进行了回顾,同时结合公约第十四届缔约国人会的最新信息,分析了目前的热点问题,探讨了其对我国水生生物管理的影响.分析结果表明,CITES对水生生物的管理正在不断扩展,力度不断增强,CITES正趋于参与商业开发水生物种的管理.有鉴于此,建议加强水生生物资源利用及管理方面的基础性研究,为资源保护、可持续利用及国家制订公约履约策略提供依据.

Recombinant constructions and infectivity analysis of tobacco mosaic virus and attenuated tomato mosaic virus N14 genomes

Abstract: The recombinant clones of pTN and pNT have been constructed by exchanging the coding regions of the movement proteins (MP), coat proteins (CP) and 3 noncoding regions between the cDNAs of the tobacco mosaic virus (Chinese Isolate, TMV-Cv) and the attenuated tomato mosaic virus N14 genomes, and used as templates forin vitro runoff transcription. Their transcripts have been used for tobacco infection assays. The infection results show that the transcripts of pTN and pNT are infectious. Local lesions were observed in the leaves ofNicotiana tabacum cv. Samsun NN inoculated with pTN transcript, but were fewer than those in the same kind of plant induced by pTMV-Cv transcript. Systemic symptoms were also observed inN. tabacum cv. Huangmiaoyu induced by pTN transcript, but were slighter than those on the same kind of tobacco induced by pTMV-Cv transcript. Local lesions were shown inN. tabacum cv. Samsun NN inoculated with pNT transcript, but were more than those in the same kind of plant induced by pN14 transcript while no systemic symptom was displayed inN. tabacum cv. Huangmiaoyu. These results suggest that the recombinant viruses of TN and NT are able to propagate in the assayed tobaccos, and they keep the most same phenotypic character with pTMV-Cv and pN14 transcripts, and TMV-Cv and N14 as well. The conjunctions between the replicase and the MP, CP and 3 noncoding regions are not stringent. Apparently there is a compatible function complementation between the homologous subgenomes of TMV-Cv and N14. From those above it could be probably presumed that the mutagenized replicase gene of N14 plays a major role In contributing to the virus attenuation while its mutagenized MP gene could avianize the symptoms of the infected tobaccos.
A New Approach to Group Signature Schemes

Abstract: This paper presents a new approach to group signature schemes. The advantage of this approach is that it provides a concurrent join and fast revocation to group members. Using this method, Based on the famous BLS signature scheme from bilinear pairings, we put forward a new group signature scheme. Due to the simple constructive method and the sound properties of bilinear pairings, it is shown that our scheme is very efficient. The proposed scheme is dynamic and has the advantages of short signature length. We analyze our scheme using the formal security notion of a dynamic group signature scheme and show that it satisfies the security properties of correctness, anonymity, traceability and Non-frameability.
Security Analysis and Improvement of Hsu et al. Threshold Proxy Signature Scheme

Abstract: In 1999, Sun et al. proposed a new (t, n) threshold proxy signature scheme based on Zhang's threshold proxy signature scheme. But in 2003 Hsu et al. pointed out that Sun's scheme suffered from a drawback and demonstrated an improvement to counter it. In this paper we point out that Hsu's scheme suffers from an it insider attack against their scheme. That is, a malicious proxy signer can forge a valid threshold proxy signature on any message. To thwart this attack, some improvements are further proposed.
An Identity-based Mediated Signature Scheme from Bilinear Pairing

Abstract: It has always been a critical issue to find efficient methods for fast revocation of a user's identity in identity (ID)-based cryptosystems. Unfortunately, none of the previous ID-based cryptography can find a practical way. Libert et al. and Baek et al. respectively propose an ID-based mediated encryption scheme based on the practical ID-based encryption scheme from bilinear pairing due to Boneh and Franklin. Both schemes provide an efficient method for immediate revocation of a user's identity. However, no ID-based mediated signature scheme from bilinear pairing has been found so far. The essential reason is that most of the previous ID-based signatures from bilinear pairing are no ``good'' enough to generate their mediated versions. In this paper, we first presents an ID-based signature scheme from bilinear pairing. It is secure against existential forgery under adaptively chosen message and ID attack in the random oracle model. Furthermore, it has the good property of addition, thus can be used to construct an efficient ID-based mediated signature scheme. Combining this scheme with one of the above two mediated encryption schemes yields a complete solution to the fast revocation of a user's identity in ID-based cryptosystems from bilinear pairing.

Abstract:

Glibenclamide, a blocker of ATP-sensitive potassium channels, has been found to induce apoptosis in some cell types, including pancreatic beta-cells. Since autophagy plays doubleedged roles in pancreatic beta-cell survival, frequently through cross-talking with apoptosis, we investigated if glibenclamide induced autophagy in INS-1 rat insulinoma cells and the influence of autophagy on apoptosis. Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a negative regulator of autophagy. As one of the substrates of mTOR, p70 S6 kinase (p70 S6K) is phosphorylated upon mTOR activation. Our results showed that glibenclamide induced an elevated protein level of the autophagy marker LC3-II, while decreasing phosphorylated p70 S6K, indicative of inhibition on mTOR signaling in INS-1 cells. Furthermore, inhibiting glibenclamide-induced autophagy via knocking down the autophagy essential gene Atg7 decreased cell viability and increased apoptosis in INS-1 cells. Our results indicate that glibenclamide induces autophagy in INS-1 cells, and that autophagy activation is exerting a protective activity against apoptosis.
