Abstract: An approach to the extraction and classification of feature vector for power quality based on wavelet is proposed in this paper. The disturbances include the voltage swells, sags, interruptions, transients and notchs. With the singularity principle of wavelet transform, the abrupt changes in the signal of the dynamic power quality are extracted and located, and the time during signal variation is then defined. Thus, the disturbances can be classified by the voltage averaging method. The results of MATLAB simulation show its validity. Finally, the proposed method is realized on a digital signal processor(DSP).

Abstract: A new chaotic spread spectrum communication system FFH-FMDCSK is presented, which is based on FMDCSK and fast frequency hopping techniques. FFH-FMDCSK is able to improve the performance of FMDCSK on anti-jam, multiple access, and resistance to multipath fading as well as low interference to other systems. This paper compares the BER performance of FFH-FMDCSK with that of FMDCSK in multi-path channel, and delivers the theoretical analysis and Monte-Carlo simulation results.

Abstract: An idea that an arbitrary transmit beampattern can be equal to a sum of the most basic beams is proposed. Based on the idea and using the Chebyshev weighting technique, the most basic beams are constructed with low side-lobes for a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) radar system with colocated antennas. The ratios of these beams are fast obtained by solving an effective linear programming. Compared with the existing Semidefinite Quadratic Programming (SQP) method, the designed transmit beampattern can achieve lower spatial side-lobes and cross-correlation. Furthermore, it is faster to design the transmit beampattern.

Abstract: 以生活污水为底物,碳棒作电极,构建H型瓶式微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cells,MFCs),研究了阴极电极面积和膜面积对电池产电能力的影响.阳极以厌氧污泥作接种体,两室分隔物使用阳离子交换膜(cation exchange membrane,CEM),阳极不使用中介体,阴极使用无催化剂的普通碳电极.采用几种不同的阴极面积和阳离子交换膜面积,以最大功率密度和内阻等作为比较参数,比较其产电性能.结果表明:① 阴极电极面积较小时,功率密度随其增加而增大,内阻随其增加而减小,但两者的变化幅度均逐渐减小;当两者达到极值后,随着阴极电极面积的增加,功率密度值逐渐减小,内阻增大;当阴极电极面积为71.55 cm2时,最大功率密度达到最大值为27.36 mW/m2,内阻达到最小值为1.84 kΩ; ② CEM面积小于阳极电极面积时,CEM尺寸是MFCs产电能力提高的限制性因素,增大CEM面积可以显著提高MFCs功率输出,降低系统内阻,电池产电性能最优的条件是CEM面积(9.62 cm2)与阳极电极面积(8.42 cm2)相当,得到的最大功率密度为46.1 mW/m2,内阻为1.01 kΩ.

Abstract: 摘要: 利用P-增广矩阵推理,给出信息融合智能筛选-发现的理论与应用研究,信息融合智能筛选-发现是在P-增广矩阵推理条件下得到的。P-增广矩阵是利用P-集合的结构、动态特征及改进普通增广矩阵被提出的。论文给出利用P-集合生成P-增广矩阵的方法与P-增广矩阵结构,提出P-增广矩阵推理模型并给出信息融合的智能生成方法和其筛选-发现定理,最后给出这些理论结果的应用。
Abstract: Based on P-augmented matrix reasoning, the theory and application research of information fusion intelligent screening-discovery are presented. Information fusion intelligent screening-discovery is obtained under the condition of P-augmented matrix reasoning. P-augmented matrix is obtained by using the structure and dynamic characteristics of P-set and improving common augmented matrix. The method for generating P-augmented matrix by using P-set and the structure of P-augmented matrix are given. The reasoning model of P-augmented matrix and the intelligent generation method of information fusion are presented. Abstract: We calculate the atomic and electronic structure of 3C-SiC(001)-(2 × 1) using density functional calculations within the generalized gradient approximation. The calculated results show that the atomic structure of 3C-SiC(O01)-(2 × 1) surface can be described by dissymmetrical Si dimmer model. The bond length of Si dimmer of 3C-SiC(001)-(2 × 1) surface is 0.232 ran. The calculated results of electronic structure show that a prominent density of states exists at the Fermi level, so the 3C-SiC(001)-(2 × 1) surface has the characteristics of metal. There are four surface state bands in the gap, one of which is located near the Fermi level, another at 5 eV above Fermi level, and the others in the valence bands below Fermi level.

Abstract: 风云二号D星(FY2D)搭载的空间粒子探测器可以观测10~300MeV的质子和≥350keV与≥2MeV的电子.卫星在轨测试阶段,空间粒子探测器观测到了空间环境宁静期间地球同步轨道的电子昼夜周期变化的典型特征,并在卫星发射后的12月15日首次观测到了有代表性的2级太阳质子事件(SEP),观测到的较高能量质子比较低能量质子更快地恢复到平静时的状态.通过比较FY2D卫星与GOES卫星的探测结果,既显示了同步轨道区域不同位置高能电子通量扰动时间的一致性,也显示了高能电子通量具强烈的晨昏不对称性.通过对太阳质子事件和地磁平静时期该轨道空间高能粒子环境特征的分析和研究,并与GOES卫星同期的观测结果进行相关性分析,结果表明仪器确实具备了监测空间环境扰动和预警能力,探测结果可以用于研究地球同步轨道粒子空间分布、起源和传输等科学目的.
