Abstract: 采用基于热补偿原理的SF100热脉冲茎秆液流自动监测系统,监测了柠条树干液流的日季变化规律,利用Tube—TDR监测柠条根区3m土层深度的含水量变化,利用自动气象站同步监测太阳辐射、最高与最低气温、相对湿度、风速、风向等气象因子,同时输出相应的参考作物蒸发蒸腾量ETo。以上述资料为基础,对柠条树干液流的昼夜变化、日际动态、木质部径向不同位点液流速率、不同天气条件下的液流变化及液流的季节变化规律进行了分析。利用SPSS 11.0统计软件,分析了液流量与气象因子的相关关系。结果表明:柠条树干液流昼夜变化显著;木质部径向液流速率随探针插入深度的增加而减小;晴天液流变化幅度较大,雨天液流变化幅度较小;气象因素对柠条树干液流量影响的大小表现为空气水汽压差〉太阳辐射〉气温〉风速。

Abstract: By using heat pulse technique, an investigation on the transpiration of Hedysarum scoparium was conducted in the arid desert region of Shiyang River basin, Gansu Province. The results indicated that with increasing inserted depth of probe, the sap flow velocity in H. scoparium xylem had a trend from high to low. In the taproot with smaller diameter, the average sap flow velocity at different positions was faster, and the change range was bigger. Among the taproots with different diameters, there existed a larger difference in the magnitude of sap flux, but the change trend was similar, i.e., smaller at nighttime and larger at daytime, and showing a multi-peak curve. A linear correlation was observed between the diurnal sap flux and the reference crop evapotranspiration, and the transpiration mainly occurred during the period from June to September, occupying 79.04% of the total annual transpiration. The diurnal sap flux of H. scoparium at its later growth period had significant correlation with the moisture content in 0-50 cm sand layer, but no correlations with that in other sand layers. The effects of main meteorological factors on the sap flux of H. scoparium were in the sequence of air temperature> vapor pressure difference> wind speed.
Dynamic Response and Fracture Mechanism of a Novel Structural Radar Absorbing Material

Abstract: A novel structural radar absorbing material (SRAM), which gives the normal resin-base composites new function, is prepared. The dynamic compressive tests of SRAM are carried out in both in-plane and normal directions of composites by means of the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). In the compressive test along in-plane direction, failure occurs at the interface between a fibre and the matrix. A fracture mode and mechanism was proposed to explain these results. The addition of absorbing particles results in the deterioration of the compressive properties. However, there is no obvious decrease on compressive strength of SRAM with the radar absorbing properties.
Thermal Decomposition Mechanism of MgCl 2·6H2O

Abstract: The thermal decomposition mechanism and the intermediate morphology of MgCl2·6H2O before and after calcination by a resistance furnace, were studied using integrated thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectrum and chemical analysis. The results showed that there were six steps in the thermal decomposition of MgCl2·6H2O, producing MgCl2·4H2O at 69℃, MgCl2·2H2O at 129℃, MgCl2·nH2O(1≤n≤2) and MgOHCl at 167℃, and the MgCl2·nH2O(1≤n≤2) converted to Mg(OH)Cl·0.3H2O with dehydration and hydrolysis simultaneously at 203℃, Mg(OH)Cl·0.3H2O dehydrated to MgOHCl at 235℃, MgOHCl directly converted to MgO at 415℃. The MgOHCl particle was irregular with porous structure, while Mg(OH)Cl·0.3H2O particle had relatively flat surface.

Abstract: The effect of direct current magnetic field (DCMF) on the cell growth and metabolism of suspension-cultured Taxus chinensis var. mairei under acid stress was examined. The experimental results showed that the ability of cell anti-acid stress, cell viability, biomass and intracellular protein were obviously enhanced by the DCMF. The viability of extracelluar PPO was enhanced, and accumulation of phenolics was restrained. Under certain HCl concentration, the higher the concentration of HCl, the stronger the bio-effect of the magnetic field. The obvious change of the medium pH and conductivity indicated that the ability of cell anti-acid stress was enhanced due to accelerated material transmembrane transportation by DCMF.

Preparation and Growth Mechanism of Magnesium Borate Whiskers with High Aspect Ratio

Abstract: Magnesium borate whiskers were prepared by molten salt method using MgCl2 · 6H2O and Na2B4O7 · 10H2O as raw materials, KCl and NaCl as fluxes. The lengths of the above whiskers varied from 200μm to 800 μm, and the maximum aspect ratio reached 250. The produced samples were characterized by X―ray diffraction (XRD), microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of n(Mg)/n(B), reaction temperature and reaction time on the whisker growth process and product quality were explored. It was found that the best operating parameters of n(Mg)/n(B), reaction temperature and reaction time were 3.0, 900 nd 6h, respectively. According to the XRD analysis, Mg3B7O13Cl is the intermediate product, and the growth of Mg2B2O5 whiskers needs a boron― enriched environment. The whisker growth process agrees to the liquid―solid (L―S) mechanism.

Abstract: 为了研究中国沙棘亚种共生菌Frankia的遗传多样性,利用PCR-RFLP分子标记方法,对从青海西宁到内蒙古库伦17个地点采集的106个中国沙棘根瘤样品进行遗传多样性分析.供试样品nifD-nifK基因间隔区(IGS)扩增产物分别用3种内切酶(HinfⅠ、HaeⅢ和MboⅠ)酶切,共产生21条酶切谱带,其中17条为多态性条带,多态位点百分比(PPL)为80.99%,所有样品可被划分为9个基因型.结果表明中国沙棘根瘤内的Frankia菌有丰富的遗传多样性,土壤质量较好地点的丰富度高于土壤质量较差地点,海拔较高地区的丰富度高于海拔较低地区,多数地点至少有2种不同基因型的Frankia 菌.聚类分析显示Frankia 菌不同基因型间的遗传距离在4.88%~55.96%之间,它们在不同地点的分布是不均匀的,没有发现不同基因型菌间的亲缘关系与地点有相关性.中国沙棘根瘤中Frankia菌可分为两个基因型组,组内基因型分布比较一致,而组间有明显差异.

Abstract: The arbitrary order implicit exponential time differencing multistep method is proposed for nonlinear systems.We carry out the predictor_corrector method of exponential time differencing.When the method is applied to the nonlinear systems,the effect is admirable.The numerical results show that the accuracy of explicit exponential time differencing multistep method can be enhanced by implicit exponential time differencing multistep method,and the lather is highly accurate and computationally efficient.The exponential time differencing method has been developen and perfected by the present studies.

Abstract: 根据已发表的植酸酶基因和甘露聚糖酶基因序列设计并合成引物,应用PCR技术,分别以土曲霉总DNA和质粒pHBM1201为模板,扩增出均不含假定信号肽序列的植酸酶基因phyA和甘露聚糖酶基因man,将它们各自克隆到毕赤酵母表达载体pHBM907C上,分别得到重组质粒pHBM907C-phyA和pHBM907C-man。将质粒pHBM907C-phyA上由乙醇氧化酶(AOX1)启动子和终止子引导表达、酿酒酵母α信号肽序列引导分泌的phyA表达盒式结构插入到质粒pHBM907C-man中,构成双基因表达分泌质粒pHBM907C-phyA-man。pHBM907C-phyA-man经SalⅠ酶切线性后转化毕赤酵母(Pichiapastoris)GS115,获得了同时分泌表达植酸酶和甘露聚糖酶的双功能酵母工程菌。研究了该酵母工程菌所分泌表达的重组植酸酶和甘露聚糖酶的相关酶学性质,并进行了双功能酵母工程菌的稳定性测试。
