Abstract: In this paper, based on the theories of α-times Integrated Cosine Function, we discuss the approximation theorem for α-times Integrated Cosine Function and conclude the approximation theorem of exponentially bounded α-times Integrated Cosine Function by the approximation theorem of n-times integrated semigroups. If the semigroups are equicontinuous at each point \"\"  , we give different methods to prove the theorem.

Abstract: A semiconductor optical amplifier and electroabsorption modulator monolithically integrated with a spot-size converter input and output is fabricated by means of selective area growth,quantum well intermixing,and asymmetric twin waveguide technology.A 1550~1600nm lossless operation with a high DC extinction ratio of 25dB and more than 10GHz 3dB bandwidth are successfully achieved.The output beam divergence angles of the device in the horizontal and vertical directions are as small as 7.3°×18.0°,respectively,resulting in a 3.0dB coupling loss with a cleaved single-mode optical fiber.

Abstract: The compressively strained InGaAs/InGaAsP quantum well distributed feedback laser with ridge-wave-guide is fabricated at 1.74μm.It is grown by low-pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD).A strain buffer layer is used to avoid indium segregation.The threshold current of the device uncoated with length of 300μm is 115mA.The maximum output power is 14mW at 100mA.A side mode suppression ratio of 35.5dB is obtained.

Abstract: 分析了梳齿电容式传感器梳齿极板间的不平行在三种电容驱动下,对传感器的可靠性工作范围的影响。结果表明梳齿电容在同样的电压驱动下,当电容极板间的倾斜角由0.1度变到0.5度时,单边电容结构和双边电容结构的可靠工作范围分别变为电容极板完全平行时的0.45、0.56。对力平衡的双边梳齿电容结构,当倾斜角由0.1o变到0.15o时,可靠工作范围分别变为原来的0.925。并针对DRIE工艺刻蚀梳齿的原理,讨论了改进方法。

Abstract: 设计了一种新型的电磁能量采集器,将横向振动能转变为电能。该能量采集器主要包括折叠梁,永磁体和螺旋形铜线圈结构,器件设计的固有频率为274Hz。电磁模拟显示磁感应强度随着永磁体与线圈的间距增大而急剧减小。通过MEMS技术制作出器件模型,在242Hz共振频率下,加速度为0.5g(g=9.8m/s2)时,能量采集器输出电压峰峰值为28mV,最大输出功率为0.55uW。

Abstract: A 1.60μm laser diode and electroabsorption modulator monolithically integrated with a novel dual-waveguide spot-size converter output for low-loss coupling to a cleaved single-mode optical fiber are demonstrated.The devices emit in a single transverse and quasi single longitudinal mode with an SMSR of 25.6dB.These devices exhibit a 3dB modulation bandwidth of 15.0GHz,and modulator DC extinction ratios of 16.2dB.The output beam divergence angles of the spot-size converter in the horizontal and vertical directions are as small as 7.3°×18.0°,respectively,resulting in a 3.0dB coupling loss with a cleaved single-mode optical fiber.

Abstract: An equivalent circuit model of micromachined gyroscope's oscillating properties is derived according to its dynamics equation. The model is implemented with the circuit simulation tool PSPICE, and can be used to analyse oscillating properties, including the detection mode transient response, stable response and frequency response to angular rate. Thus the optimizing conditions can be gotten. And also the model enables the sensor to simulate together with the interfacing electronics.

Abstract:

In order to achieve the five degree of freedom manipulator motion simulation based on virtual reality environments, the calculation of the manipulator motion path of the joint node, established the mathematical models and three dimensional models, completed five degree of freedom manipulator real-time interactive simulation study based on the EON Studio platform, finished the experimental simulation of mechanical arm motion path. Provide some theoretical basis for the multiple degrees of freedom, multi-channel input and multiple perception mechanical movement of virtual interactive simulation-based research in the EON environment.

Abstract: 设计并实现了一种适用于DC-10Mb/s速率、兼容TTL和CMOS输入电平的激光器驱动电路.该电路通过片外电阻可以独立地设置激光器发送光脉冲的‘1’功率和‘0’功率,并以闭环方式实现稳定的‘1’,‘0’发送光功率.介绍了一种新颖的峰-峰值光功率检测的工作机制,并能得到稳定的峰-峰值光功率.整个电路采用CSMC 0.5μm混合信号CMOS工艺实现,芯片最大输出驱动电流为120mA,在不要求输入码型的情况下,发送光脉冲的消光比波动在-20- +80℃范围内小于0.6dB.
