A Pyramid Transform of Image Denoising Algorithm Based on Morphology

Abstract: An image de-noising algorithm based on adaptive-lifting laplacian pyramid transform and mathematical morphology was proposed.The source image was decomposed by the adaptive lifting Laplacian Pyramid.According to the statistics of the transform coefficients of natural image,the morphological dilation operator was applied to extract the clustered significant coefficients in each subband resulting in the partitioning of each subband into significance clusters and insignificance space.The smoothing image of the input image was obtained using the wavelet threshold-denoising method whose threshhold was different in different subsets.Two subsets,and reconstruction image were combined.The experiment results demonstrate that the algorithm can denoise effectively,and keep the detail information.The method can improve the signal-to-noise ratio.
Harmonious Society and the Changes in Concepts of Local Legislation

Abstract: Local legislation is an important part of a national legislative system. Facing the conflicts and contradictions among multiple interest groups in modern society, the role that local legislation should play in the construction of a harmonious society is especially crucial. The development of practice needs changes in concept; concept is the instruction of legislation and scientific concepts are the basis and premise for the harmony of local legislation. In formulating the harmonious socialist society, the development of local legislation requires new concepts; therefore, the concepts of local legislation, with the considerable enlargement of local legislative right, are changing from subordination to autonomy, from economic legislation to diversifying legislation. Key words: harmonious society; concepts of legislation; legislative power; autonomy Résumé: La législation locale est un composant essentiel du système de législation nationale. Face aux conflits de multiples groupes d'intérêt de la société moderne, il est important de mettre en valeur la législation locale dans la construction d'une société harmonieuse. Le développement de la pratique demande une évolution de concept. Le concept est le guide de législation et un concept scientifique est la base et la condition de l'harmonie de la législation localee.Dans la construction d'une société socialiste harmonieuse, le développement de législation locale exige une mise à jour de concept et le concept de législation locale devrait étre élargit avec le pouvoir législatif local. La législation locale devrait passer de subordination à l'autonomie, du modèle de législation économique au modèle de la législation diversifiée. Image Enhancement Based on the Contourlet Transform and Mathematical Morphology

Abstract: Traditional methods for image enhancement cannot capture the geometric information of images and tend to amplify noise. To overcome the above enhancement issues, a new enhancement algorithm for image was proposed based on the Contourlet transform and mathematical morphology. The new algorithm decomposed image into approximation-coefficients and detail coefficients. Morphological dilation operations was used to distinguish noise form detail information according to dependencies of contourlet coefficients, then nonlinear mapping function was used to modify the contourlet coefficients. And the enhanced image were obtained by contourlet inverse transform. The experiments show that utilizing the proposed algorithm can enhances image detail and the signal to noise ratio.
An Electronic Image Stabilization Method Based on Feature Block Matching

Abstract: An image stabilization method is proposed based on feature block matching, which can search the feature block image adaptively. An fast matching method is presented to get the local motion vector and then verify the matching results. An error propagation control method is developed to prevent the error transmitting. A method based on alterable windows filter is introduced to smooth the motion vector. Experimental results show that this algorithm not only smooth out the image sequences but also satisfy the demand of the real-time system.
QoE evaluation method through generalized linear model

Abstract: As the evaluation of QoE was an ordinal mulriple categories problem, this paper established the regression model of QoE categories probability distribution based on the GLM. This model related cumulative probabilities of particular QoE categories to QoS parameters of network. Used the MLE and Pearson test to estimate the model parameters and validate the model respectively. Estimated the QoE of Web service utilize the proposed method, and the result proves that the method is effective.

Abstract: The hickory genus (Carya) contains ca. 17 species distributed in subtropical and tropical regions of eastern Asia and subtropical to temperate regions of eastern North America. Previously, the phylogenetic relationships between eastern Asian and eastern North American species of Carya were not fully confirmed even with an extensive sampling, biogeographic and diversification patterns had thus never been investigated in a phylogenetic context. We sampled 17 species of Carya and 15 species representing all other genera of the Juglandaceae as outgroups, with eight nuclear and plastid loci to reconstruct the phylogeny of Carya. The phylogenetic positions of seven extinct genera of the Juglandaceae were inferred using morphological characters and the molecular phylogeny as a backbone constraint. Divergence times within Carya were estimated with relaxed Bayesian dating. Biogeographic analyses were performed in DIVA and LAGRANGE. Diversification rates were inferred by LASER and APE packages. Our results support two major clades within Carya, corresponding to the lineages of eastern Asia and eastern North America. The split between the two disjunct clades is estimated to be 21.58 (95% HPD 11.07-35.51) Ma. Genus-level DIVA and LAGRANGE analyses incorporating both extant and extinct genera of the Juglandaceae suggested that Carya originated in North America, and migrated to Eurasia during the early Tertiary via the North Atlantic land bridge. Fragmentation of the distribution caused by global cooling in the late Tertiary resulted in the current disjunction. The diversification rate of hickories in eastern North America appeared to be higher than that in eastern Asia, which is ascribed to greater ecological opportunities, key morphological innovations, and polyploidy.

