Abstract: 在归纳总结悬浮泥沙反演模型尺度效应研究现状的基础上,提出了基于八邻域窗口估算像元泥沙浓度分布方差算法,并利用该算法的计算结果,推导与计算了线性模型、对数模型和指数模型的尺度修正方法.结合太湖Landsat/TM影像数据和同步实测泥沙浓度数据及光谱数据的分析表明:悬浮泥沙浓度定量模型的尺度效应误差与模型密切相关.对于像太湖这样的复杂Ⅱ类水体,尺度效应可以导致反射率的相对误差达到16%.

Abstract: 研究了不同碳源、氮源、生长因子和无机盐对桦褐孔菌液体深层培养菌丝体产量的影响。采用“二次回归正交组合设计”对培养基进行优化,结果表明,当培养基配方为小麦淀粉水解糖100.83g/L(还原糖含量为24%)、酵母粉18.70g/L、玉米浆11.01g/L、KH2PO44.59g/L、MgSO4·7H2O1.5g/L、pH6.0,在30℃、160r/min的恒温培养振荡器上振荡培养120h,生物量可达19.80g/L。

Abstract: Coaxial nanoring structures have attracted extensive attention in recent years due to their peculiar optical properties. In this article, we investigate two different types of resonances in plasmonic Fabry-Pérot cavities, planar surface plasmon and propagating surface plasmon. Using nanoring arrays with the same periodicity and different gaps, we can tune propagating surface plasmons and finally filter individual colors out. With large periodicities, planar surface plasmon resonance can be fixed in the near infrared range to avoid any disturbance on propagating surface plasmon resonance which is located in visible frequencies. In this work, we filter a broadband white source into different colors by using nanoring arrays with a fixed periodicity of 1200 nm and varying gaps range from 10 nm to 180 nm (in steps of 10 nm). Compared with one-dimensional nanoslits or metal-insulator-metal (MIM) nanogratings, nanoring structures present polarization independence to the incident light, leading to more functional devices and broader applications (applicable to natural light, for instance). Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulations accord well with measurements, which confirms our conclusions and supports our explanations.
Static liquid fermentative conditions for producing cellulase of Trametes trogii

Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of the factors such as the initial pH of fermentative medium, the kinds of carbon and nitrogen sources of fermentative medium and the types of inducers on CMC-Na (monosodium carboxymethylcellulose) cellulase activity of a new isolated producing cellulase strain from the rumen of sheep, the single factor and orthogonal test were respectively carried out. The CMC-Na cellulase activity was determined by DNS (3,5-dinitryl salicylate) method. The results displayed that the optimal initial pH value of fermentative medium was 5.0. The optimal carbon and nitrogen sources of fermentative medium were respectively starch and yeast extract and their optimal additive amount were respectively 1% and 0.4%. The optimal inducer was dry bran (1.5%). Under the optimal condition, the highest value of CMC-Na cellulase activity was 56.62U/mL. All these results indicated that this was a new founding for looking for strain producing cellulase and using Trametes trogii to produce cellulase by static fermentation showed some advantages such as short fermentation time, and lower energy cost as compared with the reported Aspergillus niger and Trichoderma. Therefore, this study will display some certain substantial economic significance.

Abstract: Seismic energy is disturbed and attenuated seriously under the bad geological conditions for seismic exploration in southern Huanghai (Yellow Sea) basin, and therefore the Meso-Paleozoic wave group of marine reflection seismic cannot be recognized and the seismogram does not meet the requirement for evaluation of pre-Tertiary oil/gas resources in southern Huanghai basin. In May 2006, marine magnetotelluric (MT) sounding experiment was carried out and reliable data were acquired. In the experiment, 3 MT stations were deployed in regions of Wulian slope and Jiaozhou depression. On the basis of analysis on discrimination between marine and land MT data processing and discussion of marine electromagnetic noises, the correct methods of marine MT data about instrument obliquity and orientation and marine noise are presented. The result of MT data processing and inversion integrating geological and petrophysical data shows the existence of Paleozoic formations and is significant for the evaluation of pre-Tertiary oil/gas resources in the southern Huanghai basin. The experiment provides the evidence that marine MT technique can play an important role in the investigation of Paleozoic sediment basins.

Abstract: In this article, the simultaneous set of nonlinear equations for photon transport and inverted population in active medium is solved by taking the pumping effect into account. The analytic expressions of the space-time distribution function of inverted population and photon density are then obtained for an arbitrary initial distribution of inverted population. The cases of a single or a series of square pulse input are discussed in detail. In addition, the effects of incidence of very intense beam on steady-state operation of the laser are also studied. Under certain conditions, the perturbation method may be used to derive the formulas for photon density and inverted population density in laser. Calculations are made, with ruby laser as an example, and it is shown that the incidence of very intense beam may possibly be used for strengthening giant pulses.

Abstract: The energy distribution of the diffraction fields of the transform-limited ultrashort laser pulses is inspected. By calculating the single- and doubleslit diffraction of the transform-limited pulses, the dependence of diffraction patterns on the pulse duration is revealed. It is indicated that the information about the pulse durations and shapes can be obtained through the diffration inspection.

Abstract: The fluctuation model of passively mode-locked lasers has been improved. A com-puter simulation of the evolution of light pulses was performed. The simulation started at the point when the gain coefficient had just increased to the threshold value. The starting average intensity was calculated in accordance with the spontaneous emission The rate of pumping, the life-time of the upper laser level and the ratio of the area of beam section at the gain medium to that at the saturable absorber were taken into ac-count. The calculation has been done for Nd-glass and Nd: YAG lasers.The simulation calculation led to the following conclusions: (1) It is impossible to obtain complete mode locking with a confidence over 93% when the pumping rate exceeds the threshold value by 15 to 20%. (2) The optimum ratio of the area of the beam sections is from 1/2 to 1 for Nd-glass lasers, and larger than 2 for Nd: YAG lasers. (3) To obtain complete mode locking the transmission of the saturable dye must be within a certain range (depending on the loss coefficient and the ratio of the beam sections). The transmission of the dye for Nd-glass lasers should be higher than that for Nd: YAG lasers, if the same dye is employed.Finally, the shortcomings of Glenn's calculation are pointed out.
THEORETICAL CALCULATION OF A NEW METHOD OF MODE-LOCKING FOR LASERS

Abstract: A fluctuation model is suggested in this paper for the mode-locked laser incorporating a nonlinear mirror with intensity dependent reflection coefficient. Computer simulation with this model is conducted for varied parameters of Nd: YAG lasers and for two kinds of nonlinear crystal (KTP and KDP). The optimum parameters and conditions under which perfect mode-locking will be achieved are predicted according to the simulation calculation.
