Inductive negasensor
Voytscekhovskaya Ye. V.,Lishchynska L. B.,Lazarev A. A.
Tekhnologiya i Konstruirovanie v Elektronnoi Apparature , 2011,
Abstract: A circuit of an inductive bridge negasensor on a L-negatron device with negative differential inductance is developed. Theoretical and experimental researches which were conduc-ted have shown that introduction of negatron to the circuit of inductive bridge sensor gives three times sensitivity advantage. A model of inductive sensor and negasensor on a L-negatron is developed. Possibility of simultane-ous research for sensor and negasensor is realized in this model.
Field of Stresses in an Isotropic Plane with Circular Inclusion under Tensile Stress  [PDF]
Deryugin Ye Yevgeny, G. V. Lasko
Engineering (ENG) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/eng.2012.49074
Abstract: Within the framework of the linear theory of elasticity, the analytical equations for the components of the stress tensor for а plane with а circular inclusion under tensile loading have been derived using the method of superposition. The given approach allows one to describe the plane-stress state of the plane both for the case of rigid and “soft” inclusions.
THEORETICAL APPROACH TO THE SELECTION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT MODELS OF THE WORLD
Ponomarenko Ye. V.,Annenkova Ye. V.
Economics of Development , 2012,
Abstract: Integration into the world economic system provides the possibility of using important tools of economic policy. Each of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), which has already entered or is entering the EU, strengthens its economic position in the global economic system. The most common models for CEE countries are a catch-up model and a model of integration interaction. The catch-up model represents the accelerated growth of economic development and modernization of the industrial sector. The catch-up model of innovation development is considered to be a priority in the CEE countries.Long-term perspectives of innovation development of CEE countries can be forecasted by using the following criteria: achievement of efficient performance, product quality and such remuneration of labor that is provided by foreign enterprises; investment of foreign companies in CEE countries; effective use of national technological system.Industrial policy of Ukraine in the sphere of innovation development should be aimed at solving such problems as increasing division of labor and the development of specialization; efficiency of export-import operations, increasing the competitiveness of the economy. Therefore, it would be rational to define models of innovation development subject to the types of market (internal and external). These models include:1) a model of innovation development based on the use of promising innovative projects (a catch-up model);2) a model of effective use of innovative capacity on the basis of resource potential;3) a model of innovation development based on the support of consumer goods;4) a model of innovation development based on supporting export-oriented high-tech industries.
THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC SPEECHES
Deineko Ye. V.
Economics of Development , 2011,
Abstract: The aim of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of effective public speaking, the factors which influence the effectiveness of public speaking and to summarize the criteria. The objectives defined by the aim of the research are the following: to describe the problem of effective public speaking;to consider the facts which influence quality of public speaking; to state the criteria of effective public speaking. The topicality of the article is that public speaking plays the great role in personal life, especially in profession occupation of social-minded individuals for whom effectiveness of public speaking is very important. The elements which influence directly quality of public speaking have been defined in the article. These are the elements of verbal and non-verbal behavior. There also has been defined the content, style and factors which affect the contact with the audience and feedback. There have been stated the main criteria which with the above mentioned elements influence the effectiveness of public speaking. Speaker’s integrity, expansion and consolidation of the audience knowledge, adequate perception of information by the audience, participation of the speaker and the audience in solving different problems and development of motivation for further actions of the audience are the main criteria.
The second application of transcendental logic
Semyonov V. Ye.
Kantovskij Sbornik , 2011, DOI: 10.5922/0207-6918-2011-3-2
Abstract: This article considers the functions, structure and actions of transcendental logic in “The Analytic of Principles” of Kant’s “Critique of pure reason”. The author explicates the specificity, rules, laws and themethod of transcendental logic in this sphere of analytic.
Transcendental logic and analytic of concepts
Semyonov V. Ye.
Kantovskij Sbornik , 2011, DOI: 10.5922/0207-6918-2011-1-1
Abstract: This article focuses o the functions, structure and effects of transcendental logic in the Analytic of concepts of Kant's "Critique of pure reason". The author explicates different aspects, rules, principles, the method and procedures of transcendental logic.
What is transcendental logic?
Semenov V. Ye.
Kantovskij Sbornik , 2010, DOI: 10.5922/0207-6918-2010-3-1
Abstract: This article deals with Kant's justification of transcendental logic. The author shows how Kant draws the distinction between general and transcendental logic. The article analyses the essence of the new logic and its place in transcendental philosophy and considers the structural logical elements and their functions.
Building Information Model (BIM)
Ye.V. Krinitskiy
Magazine of Civil Engineering , 2010,
Abstract: One of the most interesting topics in the field of automated design is a concept known as the "building information model." Since the beginning of the computer-aided design application it became possible to draw in three dimensional space, using real models of objects that contain the complete technical information, which is necessary for the whole system calculation and the unique identification of objects. This allows us to solve problems related to control the changes in the drawings. But during the life cycle of a building information can be changed, supplemented, and to unite. To realize this idea it is necessary to create unified standard for storing and sharing such information, which is independent from specific software and contains all the necessary and sufficient information to ensure the building's life cycle. The aim of BIM is the creation of a unified base for the such standard. In this paper details the functions and tasks of BIM, and shows the existing alternative standards, which realize the BIM at the moment.
The types of atmospheric water circulation over the Atlantic and the formation of the extreme North Sea water inflows into the Baltic Sea
Kozlovich V.,Sapozhnikova Ye.
Vestnik Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University , 2013,
Abstract: This article emphasises that one of the conditions for the formation of extreme inflow events from the North into the Baltic Sea is the long-time impact of same-type atmospheric processes on the water surface. There is a need to consider the intensity and the duration of one-direction atmospheric processes. The authors focus on the features and types of large-scale atmospheric circulation over the North-East Atlantic, which determined the regional atmospheric processes over the Baltic Sea during the formation of a large inflow. The article analyses the inflows of December 22, 1975 — January 14, 1976, and the inflow of January 16—222003, as well as baric topography (500hPa) and daily synoptic maps.
A methodological approach to the typology of regions on the basis of competitiveness evaluation
Tyapushova Ye. V.
Vestnik Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University , 2013,
Abstract: This article offers an approach to the typology of regions based on competitiveness as an integral index of socioeconomic development. The author justifies the key criteria of systematization – the level and dynamics of competitiveness. The regions of three federal districts of the Russian Federation were grouped and competitive and problem regions were identified on the basis of earlier (2002-2011) calculated data on competitiveness.