Abstract: We developed a new approach for the reconstruction of phylogeny trees based on the chaos game representation (CGR) of biological sequences. The chaos game representation (CGR) method generates a picture from a biological sequence, which displays both local and global patterns. The quantitative index of the biological sequence is extracted from the picture. The Kullback-Leibler discrimination information is used as a diversity indicator to measure the dissimilarity of each pair of biological sequences. The new method is inspected by two data sets: the Eutherian orders using concatenated H-stranded amino acid sequences and the genome sequence of the SARS and coronavirus. The phylogeny trees constructed by the new method are consistent with the commonly accepted ones. These results are very promising and suggest more efforts for further developments.
Two Kinds of Square-Conservative Integrators for Nonlinear Evolution Equations

Abstract: Based on the Lie-group and Gauss--Legendre methods, two kinds of square-conservative integrators for square-conservative nonlinear evolution equations are presented. Lie-group based square-conservative integrators are linearly implicit, while Gauss--Legendre based square-conservative integrators are nonlinearly implicit and iterative schemes are needed to solve the corresponding integrators. These two kinds of integrators provide natural candidates for simulating square-conservative nonlinear evolution equations in the sense that these integrators not only preserve the square-conservative properties of the continuous equations but also are nonlinearly stable. Numerical experiments are performed to test the presented integrators.
Controlling quantum discord dynamics in cavity QED systems by applying a classical driving field with phase decoherence

Abstract: We investigate a two-level atom interacting with a quantized cavity field and a classical driving field in the presence of phase decoherence and find that a stationary quantum discord can arise in the interaction of the atom and cavity field as the time turns to infinity. We also find that the stationary quantum discord can be increased by applying a classical driving field. Furthermore, we explore the quantum discord dynamics of two identical non-interacting two-level atoms independently interacting with a quantized cavity field and a classical driving field in the presence of phase decoherence. Results show that the quantum discord between two atoms is more robust than entanglement under phase decoherence and the classical driving field can help to improve the amount of quantum discord of the two atoms.
Dynamic changes in bone turnover markers after intake of food in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients

Abstract: 目的 探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)男性患者馒头餐后血清骨转换标志物的动态变化。方法 随机选取46例男性初诊T2DM患者(T2DM组)及40例年龄相匹配的体检健康男性(对照组)作为研究对象,所有受试者空腹采静脉血后进食100 g馒头,分别测定空腹及餐后30、60、120及180 min血清1型原胶原N-端前肽(P1NP)及1型胶原交联C-末端肽(β-CTX)等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果 空腹状态下,T2DM组的血清P1NP及β-CTX水平均显著低于对照组[P1NP (40.6±12.9) ng/mL vs (54.2±14.8) ng/mL。β-CTX: (318.6±89.4) pg/mL vs (396.3±105.7) pg/mL。均P<0.05]。与空腹状态下相比,2组餐后各时间点的血清P1NP水平均无显著变化,而血清β-CTX水平随着时间延长显著降低,且均在120 min降至最低,随后略有升高。餐后120 min,T2DM组的血清β-CTX降低率显著低于对照组(34.6% vs 45.2%,P=0.006)。结论 初诊T2DM患者的血清骨转换标志物水平显著低于健康人群,并且进食抑制骨吸收的能力也显著降低,这可能是T2DM患者骨折风险增加的原因之一。
: Objective To investigate the dynamic changes in serum bone turnover markers after intake of steamed bread in newly diagnosed male type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Forty-six male patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes (T2DM group) and forty healthy male individuals with matched ages (control group) were enrolled. All participants took 100 g steamed bread after fasting venous blood was drawn. Fasting procollagen type Ⅰ N-terminal propeptide (P1NP) and resorption marker C-terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (β-CTX) levels and levels of P1NP and β-CTX 30, 60, 120, and 180 min after intake of steamed bread were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The T2DM group had remarkably lower fasting serum P1NP and β-CTX levels as compared with the control group [P1NP (40.6±12.9) vs (54.2±14.8) ng/mL; β-CTX: (318.6±89.4) pg/mL vs (396.3±105.7) pg/mL. P<0.05]. Serum P1NP levels at time points after intake of steamed bread in two groups had no significant change as compared with fasting serum P1NP levels. However, serum β-CTX levels significantly decreased with time, reached troughs at 120 min, and then increased slightly. The decrease in serum β-CTX in the T2DM group 120 min after intake of steamed bread was significantly less than that in the control group (34.6% vs45.2%, P=0.006). Conclusion The levels of serum bone turnover markers in newly diagnosed T2DM patients are significantly lower as compared with healthy individuals. The ability of patients to inhibit the bone resorption via intake of food is significantly reduced, which may be one of reasons for the elevated risk of fractures in T2DM patients
