Socially Responsible Supply Chain Partnership Based-On CSR Equity Model  [PDF]

Abstract: Although China has become the world’s second largest economy, a serious urgent issue of global consequences as well as the major obstacle in the process of China’s economic development is the lack of CSR. Through CSR initiatives, enterprises of all sizes, in cooperation with their stakeholders, can help to reconcile economic, social and environmental ambitions. Socially responsible supply chain partnership that integrates all efforts of CSR activities from socially responsible enterprises to upstream partner-suppliers shall be surely needed within the uncertainly globalizing and networklizing knowledge economy era. This paper develops a five-step CSR Equity framework based-on socially responsible customer perspective for modeling and analysis of socially responsible supply chain partnership and shows relevant optimal coordination strategies to improving the social and environmental performance of all partners in the supply chain system. The findings suggest that the share rate of the total investment of partner-supplier’s CSR efforts shall be the critical contract clause to coordinate the socially responsible supply chain partnership to implement Pareto optimal policy with cost sharing contract. Moreover, the share rate has a strong positive relativity with the ratio of marginal revenues between supply chain members, whereas negative relativity with the partner-supplier’s leverage rate of CSR efforts.
Brand Franchise Supply Chain Partnership Based on Online and Offline Integrating Strategy  [PDF]

Taking advantage of online shopping affecting major parameters of corporate business including customer experience, customer word-of-mouth diffusion and customer complaints sharing, price elastic of consumer demand, and consumer brand loyalty, this paper focuses on the role of brand franchise supply chain partnership in the online and offline integrating environment. The findings suggest that the transfer payment shall be the critical contract clause to coordinate the brand franchise supply chain partnership to implement Pareto optimal strategy on VMI policy. Moreover, the optimal transfer payment has a strong positive relativity with the complementary of the online-offline shopping and VMI scale economic effect, whereas negative relativity with the substitutability of the online-offline shopping and VMI holding cost. The more VMI scale economic effect enhances, the larger online-offline integrating shopping market shares and the more system revenue shall be obtained in the brand franchise supply chain whereas taking advantage of the less transfer payment. The more VMI holding cost decreases, the larger online-offline integrating shopping market shares and the more system revenue shall be obtained in the brand franchise supply chain whereas taking advantage of the less transfer payment.

Two-Dimension Path Planning Method Based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm  [PDF]

Abstract: Nowadays, path planning has become an important field of research focus. Considering that the ant colony algorithm has numerous advantages such as the distributed computing and the characteristics of heuristic search, how to combine the algorithm with two-dimension path planning effectively is much important. In this paper, an improved ant colony algorithm is used in resolving this path planning problem, which can improve convergence rate by using this improved algorithm. MAKLINK graph is adopted to establish the two-dimensional space model at first, after that the Dijkstra algorithm is selected as the initial planning algorithm to get an initial path, immediately following, optimizing the select parameters relating on the ant colony algorithm and its improved algorithm. After making the initial parameter, the authors plan out an optimal path from start to finish in a known environment through ant colony algorithm and its improved algorithm. Finally, Matlab is applied as software tool for coding and simulation validation. Numerical experiments show that the improved algorithm can play a more appropriate path planning than the origin algorithm in the completely observable.

Abstract: New energy vehicle is a technological revolution in the automotive industry, which has changed the pattern of the original automotive industry to a certain extent. Nowadays, energy consumption and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, therefore new energy vehicles are becoming the trend of future industry development. Governments spare no efforts to promote new energy vehicles. In the case of its broad market prospects, the market gives new energy automotive enterprises a cold response. In addition to the heading companies, such as Tesla, small new energy automobile companies are still struggling to increase market share. Based on this, this paper mainly focuses on the marketing strategy of SL New Energy Automobile Company. Firstly, we overview the marketing theory, and introduce the SL new energy automobile company. Then we use PEST (Politics, Economy, Society, Technology) and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to analyze the macro and micro environment of SL company. Then we use STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) to decide the target market selection and positioning. Finally, we put forward the marketing strategy from the four aspects of SL company’s product, price, place and promotion. Through this paper, we hope to have better marketing suggestions for enterprise managers, and hope to help the new energy automobile enterprise to promote market share.

Abstract: Measuring the geological disaster-risked situation, is a typical non-deterministic decision-making issue in disaster pre- vention and emergency response science for military engineering. Based on the given geological disaster risk analysis mechanism, geological disaster risk monitoring matrix was established, and risk characters’ value was obtained by mining the hidden information in the monitoring matrix with Entropy theory; with Identity, Discrepancy, and Contrary of Set Pair Analysis and distance measurement, geological disaster-risked model was erected for military engineering, and the steps were given for measuring geological disaster risk, which determined geological disaster-risked SPA force and order relationship of military engineering. Finally, case showed that model has the feasibility and effectiveness over measuring the geological disaster-risked situation for military engineering.

Abstract: In this paper, we address the spectra of simple harmonic oscillators based on the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) with a Kaluza-Klein compactified extra dimension. Abstract: The title compound, C14H13N3O3, was synthesized by the condensation reaction of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde with isonicotinohydrazide in a methanol solution. The molecule of the compound displays a trans configuration with respect to the C=N and C—N bonds. The dihedral angle between the benzene and the pyridine rings is 27.3 (2)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N—H...N interactions into zigzag chains with graph-set notation C(7) along [010]. An intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond is observed.
