Abstract: The title compound, [Co2(C9H4N2O4)2(H2O)4]n, is a one-dimensional polymeric complex with bridging 1H-benzimidazole-5,6-dicarboxylate and aqua ligands. The CoII cation has an octahedral coordination environment provided by an NO5 donor set. Adjacent polymeric chains extended along the [100] direction are linked by O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds, generating a three-dimensional network.

Forrest Carter’s The Education of Little Tree (ELT) was published as a memoir in 1976. Carter died in 1979, but his book gained in popularity, to win the American Booksellers Association Book of the Year award in 1991 and became a national best seller. The book explores the significance of nature and animals in a traditional Native American worldview, even as it espouses ecological consciousness via the education of Little Tree by his Cherokee grandparents. The Education of Little Tree has much to offer in its presentation of a Native American philosophy of life that includes caring for the earth and its creatures as well as other people, regardless of their skin color or ethnicity. This article aims to examine the ecological values portrayed by the traditional Cherokee way of life as presented in The Education of Little Tree.

Abstract: The Ising or Potts models of ferromagnetism have been widely used to describe locally interacting social or economic systems. We consider a related model, introduced by Sznajd to describe the evolution of consensus in the scale-free networks with the tunable strength (noted by Q) of communitystructure. In the Sznajd model, the opinion or state of any spins can only be changed by the influence of neighbouring pairs of similar connection spins. Such pairs can polarize their neighbours. Using asynchronous updating, it is found that the smaller the community strength Q, the larger the slope of the exponential relaxation time distribution. Then the effect of the initial up-spin concentration p as a function of the final all up probability E is investigatedby taking different initialization strategies, the random node-choseninitialization strategy has no difference under different community strengths, while the strategies of community node-chosen initialization and hub node-chosen initialization are different in final probability under different Q, and the latter one is more effective in reaching final state.

Abstract: At this stage the application server systems, such as e-commerce platform , instant messaging system , enterprise information system and so on, will be led to lose connections , the data latency phenomena because of too much concurrent requests, application server architecture, system architecture, etc. In serious cases, the server is running blocked. The new type of application server system contains four parts: a client program, transfer servers, application servers and databases. Application server is the core of the system. Its performance determines the system’s performance. At the same time the application servers and transfer servers can be designed as the web service open to be used, and they can be achieved as distributed architecture by a number of hardware servers, which can effectively deal with high concurrent client application requests.
Synthesis 1-Acyl-3-(2'-aminophenyl) thioureas as Anti-Intestinal Nematode Prodrugs

Abstract: A series of 1-acyl-3-(2'-aminophenyl) thiourea derivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were identified by IR, elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Their anti-intestinal nematode activities against Nippostrongylus brazilliensis were evaluated in rats by an oral route. Among these compounds, at concentrations of 10 mg/kg of rat, compound (1-(2'-furanyl)acyl-3- (2'-aminophenyl) thiourea) (5h) produced the highest activity with 89.4% deparasitization. The present work suggests that 1-acyl-3-(2'-aminophenyl) thiourea derivatives may become useful? lead compounds for anti-intestinal nematode treatment.
Preparation and characterization of oil-soluble In2O3 nanoparticles and In2O3-SnO2 nanocomposites and their calcined thin films

Abstract: Oil-soluble In2O3 nanoparticles and In2O3–SnO2 nanocomposites were prepared in oleylamine via decomposition of metal acetylacetonate precursors. Thin films of In2O3 and In2O3–SnO2 were obtained by spin-coating solutions of the oil-soluble In2O3 nanoparticles and In2O3–SnO2 nanocomposites onto substrates and then calcining them. Transmission electron microspectroscopy, scanning electron microspectroscopy, atomic force microspectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet–visible absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy were used to investigate the properties of the nanoparticles and thin films. The In2O3 nanoparticles were cubic-phased spheres with a diameter of ~8 nm; their spectra exhibited a broad emission peak centered at 348 nm. The In2O3–SnO2 nanocomposites were co-particles composed of smaller In2O3 particles and larger SnO2 particles; their spectra exhibited a broad emission peak at 355 nm. After the In2O3–SnO2 nanocomposites were calcined at 400°C, the obtained thin films were highly transparent and conductive, with a thickness of 30–40 nm; the surfaces of the thin films were smooth and crack-free.
Establishment of model of adaboost classifier and evaluation of harmful mutations in non-coding regions of liver cancer cells

