Study on Delaunay Triangulation with the Islets Constraints  [PDF]

Abstract: Aiming at Delaunay triangulation with islets constrains in terrain simulation. A general Delaunay triangulation algorithm for constrained data set with islets is proposed. The algorithm firstly constructs Constrained Delaunay Triangulation with constraint polygons which are inner boundary of islets, then according to topological relations within edge, surface, arc segment, applies bidirectional search to find the triangle in islet, lastly it carries on certain corresponding processing to complete the Delaunay triangulation algorithm with islets. The analyses show the algorithm simple, fast speed. The algorithm can be used in 3-D terrain vision.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies on the relationships between the contents of staff psychological contract, job satisfaction level and occupation satisfaction level by surveying, combining research methods of literature, academic and empirical research. The research results have important reference value on human resource management innovation. New suggestions were also put forward, which are relative with recruitment, measure of psychological contract, culture construction and targeted incentives to staff of different attributes.

Abstract: This paper analyses the current situation of radar engineering teaching, through which it finds that each course is not so independent that students may be left confused. So we rearrange the content based on two goals, “how to detect targets” and “how to design system”. The new courses are easier to learn, and can effectively arouse students’ interests in study.
Research on the Dark Stripes Extraction Algorithm for Measuring Diameter with Diffraction  [PDF]

The optical diffraction is a major means of minute diameter measurements. Since the light intensity of the diffraction fringe, mainly distributed in the central bright stripes, and that will lead to a relatively low SNR for the signal of the senior stripes. The traditional dark stripes extraction algorithm affected greatly by the noise. So this paper presents an algorithm that could effectively eliminate the gross errorcaused by the noise. Than by curve fitting the local signal of the diffraction pattern with the least square principle, the system could achieve a high measurement precision.

Abstract: In the light of universality of uncertainty, we propose a decision making model in completed information system. Considering the attribute reduction, attribute importance and mismatched information, a multiple attribute decision making model based on importance of attribute is constructed. First of all, decision table is obtained by the knowledge known and deleting reduced attributes. Also, attributes value reduction obtained to simplify the decision table and rules is extracted. Then, rules are utilized to make decision for a new problem. Finally, an example is advanced to illustrate our model.

At present, the development of distribution network can’t meet the requirements of rapid economic development. The traditional single energy supply is difficult to meet the request, and distributed energy supply has a lot of advantages compared to it, particularly it's close to the end users, and they have been developed well and applied widely in recent years. This paper summarizes the features and current development of the distributed energy supply, and mainly describes the grid-connection model of distributed energy supply. Base on the mathematic grid-connection model of distributed power sources with different generation principles as well as that energy storage, the treatment of these models in distribution network power flow analysis is also presented.

Abstract: The thermal desorption kinetic mechanism from internal micro-pores of coal is theoretically investigated by Monte Carlo simulations. It is supposed that the molecules are absorbed in the pores and can jump between adjacent ones. The desorption rates of the statistical ensemble average are calculated. The competing effect of the temperature and the adsorptive energy is analyzed. The desorption probabilities indicated that the choice of desorption energy is clear at low temperature, however, there is not clearly different between high temperature.

Abstract: In recent years, the cases which the executives of state-owned enterprise and government officials, internal staff, the third party audit institutions to realize the conspiracy for acquiring enterprise assets or increase their welfare are increasing in China. For maximizing their economic interests, executives of state-owned enterprise and government officials often conspire to obtain extra gains under asymmetric information. This article first analyses the stakeholders of state-owned enterprise in China, and sets up a game model about collusion between the executives of state-owned enterprise and government officials in order to obtain the condition of the collusion. And then, the paper focuses on the trilateral game model of executives of state-owned enterprise, government officials and commission for discipline inspection and puts forward discipline inspection strategy to overcome the collusion problem. The study results show that commission for discipline inspection can effectively reduce collusion motivation by enhancing the supervision success rate, reducing the examination costs, and increasing the punishment force.

Abstract: A local meshless method is applied to find the numerical solutions of two classes of inverse problems in parabolic equations. The problem is reconstructing the source term using a solution specified at some internal points; one class is that the source term is time dependent, and the other class is that the source term is time and space dependent. Some numerical experiments are presented and discussed.
Metrics and Algorithms for Scheduling of Data Dissemination in Mesh Units Assisted Vehicular Networks  [PDF]

Abstract: Data dissemination is an important application in vehicular networks. We observe that messages in vehicular networks are usually subject to both time and space constraints, and therefore should be disseminated during a specified duration and within a specific coverage. Since vehicles are moving in and out of a region, dis-semination of a message should be repeated to achieve reliability. However, the reliable dissemination for some messages might be at the cost of unreliable or even no chance of dissemination for other messages, which raises tradeoffs between reliability and fairness. In this paper, we study the scheduling of data dis-semination in vehicular networks with mesh infrastructure. Firstly, we propose performance metrics for both reliability and fairness. Factors on both the time and space dimensions are incorporated in the reliability met-ric and the fairness in both network-wide and Mesh Roadside Unit-wise (MRU-wise) senses are considered in the fairness metric. Secondly, we propose several scheduling algorithms: one reliability-oriented algorithm, one fairness-oriented algorithm and three hybrid schemes. Finally, we perform extensive evaluation work to quantitatively analyze different scheduling algorithms. Our evaluation results show that 1) hybrid schemes outperform reliability-oriented and fairness-oriented algorithms in the sense of overall efficiency and 2) dif-ferent algorithms have quite different characteristics on reliability and fairness.
