Abstract: — Sensor Nodes Offer a powerful Combination of Distributed Sensing, Computation and Communication. A sensor network is a static ad hoc network consisting of hundreds of sensor nodes deployed over an area to perform local computations based on information gathered from the surroundings. They lend them self to countless application but also offers a numerous challenges Each sensor node is equipped with a sensing device, a low computational capacity processor, and a limited battery-supplied energy. The main design issues for a sensor network is conservation of the energy available at each sensor node and Injecting false data attack is a well known serious threat to wireless sensor network. This Paper Of wireless sensor network introduce a E-BCA(Enhanced bit compression technique) scheme is used to save energy by early detecting data and injecting false data by using key authentication technique and time based technique that possibly minimize computation done by sink which reduce burden on sink and hence reduce energy consumption.
The Impact of Statin Intolerance in Lipid Clinic Patients  [PDF]

Abstract:
Context: Cardiovascular disease is a very common and serious problem in the western world. Statin drug therapy is used in primary, secondary prevention and familial hypercholesterolemia. However, these are frequently associated with adverse effects, causing poor adherence and thus putting patients at risk for future cardiovascular events. Aim: The objective of this study was to review the statin intolerance in lipid patients and to assess the impact of alternative lipid lowering therapy on lipid parameters and cardiovascular outcome in statin intolerant patients. Methodology: 50 patients attending the out-patient lipid clinic of our hospital with statin intolerance were identified. Clinical data on the study patients were gathered retrospectively relating to statin intolerance and the clinical effectiveness of alternative lipid lowering therapy on lipid parameters and cardiovascular outcome. Results: Rosuvastatin was the most intolerable whereas pravastatin or fluvastatin was the most tolerable statin in our study patients. Myalgia was the commonly reported adverse effect of statin. The low dose statin monotherapy or combination of low dose statin and ezetemibe was the most tolerable alternative lipid lowering therapy in statin intolerant patients. After an average period of 10 months of initiation of alternative lipid lowering therapy; combination of low dose statin plus ezetimibe showed the largest reduction in serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels. Conclusions: Pravastatin should be preferred in statin intolerant patients. A combination of low dose statin plus ezetimibe appeared to be the most tolerable and clinically effective therapy in statin intolerant patients.

Abstract: The social division of labour set the role of primary breadearnerfor the man while ascribed the role of home-manager andcaregiver to the woman. This arrangement has been questioned for having given rise to gender inequality and having generated gender role stereotypes for man and woman. The traditionally organized workplace is also predicated on the assumption that families with male bread winners and nonworking housewives constitute the predominant family form. This is no more true since the last few decades have seen a significant number of women coming out of the private sphere of domestic life to enter the public domain. The problem of balancing work and family together has given rise to what is called the ‘work-family conflict’, which has evoked serious scholarly concern in the last few years. The questions that havesurfaced need a sincere rethinking over. The present paper seeks to study work-family conflict in the context of women entering the workforce. However, this does not imply that work-family conflict is a ‘women’s problem’. Studies in the US and elsewhere have amply borne out that men face as much work-family conflict as women do. However, even this phenomenon stands pronounced with women entering the workforce as in the earlier arrangement, men had to worry little for the household responsibilities. Resultantly, there was less negative spillover from the work to family domain and vice versa.
Physiochemical, Functional and Structural Characterization of Wheat Germin Using In silico Methods

Abstract: Wheat germin, an oxalate oxidase possesses high proteolytic and thermal stability but is poorly characterized. Three dimensional structure of wheat germin is also not available at PDB. The present paper uses bioinformatics approach to describe the physiochemical, functional and structural properties of wheat germin. The three dimensional structure of wheat germin is predicted by homology modelling using the highly homologous barley germin as template. The model was evaluated with PROCHECK, VERIFY 3D, WHAT IF, ERRAT and ProSA programs. Model visualization and analysis was done with Swiss-PDB viewer. Nature of active site and key features of the model responsible for stability of enzyme are also discussed.

Abstract: Digital Watermarking is a process of embedding unnoticeable signal in an image in the form of text and image in such a way that intruder is no able to trace the signal to enhance Copyright Protection. This Paper presents an efficient Watermarking Technique for Digital Media Content Protection and Copyright Protection. Watermarking is a technique to embed hidden and unnoticeable signal into digital media in such a way that if an intruder wants to copy it, he can be caught on the basis of Copyright protection and Ownership Identification. There are many Techniques that are available to watermark the data, proposal we are discussing DWT Technique which is most robust to attacks rather than LSB for the protection of Digital Images. We are going to find the Quality loss after the addition of watermark after applying various attacks on Watermarked Image, the more the quality loss will be there lesser will be the efficiency of Watermarking. There will be many factors that can effect the quality of the Images after the addition of Watermarking that are discussed in Later Section. The Creating on GUI and Implementation of our purposed Algorithm is realized using MATLAB.

Abstract: This research paper deals with the synthesis and characterization of corn starch based composites using resorcinol-formaldehyde as cross linker. Acid, base and moisture resistance studies of the composites were also done. Moreover, biodegradation studies of the composites were also done using composting method and the different stages of the biodegradation were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy.
