Abstract: in the present work, poly(ethylene glycol)-block-poly(γ-benzyl l-glutamate)-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) (peg-b-pblg-g-peg) copolymer was synthesized by the ester exchange reaction of peg-block-pblg copolymer with peg chain. structure and properties of peg-b-pblg-g-peg copolymer were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ft-ir), atomic force microscopy (afm), scanning electron microscopy (sem), and differential scanning calorimeter (dsc). the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and the chain length of pblg segments on the grafting percentage of peg-b-pblg-g-peg copolymer were studied. experimental results demonstrated that the grafting percentage of peg-b-pblg-g-peg copolymer increased with the increase of both reaction temperature and reaction time, while the increase of the chain length of pblg segments in block copolymer decreased the grafting percentage.
Soil greenhouse gas emission in winter wheat/summer maize rotation ecosystem as affected by nitrogen fertilization in the Piedmont Plain of Mount Taihang, China

Abstract: The effect of soil nutrient augmentation via nitrogen deposition or fertilization on the processes of storing, releasing and re-absorbing of methane (CH4) carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrous oxide (N2O) greenhouse gases (GHG) in soil ecosystems are poorly understood. This study described an original field experiment for measuring soil GHG flux at nitrogen application rates of N0 0 kg(N)·hm-2], N200 200 kg(N)·hm-2], N400 400 kg(N)·hm-2]and N600 600 kg(N)·hm-2] in winter wheat/summer maize double cropping system in the Piedmont Plains of Mount Taihang. CH4, CO2 and N2O emissions from soils under the winter wheat/summer maize rotation system were measured from July 2008 through June 2010 using the static transparent chamber and gas chromatography technique. The results showed that soils under winter wheat/summer maize ecosystems served as CH4 sink, and CO2 and N2O sources. With increasing nitrogen application, CH4 absorption rate decreased and CO2 and N2O flux rates increased. In winter wheat season, CH4 absorption rate under N0 treatment was significantly higher than under other nitrogen treatments. Both CO2 and N2O emission flux rates under N600 treatment were significantly higher (P<0.05) than under N0 treatment. Nitrogen fertilization and irrigation sharply induced CO2 and N2O peak flux emissions and decreased CH4 peak absorption. Rising soil temperature, precipitation or alternating wet/dry weather increased soil N2O and CO2 emission flux rates. Negative N2O flux rates were observed under low temperature and high evaporation conditions in N0 application treatments in winter. CH4 emission accumulation for 2008~2009 under N0, N200, N400 and N600 treatments was -1.42, -0.75, -0.82 and -0.92 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively. For 2009~2010, it was -2.60, -1.47, -1.35 and -1.76 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively. CO2 emission accumulation for 2008~2009 under N0, N200, N400 and N600 treatments was 15 598, 19 346, 21 456 and 29 013 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively. For 2009~2010, it was 10 318, 11 474, 13 984 and 20 639 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively. Then N2O emission accumulation for 2008~2009 under N0, N200, N400 and N600 treatments was 1.05, 2.16, 5.27 and 6.98 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively. Also for 2009~2010, it was 1.49, 2.31, 4.42 and 5.81 kg·hm-2·a-1, respectively.

Flow activity is very complicated in BPEL, but it plays an important role in describing Web services. Based on color Petri net, proposed transitions from flow activity to color Petri net models, while considered BPEL activities execute ways and environments. These models are more exacter and can be used to verify and test Web services.

Abstract: DNA microarray technology is a high throughout method that can analyze the expression of thousands of genes at the same time to form a complete cellular gene expression profile. It has been applied in immunological researches such as the development, maturation, activation and differentiation of immune cells, the regulation of immune responses, the molecular mechanism of allergy, the relation between phenotype and gene expression, and immunological pharmacology, etc. It has deepened our perception of the immune system. It will as well be helpful in the research of the regulative mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) toward immune cells and immune responses, the therapeutic mechanisms of TCM toward allergy, the standardization of differentiation of syndrome and herbal pharmacology, etc. The data analysis of the results of DNA microarray experiments is aimed to compare the difference of gene expression levels of different samples and obtain diagnostic gene expression profiles. But there are controversies about the number of samples and choices of statistical methods. Researchers are striving in setting standards of DNA microarray experiments.

Based on the value of human resource accounting, human resource value assessment theory, from the practical perspective, the choice of Chongqing tripod communications company as a case, the use of human resources value assessment of the monetary measurement model and non monetary measurement methods, to the related data, the future wages reward discounting, human assets ratio of the value of human resources, personnel structure were assessed, analysis, comparison, thereby exposing out of the company in human resources management in the existing human resources assets ratio imbalance, the unreasonable personnel structure, employee turnover rate is too high, and give the enterprise management put forward to adjust the allocation of human resources, personnel structure and human resources management suggestions and measures.

Abstract: The properties of the field quantum entropy evolution in a system of a single-mode squeezed coherent state field interacting with a two-level atom is studied by utilizing the complete quantum theory, and we focus our attention on the discussion of the influences of field squeezing parameter $\gamma $, atomic distribution angle $\theta $ and coupling strength $g$ between the field and the atom on the properties of the evolution of field quantum entropy. The results obtained from numerical calculation indicate that the amplitude of oscillation of field quantum entropy evolution decreases with the increasing of squeezing parameter $\gamma $, and that both atomic distribution angle $\theta $ and coupling strength $g$ between the field and the atom can influence the periodicity of field quantum entropy evolution.
Influence of the Stark Effect on Transfer of Quantum Entangled Information

Abstract: Using the joint physical model consisted of many two-level atoms and single-mode light fields, the evolution of the system state voter and the numerical results of the entanglement degree for the entangled light field in the presence of Stark effect are presented. The influence of the Stark effect and intensity of the initial fields on transfer of quantum entangled information are studied. It is found that quantum entanglement information can be transferred between the cavity fields and atoms under the certain conditions in order to realize transfer of quantum entangled information. The effects of Stark shift and intensity in the initial fields on the process are obvious. The entangled degree of light field increases with intensity of the initial field increase. The collapses and revivals of entangled degree appears when the initial fields are strong. The greater the stark shift parameter is, the faster the oscillation of the entangled degree of light fields will be. This shows that the Stark effect destroys the steady properties of entangled degree of light fields.
Study on Transfer Mechanism of Quantum Entangled Information in Coherent Coupling Cavity-field

Abstract: The physical model composed of coherent multimode cavity-field interacting with coherent coupling-atom is proposed. The evolution properties for the process of multi-photon interaction in the system mentioned above are studied by utilizing complete quantum theory. It shows that multiphoton entangled states and multi-atom entangled states can be swapped into each other periodically in the process of coupling multi-atoms interacting with multimode cavity-fields. Meanwhile the entanglement information transfer can be realized in the above process. The results of the entanglement transfer are thereby illustrated by means of calculating the fidelity of atoms numerically. And the general characteristics of the entangled information transfer are further revealed. It is pointed out that the results reported up to now are only specific examples of the research under different conditions.
