Multiple Non-linear Regression Analysis for Complex Doping of X7R MLCC Ceramics
环保型多重掺杂X7R瓷料的多元非线性回归分析

Abstract: 通过引入自制复合氧化物掺杂剂,应用多元非线性回归分析方法,建立了多元非线性回归数学模型y=b0+∑bixi+∑biixi2+∑biiixi3,确立了环保型多重掺杂X7R多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)瓷料中各种掺杂剂的用量对介电常数及电容量温度变化率(△C/C25℃)的多元非线性回归方程,并进一步解释了部分掺杂剂的改性机理.回归方程表明,介电常数随 Nb、Ce掺杂量的增加而降低,这与当前较为成熟理论“壳-芯”结构模型完全吻合.最后通过回归方程优化瓷料配方,研制了环保型X7R MLCC瓷料系统.在空气中于1140℃下烧成的BaTiO3陶瓷材料的主要性能指标达到: ε298K=2900±50,tgδ≤1.0%,ρ≥1011Ω·cm, △C/C25℃(-55℃~+125℃)≤±15%.

Abstract: 温度稳定型钛酸钡基介电材料具有良好的性能,然而做为MLCs瓷料时,烧结温度偏高。用固溶体Ba1-xCdxTiO3替代BaTiO3做为基料,可以有效地降低烧结温度,制备符合X7R标准的MLCs瓷料,获得较高的室温介电常数。

Abstract: 研究了Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT)掺杂对BaTiO3(BT)-Nb2O5-ZnO三元系统介电性能与微结构的影响.BaTiO3陶瓷在低温端(-55℃)的电容量变化率随BNT含量的增大而单调降低,而高温端(150℃)的变化率持续增大,且居里温度单调递增.掺杂1.0wt%与2.5wt%BNT的BT陶瓷满足EIA XSR特性.SEM观察表明,BaTiO3陶瓷内部由细小的基质晶粒和第二相晶粒组成,且第二相比例随BNT含量的增加而增大.XRD分析表明,基质晶粒为BaTiO3,第二相晶粒为CaB2Si2O8和NaBiTi6O14.条状第二相CaB2Si2O8和NaBiTi6O14的产生改变了BT系统的内应力结构是钛酸钡陶瓷居里温度升高以及电容量温度特性改善的原因.

Abstract: The effect of Y2O3 and ZnO on the microstructure and dielectric properties of BaTiO3 materials was researched. XRD indicates the crystal structures of BaTiO3 transform from tetragonal to pseudocubic by Y2O3 and ZnO codoping. SEM shows Y2O3 behaves more effective grain-growthinhibition than ZnO owing to the intergranular second-phase Y2Ti2O7. Sufficient Y2O3 and ZnO can help to form the core-shell structure and improve the dielectric-temperature characteristics markedly. The high performance nonreducible dielectrics satisfying X7R can be achieved in the BaTiO3-Y2O3-ZnO new system.

Abstract: Er-Mg and Er-Mn doped BaTiO3 systems were prepared by solid state reaction and the effects of sintering atmosphere on their microstructures and electrical properties were researched. XRD indicates that both samples sintered in different atmospheres have pseudocubic structure. For both specimens, the solubility limit of Er in BaTiO3 is about 3.0mol%- 4.0mo1%, however the reducing atmosphere can suppress the solid solubility of acceptors such as Er, which lead to the formation of pyrochlore-type Er2Ti2OT. SEM shows that Mn ions promote grain growth of Er2Ti207 secondary phase, but contrarily Mg ions inhibit it. The results suggest that due to the effect of various sintering atmosphere, the solid solubility change of acceptors can affect the core/shell volume ratio in the grains, as well as the valence variety of Mn ions can shift the Curie temperature. Thus the capacitance-temperature characteristics are dramatically improved and two kinds of dielectrics sintered under the proper conditions can meet X8R specification.

Abstract: 提出了一种制备抗还原BCTZ系陶瓷材料的新工艺.采用溶胶-凝胶法在500-800℃下合成复合氧化物掺杂剂,此掺杂剂与水热法合成的超细(Ba1-xCax)(Ti1-yZry)O3粉体混合球磨可得抗还原介质瓷料,该瓷料可在还原性气氛中烧成适用于贱金属电极的,具有高介电常数和低介质损耗的多层陶瓷电容器陶瓷材料.本文讨论了复合氧化物掺杂剂的合成温度、陶瓷烧结温度和退火时间等工艺参数对陶瓷介电性能和微结构的影响.研究表明,在低温下合成的纳米颗粒的复合氧化物掺杂剂(纳米掺杂剂)很适合超细瓷料的掺杂改性.在500-800℃内,复合氧化物掺杂剂的合成温度升高将导致BCTZ系陶瓷的居里点、介质损耗和介电常数最大值的降低.对陶瓷烧结工艺的研究表明,采用此新工艺可获得符合Y5V标准的BCTZ系抗还原介质陶瓷,其室温相对介电常数不小于18000,介质损耗低于0.7%,绝缘电阻率达到1012Ω·cm,居里点在5-20℃之间可调,平均晶粒尺寸GAV小于4μm.该新工艺可望用于大容量Y5V镍内电极多层陶瓷电容器的生产.

Abstract: 介电常数K高于7200的、具有满足X7R(-55~125℃,±15%)规范要求的低烧复合多层陶瓷电容器(CMLCCs)已经研制成功.该电容器是由四种具有不同介温特性的PMN-PNN-PT和PMN-PT体系的瓷介质膜片按一定布局复合构成.其内部显微结构良好.本研究表明,采用不同材料共烧以得到具有优良性能的片式元件是可行的.

Abstract: 研究了V2O5掺杂BaTiO3-Y2O3-MgO系陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能.SEM显示V2O5会促进该体系晶粒生长,降低陶瓷致密度.XRD显示V掺杂样品均为单一赝立方相,其固溶度〉1.0m01%.研究表明,V离子能有效抑制掺杂离子Y、Mg向BaTiO3晶粒内扩散,改变掺杂离子在晶粒中分布,从而形成薄壳层的壳芯晶粒,因此V能提高居里峰的强度并改善电容温度稳定性.多价V离子在还原气氛中以+3、+4为主,能增强瓷料的抗还原性,提高绝缘电阻率(10^13Ω·cm)、降低介电损耗(0.63%).该体系掺杂0.1mol%V时,介电常数达到2600,满足X8R标准.

Abstract: 研究了BaTiO03-R2O3-MgO(R=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Gd,Dy,Ho,Y,Er,Yb)系介质的稀土掺杂效应.结果表明,大半径稀土离子在BaTiO3中形成元素均匀性分布,并促进晶粒的长大;而小半径稀土离子能产生明显的细晶效应,在晶界局部富集而偏析出现焦绿石型第二相晶粒R2Ti2O7.随着镧系收缩,稀土掺杂BaTiO3陶瓷的绝缘电阻率明显提高,而稀土离子在BaTiO3中的固溶度大致呈降低趋势.大半径稀土掺杂材料的ε-T曲线呈现单峰效应且居里点下移,而小半径稀土掺杂材料为双峰效应且居里点上升,△C/C-T稳定性显著提高达到X8R.
