Abstract: 利用光学多道分析仪测量了HT-6M托卡马克CⅥ(207.1nm)谱线线形分布.结果表明CⅥ谱线来源于电荷交换复合辐射.根据对CⅥ谱线时间行为的测量,进一步证明了这一结果,并推算出完全剥离C6+离子的径向分布.

Abstract: The space-time profile of impurities has been measured with a multichannel visible spectroscopic detect system and UV rotation-mirror system in the HT-6M tokamak. An ideal impurity transport code has been used to simulate impurities (carbon and oxygen) behaviour during the OH discharge. The profiles of impuritie s diffusion and convection coefficient, impurities ion densities in different io nized state, loss power density and effective charge number have been derived. T he impurity behaviour during low-hybrid current drive has also been analyzed, th e results show that the confinement of particles, impurities and energy has been improved, and emission power and effective charge number have been reduced.

Abstract: A one-dimensional cellular automaton is defined without the critical gradient rule (Δh>Δh_c) which is essential to the existence of avalanches in self-organized criticality (SOC) models. Instead, only the local diffusion rule is used, however, the characteristics of SOC, such as the bursty behaviour, power-law decay in fluctuation spectra, self-similarity over a broad range of scales and long-time correlations, are still observed in these numerical experiments. This numerical model is established to suggest that the bursty events and the incremental diffusion observed universally in fusion experiments do not necessarily imply the submarginal dynamics.

Abstract: The boundary turbulence and transport in density scanning experiment were investigated using a fast reciprocating Langmuir probe in the HT-7 tokamak.With the increase of the central line averaged plasma density, an enhanced shear of the radial electric field was observed at plasma edge, which could account for the reduction of edge transport and the improvement of global particle confinement. The reduced particle transport was demonstrated by the increase of the particle confinement time and the decrease of the perpendicular diffusion coefficient. The features of the ionization-and-radiation-driven turbulence, ${\tilde {T}_\e } \mathord{\left/{\vphantom {{\tilde {T}_\e } {T_\e }}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {T_\e}\sim {\tilde {n}_\e } \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{\tilde {n}_\e } {n_\e }}}\right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {n_\e }$ and $\theta \_\tilde {T}_\e \tilde {n}_\e \sim \pi $, were found in the plasma edge region, which suggests the importance of the ionization and radiation in the turbulence driving.
Measurements of Reynolds stress and turbulence in the boundary plasma of the HT-7 tokamak

Abstract: Measurements of electric field fluctuations, Reynolds stress and poloidal flow have been performed in the boundary region of the HT-7 tokamak using a Langmuir probe array. Sheared radial electric field and poloidal flow have been found in the vicinity of the limiter and the turbulence has been clearly modified in this region. Furthermore, the electrostatic Reynolds stress component shows a radial gradient close to the velocity shear layer location. All results here indicate that the radial gradient of Reynolds stress may play an important role in the driving of poloidal flows in the plasma boundary region.
The stability margin on EAST tokamak

Abstract: The experimental advanced superconducting tokamak (EAST) is the first full superconducting tokamak with a D-shaped cross-sectional plasma presently in operation. Its poloidal coils are relatively far from the plasma due to the necessary thermal isolation from the superconducting magnets, which leads to relatively weaker coupling between plasma and poloidal field. This may cause more difficulties in controlling the vertical instability by using the poloidal coils. The measured growth rates of vertical stability are compared with theoretical calculations, based on a rigid plasma model. Poloidal beta and internal inductance are varied to investigate their effects on the stability margin by changing the values of parameters $\alpha _n$ and $\gamma _n$(Howl {\it et al} 1992 \wx{Phys. Fluids {\rm B}}{4} 1724), with plasma shape fixed to be a configuration with $k = 1.9$ and $\delta = 0.5$. A number of ways of studying the stability margin are investigated. Among them, changing the values of parameters $\kappa$ and $l_i$ is shown to be the most effective way to increase the stability margin. Finally, a guideline of stability margin $M_s (\kappa ,l_i ,A)$ to a new discharge scenario showing whether plasmas can be stabilized is also presented in this paper.

Estimation of Charge Exchange Recombination Emission Based on Diagnostic Neutral Beam on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak

Abstract: Diagnostic neutral beam (DNB) attenuation and charge exchange recombination emission are estimated on EAST tokamak. Approximately 40% of the beam with the energy of 50 keV can reach the plasma centre (r = 0) for the typical parameters of the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST) plasma. Emissivities of CVI (n = 8 → 7, 529.0nm) and OVⅢ (n = 10 →9, 607.Ohm) visible charge exchange recombination emissions based on the DNB are estimated. The emissivities of the visible bremsstrahlung emission near this wavelength are also calculated for comparison. The results show that the charge exchange recombination emission is about two orders of magnitude greater than the bremsstrahlung emission. It is theoretically indicated that the ratio of signal of charge exchange recombination spectroscopy to the noise from background bremsstrahlung emission, S/N, is large enough in the EAST tokamak with the typical designed parameters. The present results are helpful for experiment design of charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy based on the DNB in the EAST tokamak.
