Comparison first results of space particle detector of FY2D with GOES

Abstract: 风云二号D星(FY2D)搭载的空间粒子探测器可以观测10~300MeV的质子和≥350keV与≥2MeV的电子.卫星在轨测试阶段,空间粒子探测器观测到了空间环境宁静期间地球同步轨道的电子昼夜周期变化的典型特征,并在卫星发射后的12月15日首次观测到了有代表性的2级太阳质子事件(SEP),观测到的较高能量质子比较低能量质子更快地恢复到平静时的状态.通过比较FY2D卫星与GOES卫星的探测结果,既显示了同步轨道区域不同位置高能电子通量扰动时间的一致性,也显示了高能电子通量具强烈的晨昏不对称性.通过对太阳质子事件和地磁平静时期该轨道空间高能粒子环境特征的分析和研究,并与GOES卫星同期的观测结果进行相关性分析,结果表明仪器确实具备了监测空间环境扰动和预警能力,探测结果可以用于研究地球同步轨道粒子空间分布、起源和传输等科学目的.

Abstract: 采用室内模拟试验,研究追加葡萄糖、DL-苹果酸、柠檬酸三钠、脲和乙酸铵碳源刺激下对老化污染土壤中PAHs的降解规律.结果表明,培养第1周内,添加碳源处理土壤CO2的释放量显著大于对照,其中外加DL-苹果酸处理土壤所释放的CO2量最大.各处理CO2的平均释放量顺序为脲>葡萄糖≈柠檬酸三钠≈DL-苹果酸≈乙酸铵>对照.添加碳源处理土壤所挥发的PAHs要显著小于对照,且3种PAHs的挥发量大小顺序为菲>荧蒽>苯并(b)荧蒽.添加碳源处理土壤中菲、荧蒽及苯并(b)荧蒽的平均降解速度均大于对照,其中添加DL-苹果酸和脲处理土壤中菲、荧蒽及苯并(b)荧蒽的降解较快.3种PAHs化合物之间相比较,苯并(b)荧蒽的残留比例最大,在72%~81%之间; 其次为荧蒽,在53%~70%之间; 菲最少,在27%~44%之间.

Abstract: 研究了南京市工业区周边污染农田土壤中16种优先控制的多环芳烃(PAHs)污染物由土壤向蔬菜迁移的特征及其在蔬菜体内的积累规律.结果表明,蔬菜体内PAHs的浓度与其生长土壤环境中PAHs的浓度呈正相关关系,且土壤中PAHs的浓度显著高于生长在该土壤上的蔬菜根和茎叶组织中的浓度(p<0.05),根中PAHs的浓度显著高于茎叶组织中的浓度(p<0.05).蔬菜根中低环PAHs与PAHs总浓度的比值(∑LMW-PAHs∑PAHs)显著高于其土壤中相应的比例(p<0.05).与高环PAHs(HMW-PAHs)相比,LMW-PAHs易被蔬菜根部吸收,表现出较高的生物有效性.生长在同种污染土壤中的4种叶菜类蔬菜体内PAHs的浓度差异不显著,即这4种蔬菜吸收积累PAHs的差异较小.

Abstract: The space particle composition detector aboard FY-1C satellite can simultaneously detect proton spectrum, electron integrated flux and heavy ion composition. During the maximum of the 23 rd solar cycle, the high energy particle radiation in the South Atlantic Anomy (SAA) of 860 km altitude had been detected for more than three years by the space particle composition detector. The particle radiation characteristics in the SAA are obtained according to the observed data from space particle composition detector. The effects on particle radiation in the SAA by solar proton events and magnetostorms are analyzed.

Abstract: Actinomycete strain ZG0429 with high production of streptavidin was isolated from soil samples. Based on the results of morphological, physiological, chemotaxonomic characteristics and 16S rRNA analysis, strain ZG0429 was placed within the genus Streptomyces and identified as the species Streptomyces lavendulae. The production reached 201.0mg/L under our fermentation conditions. With the effective system of ammonium_sulfate deposition and gel filtration chromatography, streptavidin was successfully purified from the culture supernatant with an overall recovery of 76.87% and purity of 97.03%. This study illustrates an effective and inexpensive method to produce the aimed protein with favorable yield, high purity and desirable activity, so it provides a valuable reference for the large_scale industrial production and isolation of streptavidin.

Abstract: The experiment studied the effect of silicon(Si) on the growth,transpiration rate and leaf abscisic acid(ABA)content in maize(Zea mays L.Nongda 108)in pot soil culture.The results show that Si has no significant effect on shoot dry weight of maize under both water and non-water stress.Water stress significantly reduces shoot dry weight,regardless of Si supply.Compared with non-Si treatment,Si application significantly decreases the transpiration rate of maize plants,regardless of water treatments.Water stress also decreases transpiration rate,gradually with duration of water stress.Si application increases leaf ABA content in maize compared with non-Si treatment,with or without water stress.Water stress also increases leaf ABA content regardless of Si application.

Abstract: A technology of L-cystine production was studied in this paper, which included microbial enzymatic conversion of DL-2-amino-?2-thiazoline-4-carboxylic acid (DL-ATC) to L-cysteine, subsequent oxidization of L-cysteine to L-cystine and its purification. The cells of Pseudomonas putida TS1138 could be repetitively used as the enzyme sources to convert the substrate DL-ATC to L-cysteine. After being oxidated by 2% dimethy-sulforide (DMSO), L-cystine could be harvested and further purified by the positive ion-exchange resin 001×7. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) identified the purified L-cystine as having a total recovery of 78.55% and purity of 99.12%. This study demonstrated an efficient and convenient method for L-cystine production, which overcame the instability of enzymes, troublesome procedures and high cost of enzyme immobilization as contrasted to the traditional method. All in all, it provides a new approach for industrial production of L-cystine as well as L-cysteine.
