Abstract:

At present study, homomorphic encryption scheme is most focusing on algorithm efficiency and security and the rare for homomorphic encryption simulation research. This paper for the Gentry’s Somewhat Homomorphic Encryption scheme for the simulation research, in clear text size within a certain range simulation was Somewhat Homomorphic Encryption scheme, and presents the relationship between the length of plaintext and ciphertext size.

Abstract: The large deformation for rock is studied using the manifold method, and the analysing formulas of manifold method are established for large deformation. The corresponding program is completed. The stability analysis for a simple slope is simulated using the presented manifold method. The computational results show that the method is effective.

Abstract: Based on the triaxial creep experiment of rock, the viscoelastic analytical solutions are obtained and a viscoelastic parameter identification method is proposed according to the three-parameter H-K model. The viscoelastic parameter identification and back analysis are carried out by using the multi-stage loading creep curves of granite and schist. The results of analysis show that the elastic parameters and viscoelastic parameters of the same sample change with different step loading, in particular, there is a damage attenuation of viscoelastic modulus and viscosity coefficient with loading. The obtained analytical curves using the back-analysis parameters agree with the experimental creep curves very well.

Abstract: The failures of rock mass bedding slopes mainly display the buckling and the shearing slip. The upper bound for buckling failure of bedding slope is derived in the form of displacement by researching buckling deformation factors. According to the mechanism of progressive failure for rock mass bedding slope, the ultimate length of the slope failures with shearing slip is derived in different cases. The displacement criteria of rock structure stability are given for bedding rock slope.

Abstract: In underground engineerings, the choice of support schemes and the design of support parameters for surrounding rock are essentially the multivariated problems or the problems with poly-solution. Namely, it is possible that there are several feasible initial support schemes under same engineering conditions. In this papaer, we have presented two methods of choosing relative optimal scheme from the feasible schemes, which are the distance analysis and the fuzzy choosing nearness principle. These methods are simple and convenient to be used. Subjective factors have only a little effect on them. They are the practical methods of high-speed quantitative optimization. The fundamental principle of thc methods and its implementation in the expert system of support decision ar discussed in the paper.

Abstract: 从辽宁锦州拟建地下储库工程现场钻取典型花岗岩岩芯,进行不同冻结温度(-10 ℃~-50 ℃)和不同含水状态(干燥和饱和)的单轴及三轴压缩试验,分析岩石的变形破坏规律、干燥和饱和状态抗压强度以及三轴剪切强度参数c,j 值随温度的变化关系。试验结果表明:(1) 无论干燥还是饱和试样,微风化花岗岩单轴及三轴抗压强度随着低温温度的降低而提高,但呈现非线性增加的趋势,得到花岗岩抗压强度随低温温度变化的非线性关系拟合式,并认为微风化花岗岩存在一个抗压强度趋于稳定的温度界限值,此值约为-40 ℃;(2) 微风化花岗岩在干燥和饱和条件下,黏聚力c值随温度的降低而增大,在干燥条件下尤为明显。干燥条件下,微风化花岗岩内摩擦角随低温温度降低变化较小,摩擦角基本保持在57°左右,饱和条件下,微风化花岗岩内摩擦角随温度降低而增加,
Intranasal LPS-Mediated Parkinson’s Model Challenges the Pathogenesis of Nasal Cavity and Environmental Toxins

Abstract: Accumulating evidence implicates the relationship between neuroinflammation and pathogenesis in idiopathic Parkinson's disease (iPD). The nose has recently been considered a gate way to the brain which facilitates entry of environmental neurotoxin into the brain. Our study aims to build a PD model by a natural exposure route. In this report, we establish a new endotoxin-based PD model in mice by unilateral intranasal (i.n.) instillation of the lipopolysaccharides (LPS) every other day for 5 months. These mice display a progressive hypokinesia, selective loss of dopaminergic neurons, and reduction in striatal dopamine (DA) content, as well as α-synuclein aggregation in the SN, without systemic inflammatory and immune responses. This new PD model provides a tool for studying the inflammation-mediated chronic pathogenesis and searching for therapeutic intervention in glia-neuron pathway that will slow or halt neurodegeneration in PD.
