Abstract: Using the properties of theta-series and Schwarz reflection principle, a proof for Riemann hypothesis (RH) is directly presented and the first ten nontrivial zeros are easily obtained. From now on RH becomes Riemann Theorem (RT) and all its equivalent results and the consequences assuming RH are true.
Inhibiting pain with pain— A basic neuromechanism of acupuncture analgesia

Abstract: (i) The structure and function of the meridian (channel and collateral) described by ancient medical doctors may correspond to the blood circulation, nerve control and neurohumoral modulation of modern medicine. (ii) The needling, which can injure the tissue, is a noxious stimulation inducing pain. Acupuncture manipulation, such as lifting and thrusting, twisting and twirling, or electroacupuncture (EA) with the sufferable biggest intensity for patients should be a stronger pain stimulation. The needling sensation of soreness, numbness, distension and heaviness is a deep pain. (iii) There is an intrinsic analgesic system in brain, which centers around the periventricular and periaqueductal grey matter, contains endorphins as possible mediators, goes through the descending inhibition system in medulla oblongata, and acts on the gating mechanism in spinal cord. It could be producing analgesia while the system is activated. (iv) NRM might be a supraspinal center modulating pain, and the R-S neurons could form a basic circuit of negative feedback modulating pain. The discovery of excitatory-inhibitory reversible R-S neurons may give a neurophysiological explanation for the double direction modulation of acupuncture at acupoint. (v) Non-noxious stimulation such as massage or stroking could excite type I and II afferent fibers, producing a weaker and transient analgesia through the spinal mechanism. When the acupoint is near the pain area, the afferent information from them could be converged on the same and neighboring spinal segments, the light acupuncture or low intensity of EA also has analgesic effects, showing acupoint specificity. But the acupoint specificity is not limited in a specially designated channel line, and it is closely related to the segment of innervation. (vi) While acupuncture manipulation of lifting and thrusting, twisting and twirling or a high intensity of EA is used, because the intensities of these stimulations exceed the threshold of afferent C fibers, they could fully excite III(Aδ) and IV(C) afferent fibers, producing a strong and lasting analgesia, mainly through the supraspinal negative feedback mechanism modulating pain, it has curative effects. Therefore, the essence of acupuncture analgesia may chiefly be inhibiting pain with pain.
Understanding the newly observed Y(4008) by Belle

Abstract: Very recently a new enhancement around 4.05 GeV was observed by Belle experiment. In this short note, we discuss some possible assignments for this enhancement, i.e. $\psi(3S)$ and $D^*\bar{D}^*$ molecular state. In these two assignments, Y(4008) can decay into $J/\psi\pi^0\pi^0$ with comparable branching ratio with that of $Y(4008)\to J/\psi\pi^+\pi^-$. Thus one suggests high energy experimentalists to look for Y(4008) in $J/\psi\pi^0\pi^0$ channel. Furthermore one proposes further experiments to search missing channel $D\bar{D}$, $D\bar{D}^*+h.c.$ and especially $\chi_{cJ}\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$ and $\eta_c\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$, which will be helpful to distinguish $\psi(3S)$ and $D^*\bar{D}^*$ molecular state assignments for this new enhancement.
Study on Decision Support System of Employee Turnover Risk Management

Abstract: Employee turnover risk is becoming an important aspect that influences the stability and development of enterprises in the times of knowledge economy. After analyzing the factors of employee turnover risk which would threaten enterprise production and operation activities, a decision support system in this field will be proposed, and it is realized by message processing mechanism, software combination technology and system integration. Also, the corresponding management strategies were set up to manage the risk effectively in this paper. Data, information and knowledge that the system needed come from both enterprise internal application systems and external systems. The decision support system is proved to be effective in improving employee turnover risk management in enterprises. This paper will present the structure and components of the system based on Web Services, which are provided by Analytic System. Some strategies to deal with employee turnover risk will be given and this will be the last part of this paper.
A Further Investigation of Product Specialization in International Trade

Abstract: According to the two empirical observations about U.S. imports, endowments-driven ‘within-product specialization’ has been increasing. From the data analysis, both these observations are shown extending to the imports of Brazil, India and Japan. However, in this paper, our finding is focused on that two factors driving the classical observations. First, China is the dominant low-wage exporter of multiple-sourced products. Second, the most developed countries remain the primary exporters of multiple-sourced products. When China is deleted from the U.S. import data, there is no trend in across-product specialization; also, rich exporters are increasing their trade share of multiple-sourced products. This paper builds on the method pioneered by Schott. Since without consideration of China data has no theoretical justification, these results should be viewed as a way of deepening our understanding of Schott's his empirical results.
The hidden charm decay of Y(4140) by the rescattering mechanism

Abstract: Assuming that Y(4140) is the second radial excitation of the P-wave charmonium $\chi_{cJ}^{\prime\prime}$ ($J=0, 1$), the hidden charm decay mode of Y(4140) is calculated in terms of the rescattering mechanism. Our numerical results show that the upper limit of the branching ratio of the hidden charm decay $Y(4140)\to J/\psi\phi$ is on the order of $10^{-4}\sim 10^{-3}$ for both of the charmonium assumptions for Y(4140), which disfavors the large hidden charm decay pattern indicated by the CDF experiment. It seems to reveal that the pure second radial excitation of the P-wave charmonium $\chi_{cJ}^{\prime\prime}$ ($J=0, 1$) is problematic.
How to detect super-massive binary black holes at parsec scales

Abstract: It is difficult to find or identifying the binary black holes in parsec scales, since the dual AGN may be merged quickly. It is required to explore more possibilities to identifying binary black holes in parsec scales, we give some discussions, especially with the VLBI methods.
Are CSO host-galaxies undergoing merging?

Abstract: The galaxy-type CSO (compact symmetric objects) rate from an intermediate large sample PR+CJ1 is found to be consistent with the Sb-Sb merger rate of 4.6% in redshift z<1. The CSO detection rate seems going down when the sample size is increasing, which could not reach the high merger rate in z>1, yet no deep VLBI sample in z>1 is available now.

A search for binary black hole candidates from the VLBI images of AGNs

Abstract: We have searched the core-jets pairs in the VLBI scales ($<$1 kpc), from several VLBI catalogues, and find out 6 possible binary black hole (BBH) candidates. We present the search result and analyze the candidates preliminarily, and further study with multi-band VLBI observation and optical line investigation would be carried out in the future.
