Resources research on thermophilic protease-producing bacteria in normal temperature environment

Abstract: 通过计数、分离与筛选,对常温环境嗜热菌和产嗜热蛋白酶菌的分布及资源状况进行了研究。结果表明,常温环境中存在着一定数量的嗜热菌和产嗜热蛋白酶菌。土壤与水体相比,其嗜热菌资源相对丰富,且耕作肥沃的土壤中产嗜热蛋白酶菌多于贫瘠土壤;在水环境中,无论湖水、江水还是处理中的废水,在常温条件下均有一定比例的嗜热菌和产嗜热蛋白酶菌。在啤酒废水曝气阶段,产嗜热蛋白酶菌占嗜热菌的比例较大,达45%。本研究筛选的1株嗜热菌其产嗜热蛋白酶活性较高,该菌株在pH7.6、温度68℃条件下其蛋白酶活力达到642U·ml^-1。该项研究为开发产嗜热蛋白酶菌资源,在工业和环境治理等方面的应用提供重要科学依据。

Abstract: In the study of intelligent space oriented to home service robot, an important technology is how to construct an communication network which has the characters of high reliability and easy building. In this paper, based on the characteristics of ZigBee protocol, ZigBee technology is used to construct a wireless sensor and actor network. Several intelligent services based on ZigBee wireless sensor and actor network are shown to certify the reliability of this communication network. ZigBee wireless sensor and actor network builds an information bridge for the components in the intelligent space, the spatially distributed devices are connected together seamlessly. With this network, robot can share the mass information in the intelligent space and improve its performance with \"light-packs\", devices in intelligent space, such as lamp, curtain can be controlled autonomously.

Abstract: Extenics is a subject which study the extensive possibility of things and the extensive rules and extensive methods.Extenics can be used to solve contradiction problems.The extension classification method is a dynamic classification method which is based on the extennics theory to study the thing's classification characteristics.The paper discussed the use of the extension classification method in the classifying of the flow units.The result of the extension classification is more precise than that of the grey association cluster method.And the extension classification method have stonger judging capability and lower the misjudgment rate.The extension classification method must be a wide useful method in oil exploration and exploitation.

Abstract: Highly reliable embedded systems have been widely applied in the fields of aerospace, nuclear power, high-speed rail, etc., which are related to security and economic development. The reliability of the power supply directly influences the security of the embedded system, and has been the research focus of numerous electronic information and energy studies. The degradation of power modules occupies a dominant position among the key factors affecting the power supply reliability. How to dynamically determine the degradation state and forecast the remaining useful life of working power modules is critical. Therefore, an online non-intrusive method of obtaining the degradation state of MOSFETs based on the Volterra series is proposed. It uses the self-driving signal of MOSFETs as a non-intrusive incentive, and extracts the degradation characteristics of MOSFETs by the frequency-domain kernel of the Volterra series. Experimental results show that the identification achieved by the method agrees well with the theoretical analysis.

Imazaquin degradation and metabolism in a sandy loam soil amended with farm litters

Abstract: Imazaquin applied in legume crops has a long residual time in soil,which often impacts safety of the susceptible crops.To increase safety of imazaquin application,two composted litters,bovine manure (BM) and chicken manure (CM),were used to determine their effects on imazaquin environmental behavior by incorporating each kind of manure into the tested sandy loam soil at 10% (w/w).The degradation of imazaquin in BM- and CM-amended soil was about 2.4 and 1.5 times,respectively,faster than that in unamended soil.The half-lives of imazaquin in BM-amended soil varied between 6.7 and 15.4 d over the temperature range of 20 to 40℃,and the degradation rate constant (k) increased by a factor of about 1.5 for every 10℃ change.Higher mix ratio did not significantly increase the degradation,and the optimal active degradation of imazaquin was observed approximately at the mix ratio of 10:1 of soil to BM.The different moisture levels had negligible effect on imazaquin degradation.In both unamended and BM-amended treatments.two metabolites were observed at 5,10 and 30 d after treatment.One metabolite at retention time (RT) of 8.4 min was identified as 2-(4-hydroxyl-5-oxo-2-imidazolin-2-y1) quinoline acid,originating from the loss of isopropyl group and hydroxylation at the 4-position of imidazolinone ring.The other at RT of 12.9 min was identified as quinolinc-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride,resulting from detachment of imidazolinone ring and the forming of dicarboxylic anhydride.This finding suggested that the addition of farm litters into soil might be a good management option since it can not only increase soil fertility but also contribute to increase safety of imazaquin application to the following susceptible crops.

Abstract: 用热脱附谱研究了原子氢在Si(111)表面的吸附,得到了两个吸附状态。从脱附谱特性同Si(100)/H系统的相似性,可以推测氢在Si(111)表面也存在单氢化相和双氢化相两种状态。单氢化相主要是顶位吸附所形成的,而双氢化相的形成则可以用McRae所提出的Si(111)(7×7)表面原子结构的三角形二聚物层错模型来解释。

Abstract: Wireless sensor networks are data-centric networks in nature,they deal with continuous data streams collected by sensor nodes. Therefore, existing data management technologies view wireless sensor network as a distributed database system composed of continuous data streams which come from the physical world. Due to the limitations of Sensor nodes' computing power, storage capacity, communication capabilities and battery energy, combined with the characteristics of flash memory and data streams,these lead to some challenges that the traditional distributed database systems have not encountered for data managements.This paper introduced the database system architecture, data storage and index technologies, data models, and query processing and optimization technologies for wireless sensor networks.
