Abstract:
From the first year of Baoding, Yu Xin’s uncooperative attitude towards the regime of the Northern Zhou Dynasty gradually turned into his identification with the culture of it. After that, he opened his heart and tried to integrate into the Northern Zhou regime successfully. His specific performance is in six aspects: actively engaging in politics, writing the temple poems for the Northern Zhou Dynasty, eulogizing the regime of the Northern Zhou Dynasty with poems, writing inscriptions and epitaph for the meritorious statesmen of the Northern Zhou Dynasty, being concerned about the extinction of the Northern Qi Dynasty by Northern Zhou Dynasty, and being worried about the political situation in the late Northern Zhou Dynasty.
Enhanced specific immune responses by CpG DNA in mice immunized with recombinant hepatitis B surface antigen and HB vaccine

Abstract: CpG DNA was used as an adjuvant for recombinant HBsAg to immunize 6- to 8-week-old female BALB/c mice with or without alum for different dosages. The production of HBsAb, CD80 and CD86 from dendritic cells, and cytokines IL-10, IL12, etc., were analyzed and compared for the performance of immunization.5-20 μg CpG DNA had the best co-stimulation effect of HBsAb serum conversion for mice vaccinated with recombinant expressed HBsAg. The mice vaccinated with recombinant 20 μg CpG DNA and regular vaccine (containing alum adjuvant) had the highest concentration of antibody production. IL-12b, IL-12a and IL10 mRNA reached to the peak level between 3 and 6 hours after the CpG DNA induction in splenocytes. The expression levels of CD80 and CD86 leucocyte surface molecules were increased with 20 μg CpG DNA alone or with 20 μg CpG DNA and 4 μg HBsAg.Our results confirmed the adjuvant effect of CpG DNA for HBsAg in the mouse model. The increase of IL10 and IL12 production suggested the involvement of Th1 cell activation. The activation of CD80 and CD86 molecules by CpG-ODN might be part of the mechanism of T/B cells coordination and the enhancement of recombinant HBsAg induced immune response.Hepatitis B (HB) is the disease caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and is the most commonly seen liver disease worldwide [1]. Three-dimensional Morphological Analysis for Geological Bodies and Application

Abstract: To address the spatial Morphological analysis of complex geological bodies in stereoscopic quantitative prediction of concealed ore bodies, a three-dimensional morphological analysis method for geological bodies based on 3-dimensional raster model under visualization environment was put forward by combining mathematical morphology with Euclidean distance transform theory. Firstly, the 3-dimensional visualization models for geological bodies were constructed on the basis of the 3-dimensional geological modeling (3DGM) technology; Secondly, the algorithm for extracting the surface shape trend of geological body with the 3-dimensional raster model was proposed by using mathematical morphology filtering. By the combination of morphological filtering, global set operation and three-dimensional Euclidean distance transform, the models for the quantitative analysis and hierarchical extraction of the shape undulance were established. Lastly, as a case study, the three-dimensional morphological analysis method was applied in analyzing quantitatively the Xinwuli magmatic body in Fenghuangshan ore field in Tongling, Anhui Province. By means of the calculation model of Euclidean distance field, the quantitative extraction of the shape trend and shape undulance as well as the angle between geological interface and trend surface, as the quantitative indexes of geological ore-controlling factors, were achieved after building the 3D raster models of the magmatic body. The results show that the morphological analysis method is feasible to calculate various morphological parameters of complex geological bodies and extract quantitative indexes of geological ore-controlling factors successfully for stereoscopic quantitative predication of concealed ore bodies.

Abstract: The thermomechanical behavior and the distribution of residual stresses due to thermal spraying of NiCoCrAIY coating were studied by thermomechanical finite dement analysis. The effects of phase transformation due to solidifying process of coating particles, thickness and material properties of coating on the residual stresses were discussed.Results showed that residual stress decreases little with the stress relaxation due to the phase transformation. For the substrates with the same thickness, the residual stress increases with the increase in coating thickness. The state of residual stresses relates to the material properties of coating and substrate closely. The stress-induced failure model of coating is also discussed.

Abstract: Spontaneous vesicles from the aqueous mixtures of dodecyl sulfonate betaine (DSB) and sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) at certain mixing ratios have been demonstrated by using calorimetry, freeze-fracture transmission electronic microscopy (TEM), negative-staining TEM and dynamic light scattering (DLS) methods. The addition of NaCl will promote vesicle formation and the heat effect of monodisperse vesicle system is greatest. Meanwhile the mechanism was analyzed from the viewpoint of packing parameterf, molecular geometry structure and interaction.
Si-based Multielement Thin Film Prepared by r.f. Reactive Sputtering at Room Temperature

Abstract: a-Si:C:N:H thin films have been deposited at room temperature by r.f. reactive-sputtering of a Si target in an Ar+H2+N2+CH4 gas mixture. Fourier transform infrared-absorption spectroscopy and optical absorption spectra have been investigated for the films. The study shows that the film structure and optical, electrical properties are obviously modified readily by controlling the process parameters of deposition. The nitrogen-rich a-Si:C:N:H films are thermally stable within the temperature ranging from 200 to 800°C. They are of interest for the potential applications in electronic devices.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economics, it is an inevitable trend for power grid development to adopt long-distance and large-capacity AC-DC parallel transmission. During the initial stage of power system interconnection, the security, stability and emergency control of AC weakly interconnected power transmission paths are affected by large-capacity DC blocking to a certain extent. Through constructing the typical operating modes of AC-DC hybrid grid, this paper analyzes the AC-DC coupling effects and the characteristics of imbalance power allocation under the occurrence of large-capacity DC blocking, and further studies the impacts of interconnection of power grids on the security, stability and emergency control of AC interconnected power transmission paths under the occurrence of large-capacity DC blocking and elaborates the necessity of strengthening the coordinative development of AC-DC systems in the process of AC-DC interconnection of power grids, which provides the technical support for the planning, construction, and secure and stable operation of the interconnection of power grids.