Abstract: 目的 建立adaboost分类器模型,评估肝癌非编码区疾病相关突变的可能性,识别非编码区的有害突变。方法 利用人类基因突变数据库(HGMD)疾病相关的非编码区突变共13 108个作为实验组,中性单核苷酸多态性(SNP)作为对照,结合非编码区的调控因子,如保守区、进化性的RNA保守结构、高表达基因、DNA酶Ⅰ超敏感位点、转录因子结合位点、组蛋白修饰和早期复制基因等指标,建立adaboost分类器,分析以上指标对预测非编码区中有害突变的价值。构建预测概率的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算其相应的ROC曲线下面积(AUCROC)。分别利用全基因组关联研究(GWAS)和ClinVar疾病相关的突变数据库对模型进行验证。结果 对疾病相关突变鉴别的重要性由大到小分别是保守区、早期复制基因、非翻译区(UTR)、启动子、高表达区、H3K36me3和保守性的转录因子结合位点等。应用adaboost分类器的预测概率建立ROC曲线,其AUCROC为0.90。GWAS和ClinVar疾病相关突变的平均得分显著高于中性SNP (P<0.05)。结论 adaboost分类器有助于评估肝癌非编码区有害突变的可能性,是一种准确率高的预测工具。
: Objective To establish a model of adaboost classifier, evaluate the possibility of disease related mutations in non-coding regions of liver cancer cells, and identify harmful mutations in non-coding regions. Methods A total of 13 108 disease related mutations in non-coding regions were selected from HGMD database and used as subjects and neutral SNPs were used as controls. Combined with regulatory factors of non-coding regions, such as conserved regions, evolutionary RNA conservative structures, high-expressed genes, DNAseⅠ hypersensitive sites, transcription factor binding sites, histone modification, and early replicated genes, the model of adaboost classifier was established. The value of these factors for predicting harmful mutations in non-coding regions was analyzed. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted and the area under the ROC curve (AUCROC) was calculated. The genome-wide association study (GWAS) and ClinVar disease-associated variants database were used to verify the model. Results Factors sorted by the importance for identifying disease related mutations were conserved regions, early replicated genes, untranslated Regions (UTR), promoters, high-expressed regions, H3K36me3, and conserved TFBSs. The ROC curve was established by using the prediction probability of adaboost classifier and the AUCROC was 0.90. The average scores of GWAS and ClinVar diseaseassociated variants were significantly higher than that of neutral SNPs (P<0.05). Conclusion The adaboost classifier is helpful for evaluating the possibility of harmful mutations in non-coding regions of liver cancer cells and is an accurate prediction tool

Analysis on variation of main economic characters in crossing offspring of sugarcane

Abstract: s One hundred and fifty seeding plants constructing the population for marker analysis on gene linked to sugarcane smut resistance were studied. The results show that the variation coefficients for six main economic characters of height, diameter, brix, stalk number, stalk weight and brix weight are from 9.92% to 39.68%,in which the maximum variation coefficient is found in stalk weight of clump and the minimum is found in brix. Except that the correlation between diameter and stalk number is significant negative and the correlation coefficient between diameter and brix is very small, the other correlation coefficients between characters are positive and the values are bigger. A significant correlation between brix and stalk number is found in two generations. Only in single-line generation, the significant correlation between height and diameter is found. And so is that between height and stalk number. The value for each character is significant different in two generations, but the correlation between two generations for each character is significant. The selection strategy adopted in two generation is analyzed also.
