Abstract: Quantum mechanics, one of the important theories of modern physics, is fairly esoteric and abstract. Based on the characteristics of the quantum mechanics course, the article studies the modernization of quantum mechan-ics teaching in four aspects: the modernization of the teaching idea, Computer-Aided Instruc-tion, the development of Information technology software and the establishment of three-di-mensional digital curriculum teaching resource library.
Traditional Chinese Medicinal Syndromes and Treatment in Colorectal Cancer  [PDF]

Abstract: Colorectal cancer remains the third most common malignancy worldwide. According to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), colorectal cancer is related to spleen-deficiency, damp-heat, and toxicity accumulation. Traditional Chinese medicine has been confirmed to effectively reduce toxic side effects and enhance curative effects of chemotherapy, palliate clinical syndrome, prevent recurrence and metastasis, improve quality of life and immune function, and prolong survival time in colorectal cancer. However, TCM theoretical and syndrome differentiation study has lagged far behind due to progression of therapy model in colorectal cancer. As a type of drug treatment, there are some common biological basis between chemotherapy, targeted therapy and anti-cancer herb therapy in colorectal cancer, such as apoptosis, cell senescence and autophagy. There are growing needs to explore the effect mechanism and compatibility of anti-cancer herbs, to further enhance the efficacy of TCM treatment in colorectal cancer.

Abstract: 对川中丘陵区典型小流域农田生态系统N素收支分析表明,紫色土丘陵区农田N肥施用量较大,旱地、水田N肥年施用量分别为363.5kg/hm2和161.8kg/hm2,化肥N占小流域农田N素投入的76.65%。除作物收获外,小流域农田生态系统N素年损失量为129.67kg/hm2,且以气态损失为主,旱地农田通过径流、淋洗和泥沙等途径损失的N素年均44.34kg/hm2。小流域农田生态系统N素年均盈余66.8kg/hm2,农田N素盈余加剧了N素损失,并已造成小流域农业非点源N污染。

Case report of rapidly progressive proliferative verrucous leukoplakia and a proposal for aetiology in mainland China

Abstract: Proliferative verrucous leukoplakia (PVL) is a rare oral leukoplakia, principally characterized by chronic proliferation, multiple occurrences, and refractoriness to treatment. Its rate of malignant transformation is extremely high [1]. The characteristics of its clinical and pathological progress are considered vital bases for the diagnosis of PVL because there are no particular differences between the pathological changes of PVL and those of oral verrucous leukoplakia (OVL) [2].PVL grows slowly and can take up to 7.8 years to become cancerous. The process is irreversible and usually progresses to cancer. According to the study by Bagan, PVL quickly becomes malignant, on average within 4.7 years [3], whereas Hansen reported an average time to cancer of 6.1 years [1]. However, Silverman and Gorsky reported a longer mean malignant process of 11.6 years [4].Recently, our department treated a patient with PVL that developed extremely rapidly, with only 16 months from the appearance of white patches to their cancerous transformation. Consequently, this case warrants attention. We describe this case with reference to the relevant literature, and confirm that this is the first report of PVL in mainland China.A female patient, aged 52 years, attended the Department of Oral Medicine at West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University in June, 2006, with painless white patches over the right bucca and palate for over a year. One year earlier, the patient had discovered the white patches on her right bucca and palate, which felt coarse but were painless. The local hospital diagnosed them by biopsy as leukoplakia, but did not treat them.The patient came to our hospital as the situation worsened. On a physical examination, her face was symmetrical and not swollen. Extensive white lesions, with multiple peaks on their surfaces, were seen over the right bucca, which were coarse and tough on palpation, but with no congestion or erosion. Abstract: 研究分析夏玉米季几种施肥制度紫色土NH 4-N和NO-3-N含量时空分配特征结果表明,各处理土壤NH 4-N、NO-3-N含量负相关性强;土壤NH 4-N含量随时间呈“波浪”形变化,成熟期剖面含量呈“K”字型分布,而土壤NO-3-N含量则时空分布均较紊乱。降雨和作物根系分布是影响土壤NO-3-N运移的重要因子,降雨对土壤NO-3-N的淋溶影响显著,施肥改变了土体NO-3-N含量,增强淋溶的可能性,其淋溶趋势为纯化肥>纯猪粪>猪粪 化肥>对照(CK)处理;作物根系分布与土体NO-3-N的吸收与淋失密切相关,施用有机肥促进作物根系生长,有利于作物对深层次养分的吸收利用;合理施用有机肥猪粪对土体NO-3-N淋失有一定固持作用,阻碍了NO-3-N向下迁移。并指出应重视纯化肥尿素处理土壤NO-3-N移出下层土体(30~80cm)污染地下水体的危险性。
Temporal-spatial variations of ammonia and nitrate under application of inorganic and organic fertilizers in purple soil of winter wheat

Abstract: 试验研究无机与有机肥配施冬小麦紫色土NH4 -N及NO3--N的时空变异特征结果表明,冬小麦不同生育期施肥后第15d和第120d紫色土NH4 -N含量有两个显著的降低、升高转折点,第15d与N素的硝化作用和挥发作用有关,第120d受此阶段冬小麦的强烈吸收和肥料的矿化释放作用影响较大;土壤NH4 -N和NO3--N含量在不同剖面(0~15cm、15~30cm、30~50cm土层)的分配明显受施用有机肥的影响,有机肥对NO3--N有一定固持作用,阻碍了NO3--N向下迁移,各处理对NO3--N迁移的固持作用表现为秸秆 化肥>猪粪 化肥>鸡粪 化肥>纯化肥处理;土壤NH4 -N与NO3--N含量时空变异有较强的此消彼涨相关性,且施纯化肥处理最明显。
Novel Piecewise Logistic Chaotic Spread Spectrum Communication Algorithm

Abstract: Chaotic sequence as spreading code in spread spectrum systems has the characteristics of rich sequences and good confidentiality. Traditional Logistic chaotic sequence as well as its modified sequence is not ideal in ergodicity and randomness of its sequence. ho solve this problem, a new piecewise Logistic chaotic spread spectrum communication algorithm was proposed based on the analysis of the randomness, correlation, initial sensitivity and Lyapunoy exponents of the referred chaotic sequence, and applied to spread spectrum communication. hhe simulation results show that the algorithm greatly improves the error rate and confidentiality in the spread spectrum communication compared to the traditional logistic chaotic sequence and its modified sequence, which proves that the algorithm mentioned in this article is effective.
Empirical Analysis of Interactive Control’s Effectiveness: A Parent-Subsidiary Company’s Interdependence Perspective  [PDF]

Abstract: Due to the increasingly complex business environment and the principal-agent relationship, the enterprise group should establish a control system to prevent agency risk. Besides traditional system control, the parent company tends to adopt an interactive control including decentralized decision making, process communication and target incentive to guide and govern the subsidiaries. As an elastic control mechanism, the interactive control’s effectiveness could be influenced by the resources dependence relationship which is objective existence between the parent and subsidiary company. Based on the classical literature review, this study analyzes the effects of interaction control to the performance (“interactive control → performance”) and the interdependence’s regulating role by a total sample and a multiple-group structural equation analysis based on Chinese groups’ data, the results show that the interactive control could improve the subsidiaries’ performance, but different control process has its particular applicable interdependence situation. In the conclusions, we proposed some suggestions to promote the interactive control’s effectiveness in the enterprise group’s management practices.
