Research on authority control model for industrial-chain coordinate business platform

Abstract: By analyzing the coordinate relationship of enterprises and the characteristics of business platform supporting industrial-chain coordination, presented a four-stage authority control model based on dynamic alliance. A series of managerial modes, i.e. alliance authority management, authority inheritance management according to coordinate category of alliances, authority management of enterprises departments and operator inside department, were discussed at the same time. In addition, put forward the algorithm of authority control for coordinate business platform, and gave a case of authority management supporting industrial-chain coordination to verify the practicability and effectiveness of this model.

Abstract: In view of the characteristic of the data exchange in the collaborative commerce system of manufacturing industrial chain, this paper presented a structure of data exchange adapter based on dynamic Web service. And involved a series of key technologies, which included Web service template extraction, router choices based on the user configuration server-side file, XML file reader, data exchange controller, the interface of data I/O, which could not only effectively solve the dynamic generation of Web service according to calling parameters driven for client identity and keyword, but also perfectly satisfy the requirement of configuration and flexibility of data exchange adapter in usage.

Abstract: The control strategy and simulation of external carbon addition were specially studied in an anoxic-oxic(A/O) process with low carbon: nitrogen(C/N) domestic wastewater. The control strategy aimed to adjust the flow rate of external carbon dosage to the anoxic zone, thus the concentration of nitrate plus nitrite(NOx--N) in the anoxic zone was kept closed to the set point. The relationship was studied between the NOx--N concentration in the anoxic zone(S_ NO) and the dosage of external carbon, and the results showed that the removal efficiency of the total nitrogen(TN) could not be largely improved by double dosage of carbon source when S_ NO reached about 2 mg/L. Through keeping S_ NO at the level of about 2 mg/L, the demand of effluent quality could be met and the carbon dosage could be optimized. Based on the Activated Sludge Model No.1(ASM No.1), a simplified mathematical model of external carbon dosage was developed. Simulation results showed that PI controller and feed-forward PI controller both had good dynamic response and steady precision. And feed-forward PI controller had better control effects due to its consideration of influent disturbances.
Denitrification potential enhancement by addition of external carbon sources in a pre-denitrification process

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the denitrification potential enhancement by addition of external carbon sources and to estimate the denitrification potential for the predenitrification system using nitrate utilization rate(NUR)batch tests.It is shown that the denitrification potential Can be substantially increased with the addition of three external carbon sources,i.e.methanol,ethanol,and acetate.and the denitrification rates of ethanol,acetate,and methanol reached up to 9.6,12,and 3.2 mgN/(gVSS·h),respectively,while mat of starch wastewater was only 0.74 mgN/(gVSS·h).By comparison,ethanol was found to be the best extemal carbon source.NUR batch tests with starch wastewater and waste ethanol were carried out.The denitrification potential increased from 5.6 to 16.5 mg NO.-N/L owing to waste ethanol addition.By means of NUR tests,the wastewater characteristics and kinetic parameters can be estimated.which are used to determine the denitrification potential of wastewater,to calculate the denitrification potential of the plant and to predict the nitrate effluent quality,as well as provide information for developing carbon dosage conlxol strategy.

Abstract: In order to achieve the needs of dynamic event collaborative awareness between different business objects on associations with business events for the SaaS-based collaborative platform of industrial-chain, this paper erected a business event collaborative awareness model. Furthermore, it proposed a dynamic business event capture mechanism based on AOP technology, a business object associated collaborative objects list generator algorithm and an event message release method based on event news release method. The model and algorithms had been used in the SaaS-based collaborative platform of automotive parts industrial-chain, which met the collaborative needs of complex business processes across single-core business collaboration such as car service in warranty service.
Corrosion properties of high silicon iron-based alloys in nitric acid

Abstract: The effect of copper and rare-earth elements on corrosion behavior of high silicon iron-based alloys in nitric acid was studied by means of static and loading current corrosion experiments. The anodic polarization curve was also made to discuss the corrosion mechanism. The examination on alloy microstructure and SEM corrosion pattern showed that when silicon content reached 14.5%, the Fe3Si phase appeared and the primary structure of the iron-base alloy was ferrite. When adding 4.57% copper in the iron alloy, its corrosion resistance in static diluted sulfuric acid was improved while its corrosion resistance and electrochemical corrosion properties in the nitric acid were decreased. In contrast, the addition of rare earth elements could improve the corrosion properties in all above conditions including in static diluted sulfuric acid and in nitric acid.

Organic matter and concentrated nitrogen removal by shortcut nitrification and denitrification from mature municipal landfill leachate

Abstract: An UASB Anoxic/Oxic (A/O) system was introduced to treat a mature landfill leachate with low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and high ammonia concentration. To make the best use of the biodegradable COD in the leachate, the denitrification of NOx-N in the recirculation effluent from the clarifier was carried out in the UASB. The results showed that most biodegradable organic matters were removed by the denitrification in the UASB. The NH4 -N loading rate (ALR) of A/O reactor and operational temperature was 0.28-0.60 kg NH4 -N/(m3·d) and 17-29℃ during experimental period, respectively. The short-cut nitrification with nitrite accumulation efficiency of 90%-99% was stabilized during the whole experiment. The NH4 -N removal efficiency varied between 90% and 100%. When ALR was less than 0.45 kg NH4 -N/(m3·d), the NH4 -N removal efficiency was more than 98%. With the influent NH4 -N of 1200-1800 mg/L, the effluent NH4 -N was less than 15 mg/L. The shortcut nitrification and denitrification can save 40% carbon source, with a highly efficient denitrification taking place in the UASB. When the ratio of the feed COD to feed NH4 -N was only 2-3, the total inorganic nitrogen (TIN) removal efficiency attained 67%-80%. Besides, the sludge samples from A/O reactor were analyzed using FISH. The FISH analysis revealed that ammonia oxidation bacteria (AOB) accounted for 4% of the total eubacterial population, whereas nitrite oxidation bacteria (NOB) accounted only for 0.2% of the total eubacterial population.

Abstract: Control of sludge age and mixed liquid suspended solids concentration in the activated sludge process is critical for ensuring effective wastewater treatment. A nonlinear dynamic model for a step-feed activated sludge process was developed in this study. The system is based on the control of the sludge age and mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage by adjusting the sludge recycle and wastage flow rates respectively. The simulation results showed that the sludge age remained nearly constant at a value of 16 d in the variation of the influent characteristics. The mixed liquor suspended solids in the aerator of last stage were also maintained to a desired value of 2500 g/m3 by adjusting wastage flow rates.
