Abstract: The system of steady state photorefractive spatial optical solitons can be descr ibed by a singular Lagrangian.To our knowledge,the commutation relations and qua ntum equations of motion are given by using corresponding principle, however it is not satisfactory since the constraints are ignored.In this paper,the commutat ion relations and quantum equations of motion are derived based on the Dirac the ory of constrained systems.The perturbation solution in screening soliton case i s found and the squeezing properties are discussed.
Consensus of a class of multi-agent systems with active leader and time delay

Abstract: This paper considers the consensus problem of multi-agent systems with an active leader and time-varying delay. In our problem, the velocity of the leader can not be measured precisely. To track such a leader, a decentralized state-estimation rule is constructed for each agent, which is used to design local controllers. Due to the interconnection delays, both neighbor-based control rules and stateestimation rules involve time-varying delays. Moreover, with the directed (fixed or variable )interconnection topologies described by digraphs, the leader-following errors are estimated. Particularly,it is proved that each agent can track the leader if the input of the active leader is precisely known.
A Comparison Study of Aerosol Optical Depths Retrieved from Broadband Extinction Method and Aerosol Robotic Network Observation

Abstract: The broadband extinction method for retrieving aerosol optical depth is introduced. Aerosol optical depths derived from the broadband extinction method and aerosol robotic network observation during 20012002 are compared and analyzed. The comparison results show that two kinds of detection are in good agreement in fine days and the relative coefficients exceed 90%. Furthermore, in order to solve the problem of cloud contamination in retrieving monthly-average aerosol optical depth from broadband extinction method, a method to minimize the cloud effects known as monthly-average aerosol optical depth restriction method is proposed, and the comparison with aerosol robotic network observation shows the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: 该文简要介绍了遥感气溶胶光学厚度的宽带消光法,重点比较与分析了2001~2002年间北京地区宽带消光法和全球气溶胶探测网(AERONET)气溶胶光学厚度的探测结果.对比结果表明,两类探测结果在无云晴天的条件下具有很好的吻合,二者的相关系数达到90%以上.另外,作者还针对宽带消光法反演月平均气溶胶光学厚度问题,提出了一个减小云对反演结果影响的方法,即月平均光学厚度约束法,并与全球气溶胶探测网探测结果做对比分析.二者结果的一致性表明该约束方法的有效性.

Abstract: 引入了一个辐射加权平均的宽带气溶胶一次散射反照率(SSA)的定义,提出了一个从宽带的漫射信息反演该SSA的方法.数值模拟结果表明,在Junge气溶胶谱分布情形下,对气溶胶光学厚度、(A)ngstr(o)m指数与气溶胶虚部的通常变化范围,应用该SSA所计算的2160组宽带太阳辐射反射率、漫射透过率、总透过率和吸收率的相对标准误差都在1.107%以内;绝对标准差在0.00287以内.对非Junge的大陆性和都市工业污染气溶胶模式(由水溶性、沙尘和碳粒子组成),在72组反射率、漫射透过率、总透过率和吸收率计算中,相对标准差都在2.047%以内,绝对标准差在0.0075以内.在Junge气溶胶假设下,作者提出了一个综合应用宽带太阳直射和漫射信息同时反演气溶胶光学厚度与辐射加权平均SSA的方法,并通过模拟反演分析了SSA反演的3个主要误差因子.从反演结果可以看出:(1)如果(A)ngstr(o)m指数误差在±0.2以内,对0.55μm气溶胶光学厚度大于0.312大陆性气溶胶,SSA误差在±0.0418以内;(2)波长无关的宽带地表反照率适用于SSA反演;(3)气溶胶光学厚度越大,辐射资料误差所引起的SSA解误差越小.当辐射误差在±2%以内以及0.55μm气溶胶光学厚度大于0.312时,SSA解的误差在±0.0149以内;辐射误差在±4%以内时,SSA解的误差在±0.0317以内.

Abstract: 本文应用染色体荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术,利用人9号和14号染色体特异探针,对深低温冻存和长期传代的黑叶猴细胞株染色体畸变进行了分析。确定在长期冻存和传代过程中,一些黑叶猴细胞在No12和No17染色体之间发生了易位,一条No17染色体发生断裂,断裂点在17q13,断裂片段17q13-17qter易位到一条No12染色体长臂末端,形成一条小的中着丝粒的和一条具较长长臂的衍生染色体即der(17)和der(12)。结果表明,荧光原位杂交技术用人染色体特异探针不仅能检测出人类染色体畸变,也能有效地检测灵长类动物染色体畸变
Preparation and Characterization of Homogeneous Hydroxyapatite/Chitosan Composite Scaffolds via In-Situ Hydration  [PDF]

Abstract: Hydroxyapatite(HAP)/Chitosan(CS) composite is a biocompatible and bioactive material for tissue engineering. A novel homogeneous HAP/CS composite scaffold was developed via lyophilization and in situ hydration. A model CS solution with a Ca/P atom ratio of 1.67 was prepared through titration and stirring so as to attain a homogeneous dispersion of HAP particles. After lyophilization and in situ hydration, rod-shaped HAP particles (5 μm in diameter) within the CS matrix homogeneously scattered at the pore wall of the CS scaffold. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fouri-er-Transformed Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the formation of HAP crystals. The compressive strength in the composite scaffold indicated a significant increment over a CS-only scaffold. Bioactivity in vitro was completed by immersing the scaffold in simulated body fluid (SBF), and the result suggested that there was an increase in apatite formation on the HAP/CS scaffolds. Biological in vivo cell culture with MC 3T3-E1 cells for up to 7 days demonstrated that a homogeneous incorporation of HAP particles into CS scaffold led to higher cell viability compared to that of the pure CS scaffold or the HAP/CS scaffold blended. The results suggest that the homogeneous composite scaffold with better strength, bioactivity and biocompatibility can be prepared via in vitro hydration, which may serve as a good scaffold for bone tissue engineering.

Abstract: The prospect on future developments of atmospheric remote sensing research is made. It focus on: 1) some characteristics on future researches of atmospheric remote sensing; 2) active plus passive satellite remote sensing; 3) integration applications of atmospheric remote sensing techniques; 4) synthetic remote sensing of physical parameters of atmosphere and ground-surface; 5) remote sensing of aerosol and cloud optical properties; 6) remote sensing of the spatial-temporal distribution of atmospheric trace components; 7) ground-based atmospheric remote sensing.
