Demanding Model of Automobile Loan Using Stochastic Theory  [PDF]

Abstract: We propose a double forecasting model using stochastic theory .The demand of automobile loan is the sum of all compound variables which indicated that automobile loan was credited to customer occurring in a certain period of time. Probability distribution of automobile loan was acquired using throughout probability theory. In view of such a fact, demand of automobile loan can be viewed as a conditional mathematic expectation. The forecasting model is proposed using growing function. Theoretical analysis and Case study shows that model based on conditional expectation is better than other model available with respect to forecasting demand of automobile loan.
The Prediction of Carbon Emissions Demands in India under the Balance Economic Growth Path  [PDF]

Abstract: Facing the challenge of climate change, forecasts of energy demand and carbon emissions demand are a key requirement for India to ensure energy security and the balance economic growth. The authors calculate the optimal economic growth under the balance economic growth path from 2009 to 2050 in India based on the economy-carbon dynamic model. Combination of Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) 2006 edition of the formula of carbon emissions, energy intensity model, and population model, it gets the carbon emissions demand caused by energy consumption for time span 1980-2008. Then, it estimates the energy consumption demand and carbon emissions demand under the balance economic growth path from 2009 to 2050. The results show that the cumulative amount of energy demand and carbon emissions demand in India for the time span 2009 to 2050, are 44.65 Gtoe and 36.16 Gt C, separately. The annual demand of energy consumption and carbon emissions for India show an inverted U curve from 2009 to 2050. The demand of energy consumption and carbon emissions will peak in 2045, and the peak values are 1290.74 Mtoe and 1045.98 Mt C. Furthermore, India’s per capita energy consumption demand and carbon emissions demand also appear maximum values, which are separately 0.81 toe and 0.65 t C.

Abstract: The size of the profit in a firm or a production system not only depends on the quantity of inputs and outputs, but also depends on the market structure that means the market is perfect competition or imperfect competition. In general, the relationship between output and inputs can be defined as the production structure, which is usually decided by production technology. Therefore, under the market economy system, the production structure regulation has to follow the market structure variation. Here we assume that production technology is a C-D function, and then to determine the effects of different market structures, which we find, they are in close contacted with both production and market structures, especially some variations of elasticities. Through out a series of deduction and equilibrium analysis, the restricted conditions of the maximum profit have been found. Therefore, the consequences show that the values of elasticities have taken an important role in profit obtained for producer, the profits in a perfect competition market hardly depends on market demand elasticity, in which production elasticity requires rather small. However, in the imperfect competition market, monopoly make both price of demand and production elasticities impact on the profit. Those also prove that market monopoly factors make production lose efficiency, or lead to the market failure. In the actual process of production and management, production elasticities and related market information should be strengthened for measurement, which will be useful for analysis price fluctuation risk and management decision.

Abstract: Based on relevant literature, this study attempts to provide a conceptual model for how green complex orientation influences organizational performance by using low carbon-based incremental marketing innovation and low carbonbased radical marketing innovation as mediator, 213 firms from Jiangsu province were investigated as empirical samples. The results show that low carbon-based marketing innovation plays a complete role in mediating the relationship between green complex orientation and organizational performance, low carbon-based incremental marketing innovation plays a complete role in mediating the relationship between green market orientation and organizational performance, and low carbon-based radical marketing innovation plays a complete role in mediating the relationship between green innovation orientation and organizational performance.

Abstract:  

This paper reports a kind of banana peel carbon (BPC) containing -OH, -NH2 functional groups which prepared through controlling carbonization temperature and its application on the selective adsorption of gold from waste printed circuit boards (PCBs). The adsorption of BPC for Au(III) reached equilibrium in 30 min and the adsorption of Au(III) was favorable at pH 2.5. Meanwhile, the adsorption isotherm showed the maximum adsorption capacity of 801.7 mg/g for Au(III). The results displayed that BPC had a strong selectivity for Au(III) and a negligible affinity to base metal ions, such as Cu(II), Ni(II), Fe(III) and Pb(II). The BPC adsorbent, which absorbed gold, can be recovered completely by HCl-thiourea solution.

Abstract: Existed researches on resources investment decisions in cooperated new product development always omit the enterprise’s knowledge level, often ignore the impact of knowledge resources on the value of new products and cooperation. Based on the existing research on transactional behavior among supply chain enterprises, most of them consider the transaction of physical substances and less consider knowledge resources, this paper takes the cooperated R & D among enterprises as an example to explore the optimal resource investment decisions of cooperative participants under the condition that both parties invest knowledge resources. By constructing the Stackelberg game model, we discussed the optimal cooperative decisions of manufacturers and suppliers, and the influences of different factors on cooperative decision-making.

Staff training, a key step of human resource development, is critical for improving individual performances and overall corporate performance & yield. However, the staff training of medium- and small-sized private enterprises is faced by many problems that restrict the training efficacy. To further diagnose the training-related problems faced by medium- and small-sized private enterprises, here the author analyzed the current situations of staff training in M and identified the problems. Together with relevant knowledge and theories, the author analyzed underlying causes and proposed appropriate suggestions, aiming to provide some references and guidance for improving the training system of M.

Abstract: The reproduced tactile sensation of haptic interfaces usually selectively reproduces a certain object attribute, such as the object's material reflected by vibration and its surface shape by a pneumatic nozzle array. Tactile biomechanics investigates the relation between responses to an external load stimulus and tactile perception and guides the design of haptic interface devices via a tactile mechanism. Focusing on the pneumatic haptic interface, we established a fluid–structure interaction-based biomechanical model of responses to static and dynamic loads and conducted numerical simulation and experiments. This model provides a theoretical basis for designing haptic interfaces and reproducing tactile textures.

Abstract: Results of many $\psi(2S)$ hadronic decays and the results of $\psi(2S)$ radiative/hadronic transitions from BES collaboration in the past year are presented. Measurement of $\BR(\jpsi\ra K^0_S K^0_L)$ and the preliminary result of searching for the decay $\psi(3770)\ra\rho\pi$ are also reported.
