Abstract: Azolla is a good fodder to fish. The Azolla-N can be uptaken availably by fish. When Azolla was used as fodder for fish, 60% of Azolla-N were utilized, a half of such Azolla-N uptaken being incorporated into fish body (Clenopharyn idellus and Tilapia nilotica) and another half being excreted as fish feces. Abstract: The results indicate that different proportions of forage and biogas residues substituted for wood pieces have various effects on yield and quality of A.polytricha.The better one is substituted 30% of grass power and 30% of biogas residues for wood pieces,and its biological efficiency is 107.5%,the yield is increased by 82.2%,crude protein,aminoacid,crude fat and soluble sugar increased by 3.7%,1.75%,0.13% and 0.37% respectively.The yield is increased by 55.1% and 61.0% respectively when 50% of grass power or biogas residues substitute for wood pieces.As compared with CK,the carbon in humic acid of red soil is increased by 22.9%,26.5%,16.5% respectively by all applying 5t/hm2 of biogas residues,fungi residues and fresh grass in orchard for three years.The granular structure is enhanced by 78.5%,79.9% and 69.3% respectively.

Abstract: 巴氏蘑菇(姬松茸)原菌株J1和辐射突变株J3子实体粗多糖经水提、醇沉、Sevage法去除蛋白,透析得精多糖ABJ-1和ABJ-3;经紫外扫描和凝胶色谱法检测表明,ABJ-1和ABJ-3均具有较高的纯度。以苯酚-硫酸法测得了ABJ-1和ABJ-3的糖含量分别为47%和76.68%,凯氏定氮法测定其含氮量分别为5.77%和21%。,以凝胶过滤法测定了其分子量均在4万左右。完全酸水解后气相色谱分析显示ABJ-1含有甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖等单糖,ABJ-3含有大量的甘露糖及少量的葡萄糖等单糖。红外光谱和Smith降解后气相色谱分析显示ABJ-1和ABJ-3糖基连接键均以a,1-4糖苷键为主。

Abstract: Tricholoma loba tense heim was cultured in nutritional matters appended with seven different amounts of Cassia rotundifolia.The results show that the yields of Tricholoma loba tense heim's being appended with different amounts of Cassia rotundifola are higher than that without Cassia rotundifolia,and the difference is obvious at 0.01% level.The regression equation of the Tricholoma loba tense heim' yield and the Cassia rotundifolia's amount is Y=115.9583 (2.965X-)0.037708X~2,and the Tricholoma loba tense heim' yield reaches the maximum when the amount of Cassia rotundifolia is appended to 500g/kg of culture matters.Moreover,the relation between the total quantity of amino acid and the amount of Cassia rotundifolia appended is bally obvious,R~2 is 0.958~.The effects of appending Cassia rotundifolia on three big types of amino acid,i.e.necessary amino acid,sweet taste amino acid and enfant amino acid including eleven kinds of amino acids in the first principal component,are great,and then the total quantity of amino acid is affected.

Abstract: 利用60Coγ射线(辐照剂量为300 Gy,剂量率为4.6875Gy/min)辐照豆科决明属5个牧草品种的种子,通过M1、M2的观察和选择,从每品种的变异植株中各选取1棵植株进行M3代营养测定的盆栽试验。结果表明:辐照后5个决明变异品种植株的营养成分(N、P、K)中,"ATF2219"变异株全K有显著下降,其余都无显著差异。植株的营养成分(氨基酸)测定结果表明,"ATF2219"变异株氨基酸总含量有显著下降,且17种氨基酸都表现为不同程度的下降,"CPI86134"变异株氨基酸总含量有显著增长,且17种氨基酸都表现为不同程度的增长,其余都无显著差异。RAPD分析表明,5个品种辐射后代在遗传上都有明显的变异。

Abstract: The present situations, the development trend and the new theory of leisure agriculture are analyzed. In the light of the characteristics of agriculture and the practice of North Fujian, five principles of the strategies for the development of leisure agriculture in North Fujian are advanced. And the content and frame of design of leisure agriculture garden in North Fujian (Shaowu City) is suggested, which involves the introduction of new cultivar of fruit trees, adjustment of fruiting period, inter-planting technology of ecological fruit orchard, dwarfing technology of fruit trees and management of organic fruit garden. In addition, the rational combine of the measures with the principle and technology of landscape architecture, landscape science and tourism science will benefit the establishment and improvement of leisure agriculture and the sustainable development of agriculture in Nouth Fujian (Shaowu City).

Abstract: 设立盆栽试验,研究不同施用条件(喷施和土施)下稀土元素镧在牧草体内的含量及分布特征.结果表明,随着稀土施用量的增加,牧草植株各部位稀土元素镧含量也增加.喷施稀土元素镧显著增加牧草叶和茎镧含量.禾本科牧草南非马唐叶片稀土元素镧含量与对照相比增加了1·10~1·35倍,茎增加了0·42~1·40倍.豆科牧草圆叶决明叶片稀土元素镧含量与对照相比增加了0·37~0·82倍,茎增加了0·25~0·45倍.并且在同一施镧处理水平上,喷施的牧草叶和茎镧含量显著高于土施.土施处理的各部位稀土元素镧含量只有在较高施用浓度下,才与对照之间有显著性差异.在同一施镧处理水平上,喷施的根部稀土元素镧含量低于土施,但两者间无显著性差异.圆叶决明荚稀土元素镧含量随着镧施用量的增加而增加,但喷施与土施之间、不同施用量的各处理之间以及各处理与对照之间均无显著性差异.无论是喷施还是土施,稀土元素镧在南非马唐植株中的含量排序为根>叶>茎,在圆叶决明植株中的含量排序为根茎>叶>荚.

Abstract: The main achievements of the cooperative work in the research on the adaptable forages and its popularization in red hilly soils were summarized by Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the institutions of foreign countries in last 10 years.The conception of ecological forages was also introduced. Abstract: Active oxygen metabolism and accommodation of Chamaecrista spp.CPI86134 under chilling stress in seedling period were studied.The results show that net rate of O_2 generation,H_2O_2 and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents,and rate of leakage of electrolyte significantly increase with enhanced and longer chilling stress;the contents of scavenging enzymes(SOD,POD,AsA-POD) also fast increase in 48 hours under chilling stress, then slowly drop.So we can conclude that the enhancements of scavenging enzymes activity are the adaptive response to chilling stress,and the severe accumulations of O_2 and H_2O_2 result in the lipid peroxidation and the damage of lipid system.
