Research on the Trans-Regional Integration of Chinese Family Enterprise Based on the Perspective of Organizational Trust and Control

Abstract: Under the background of Chinese Regional Market Segmentation and Familism Dilemma, this article deeply analyses Hope Group with the method of case study and then demonstrates the relationship between the trans-regional market scope, organizational trust and control. The result shows that, on the one hand, the market scope influences the way of control directly, that is, with the expansion of the market, family enterprise tends to adopt formal control rather than informal control. On the other hand, the scope of trans-regional market integration affects the way of organizational control indirectly by having an influence on organizational trust. With the enlargement of market scope, the evolution of organization trust helps to optimize control mode and finally achieve the integration of formal control and informal control in China’s family enterprise.
Chromosomal Rearrangements between Serotype A and D Strains in Cryptococcus neoformans

Abstract: Cryptococcus neoformans is a major human pathogenic fungus that can cause meningoencephalitis in immunocompromised hosts. It contains two divergent varieties, var. grubii (serotype A) and var. neoformans (serotype D), as well as hybrids (serotype AD) between these two varieties. In this study, we investigated the extent of chromosomal rearrangements between the two varieties, estimated the effects of chromosomal rearrangements on recombination frequencies, and surveyed the potential polymorphisms of the rearrangements among natural strains of the three serotypes. Through the analyses of two sequenced genomes from strains H99 (representing var. grubii) and JEC21 (representing var. neoformans), we revealed a total of 32 unambiguous chromosome rearrangements, including five translocations, nine simple inversions, and 18 complex rearrangements. Our analyses identified that overall, rearranged regions had recombination frequencies about half of those around syntenic regions. Using a direct PCR screening strategy, we examined the potential polymorphisms of 11 rearrangements among 64 natural C. neoformans strains from five countries. We found no polymorphism within var. neoformans and very limited polymorphism within var. grubii. However, strains of serotype AD showed significant polymorphism, consistent with their hybrid origins coupled with differential loss of heterozygosity. We discuss the implications of these results on the genome structure, ecology, and evolution of C. neoformans.
Noble gas abundances and isotopic compositions in mantle-derived xenoliths, NE China

Abstract: Following the researches of helium isotopic compositions in mantle-derived xenoliths in eastern China, this study reported noble gas abundances and isotopic compositions of mantle-derived xenoliths from Kuandian of Liaoning Province, Huinan of Jilin Province and Hannuoba of Hebei Province. Compared with the middle ocean ridge basalt (MORB) and other continental areas, mantle-derived xenoliths in NE China are characterized by slightly low noble gas abundances, 3He/4He equivalent to or lower than that of MORB, 40Ar/36Ar lower than that of MORB, 38Ar/36Ar and Ne-Kr-Xe isotopic ratios equivalent to those of atmosphere. These results indicate the heterogeneity of subcontinental lithospheric mantle beneath northeastern China, that is, a MORB reservoir-like mantle beneath Kuandian and an enriched/metasomatized mantle beneath Huinan. Low 40Ar/ 36Ar ratios in the three studied areas may imply that a subducted atmospheric component has been preserved in the subcontinental lithospheric mantle.

Abstract: In the title compound, C16H14N4OS, the three fused rings of the benzothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidinone unit are essentially coplanar, the maximum deviation from the mean plane being 0.067 (3) . The dihedral angle between the mean plane of the fused rings and the imidazole ring is 72.00 (3)°. Offset π–π stacking interactions involving the fused rings are effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure. The centroid–centroid distances between the thienophene and benzene rings, and between the pyrimidine and benzene rings are 3.67 (1) and 3.93 (1) , respectively. There are two intramolecular C—H...O interactions.
Formal Description for an Object-Oriented Role-based Access Control Model

Abstract: Role-based access control(RBAC) is a promising technology for managing and enforcing security in large-scale enterprise-wide system, and we were motivated by the need to manage and enforce the strong access control technology of RBAC in large-scale Web environments. Majority of traditional access control models were passive data-protections, which were not suitable for large and complex multi-user interactive applications. In this paper, we develop a general model to control users’ behaviors based on their roles actively, and proposes a framework of well-defined Formal Description for developers to build application-level access control based on users’ roles. It ensure that each role is configured with consistent privileges, each actor is authorized to proper roles and then each actor can activate and play his authorized roles without interest conflicts. These formal specifications are consistent and inferable, complete and simplified, abundant and scalable for diversified multi-user applications.

Abstract: Talents are the core competitiveness of enterprises. In high-tech enterprises with team work as the mainstay, the recruitment and selection of team members has always been a concern of enterprises. As the first module of human resource management, recruitment is an important task of human resource management and development. Whether a company can recruit the people it needs is the key to the success or failure of the company. This paper analyzes 300 valid samples using stepwise regression analysis, and analyzes team work characteristics to study team self-determination within the team. The recruitment effect is measured in this paper using human-organization matching. The research results show that team independent decision-making positively affects human-organization matching. Task interdependence and implicit coordination have a significant positive adjustment effect on the relationship between the two. The research provides a new way for enterprise personnel recruitment.

Abstract: analysis of genetic main effects and genotype × environment (ge) interaction effects for the fruit shape traits fruit length and fruit circumference in the sponge gourd (luffa cylindrical (l) roem. violales, cucurbitaceae) was conducted for diallel cross data from two planting seasons. a genetic model including fruit direct effects and maternal effects and unconditional and conditional variances analysis was used to evaluate the development of the fruit at four maturation stages. the variance analysis results indicated that fruit length and circumference were simultaneously affected by fruit direct genetic effects and maternal effects as well as ge interaction effects. fruit direct genetic effects were relatively more important for both fruit shape traits during the whole developmental period. gene activation was mostly due to additive effects at the first maturation stage and dominance effects were mainly active during the other three stages. the fruit shape trait correlation coefficients due to different genetic effects and the phenotypic correlation coefficients varied significantly for the various maturation stages. the results indicate that it is relatively easy to improve the two fruit shape traits for market purposes by carefully selecting the parents at the first maturation stage 3 days after flowering instead of at fruit economic maturation.

Abstract: In this paper,we address the complex geological structures imaging problem,when the velocity macro-model is characterized by very strong lateral variations,and the ray fields may triplicate providing multi-arrivals;we demonstrated that all the multi-arrivals have to be taken into account for a quantitative migration.Furthermore,we propose a common image gather strategy in angle domain to handle the strong artifacts appear in conventional common image gathers(offset or shot domain) when multi-arrivals occurs.In the multi-arrival case,we also propose a high efficient migration algorithm for 3-D prestack multi-arrival depth migration based on the fast reconstruction algorithms for the traveltime, phase rotation and amplitude of the migration operator.
Modeling the Region Patent Applications Based on P-SVM and SA

Abstract: The domestic patent applications by region (DPAR) are complex to conduct due to its nonlinearity of influenced factors. It is necessary to make a trade off among these factors when some of them conflict. A novel way about nonlinear regression modeling of DPAR with the potential support vector machines (P-SVM) is presented in this paper. In the model development, a simulated annealing (SA) algorithm is employed to optimize P-SVM parameters selection. Using a set of real data from China, simulation results show that the SA optimization algorithm is robust. The results also indicate that methods based on the P-SVM perform are better than the ones based on the standard SVM in both model generalization and DPAR forecasting accuracy.
