Abstract: OBJETIVOS: particularizar o ritual do ensino de procedimentos básicos de enfermagem, analisar as implica es de sua utiliza o e discutir sua pertinência, face aos contextos atuais para o ensino e para a prática. MéTODOS: estudo histórico-social de rituais incorporados ao método de ensino teórico-prático de Enfermagem em Portugal e no Brasil. Como fontes primárias, foram utilizados documentos escritos (ofícios, apostilas, manuais) e fotográficos; e como fontes secundárias: livros-texto, disserta o de mestrado, tese de doutoramento e artigos de periódicos. RESULTADOS: descri o, análise, interpreta o e síntese que exp e ao leitor uma viagem na história quanto aos rituais e mudan as ocorridas na forma o de recursos humanos de enfermagem e saúde. A simula o foi discutida em termos da pertinência face às exigências éticas, seguran a e qualidade em saúde, avan o tecnológico e mudan as nos ambientes e contextos da prática clínica. CONCLUS O: o uso da simula o atende às necessidades e ao contexto atual de ensino teórico-prático. Como fuentes primarias, fueron utilizados documentos escritos (oficios, apostilas, manuales) y fotográficos; y como fuentes secundarias: libros de texto, tesis de maestría, tesis de doctorado y artículos de periódicos. RESULTADOS: descripción, análisis, interpretación y síntesis que expone al lector un viaje en la historia en cuanto a los rituales y cambios ocurridos en la formación de recursos humanos de enfermería y salud. La simulación fue discutida en términos de la pertinencia face a las exigencias éticas, seguridad y calidad en salud, avance tecnológico y cambios en los ambientes y contextos de la práctica clínica. CONCLUSIóN: el uso de la simulación atiende a las necesidades y al contexto actual de la ense anza teórico-práctica. Abstract: The text presents the historical analysis of the Cabra Marcado para Morrer, by Eduardo Coutinho, and the “cinematographic reading of history” by means of statements of the characters and sequences of the lm presented by the lmmaker. Also, it is investigated the reasonwhy Coutinho can be identi ed as a documentarist who adopts procedures that allow us to relate him with the eld of Oral History, since in his working method it is possible to nd interface points such as the transparency of intentions, the use of pre-interviews, metalanguage as form, and statements with self-suf ciency status.

Abstract: ResumenEste arti culo presenta resultados de un estudio que indago las preferencias de estudiantes universitarios por asignaturas y tareas entendidas como contextos de aprendizaje. El ana lisis de los datos revela escasa sensibilidad de los estudiantes para percibir y valorar la autonomi a como rAbstractThis article presents results of a study that researched the preferences of un- dergraduates by signatures and tasks un- derstood like learning contexts. We work with students of Engineering and Educa- tion of the Universidad Nacional de Ri o Cuarto (Argentine Republic). The analy- sis of the data reveals little sensitivity of the students to perceive and to value the autonomy like contextual characteristic tied with its preferences with their pref- erences. The discussion emphasizes the importance of the representations of the professional roll sustained by the stu- dents and the valuations on the autono- my, like personal and contextual aspects that allow one better understanding of the academic motivation.Re sume Cet article pre sente les re sultats d'une e tude qui a analyse les pre fe rences des e tudiants universitaires par des ta ches et des cours compris comme des contextes d’apprentissage. Abstract: this work describes the mathematical organizations (om) around the concepts of limit and continuity of functions that coexist at the university. this work is a case study based on the mathematical analysis applied to economy and administration in the first university level in this area. it is a descriptive investigation using the anthropological theory of didactic (tad) (chevallard; 1992, 1997.1999, 2000). the existence of punctual and rigid mathematical organizations and the existence of phenomenon of the thematic autism also in the university are concluded. this didactic fact, don't show a rupture between secondary education and university education, therefore indicates continuity, at least in this institution.

Abstract: This work describes the Mathematical Organizations (OM) around the concepts of limit and continuity of functions that coexist at the University. This work is a case study based on the Mathematical Analysis applied to Economy and Administration in the first university level in this area. It is a descriptive investigation using the Anthropological Theory of Didactic (TAD) (Chevallard; 1992, 1997.1999, 2000). The existence of punctual and rigid Mathematical Organizations and the existence of phenomenon of the thematic autism also in the University are concluded. This didactic fact, don’t show a rupture between secondary education and universityeducation, therefore indicates continuity, at least in this institution.

Sodium and health: New proposal of distribution for major meals  [PDF]

Abstract: Sodium ingestion in regular diet exceeds individuals’ physiological needs, and it is etiologically related to various diseases. Studies estimate that the worldwide average individual intake of sodium reaches almost double the maximum limit of ingestion for the day only in the main meals: lunch and dinner. Culturally, sodium is highly used in meals to enhance the flavor of preparations. Then, the purposes of this research are to evaluate sodium use in meals prepared in Popular Brazilian Restaurants and to suggest the distribution of sodium for each kind of preparation of major meals. This is an exploratory cross-sectional research based on direct documentation subdivided in six steps: determination of samples of foodservices and menus; development of the technical preparation files offered in the menus; determination of the weight of average portions offered; determination of the average amount of sodium in the portions offered; estimation of sodium distribution regarding two parameters; and determination of the sodium distribution among preparations of major meals by the two proposed parameters. For results’ analysis, portions were calculated as well as the mean contribution of the preparation in the plate weight in percentage and the mean sodium contribution. Standard deviation is also presented. We verified through the study the possibility of using the distribution of sodium by two parameters: the first one considers the ratio of components’ weight in the menu in relation to the total weight of the meal; the second one considers the distribution of sodium in preparations in relation to the total amount of sodium in the meal. We expect the results of this research to improve menu planning in restaurants as to fulfill the actual clients’ needs in order to prevent diseases.

Abstract: this paper discusses the theme therapeutic assistance (ta), understood as homecare-based mental health intervention. we emphasize the importance of community interventions for dealing with psychic suffering, either through reading the symptoms based on visibility, or through a psychoanalytic approach mainly concerned with listening. lacking an independent theoretical background to support this practice, therapeutic assistance makes use of theories coming from other related fields of knowledge. therefore, we discuss the influence of psychoanalysis and its role among broad spectrum mental health practice through clinical interventions belonging to the field of ta, focusing on two long-range operative concepts: lacan's subject supposed to know and winnicott's care (or caring process). both concepts guide the clinical action and provide answers to theoretical problems within the ta field. we conclude that ta meets some requirements of the classical management of transference by means of a complex care process developed in the daily life and environment of the patient, in which desire and subjectivity are necessarily recognized although no psychotherapic setting is intentionally settled. therapeutic assistance performs the role of an advanced clinical sentinel in the field of community psychiatry and public health.

Abstract: Quando se comparam as metodologias de dosagem Superpave e Marshall de misturas asfálticas, uma das vantagens da primeira é a obten o do gráfico de compacta o. Tem sido verificado para misturas densas e contínuas do tipo Concreto Asfáltico (CA) que determinadas áreas observadas nesse gráfico podem diferenciar estas misturas quanto à trabalhabilidade e à resistência à deforma o permanente. No presente estudo, os parametros Compaction Densification Index (CDI) e Traffic Densification Index (TDI) foram utilizados como indicadores da compactabilidade. Desenvolveu-se um estudo de correla o entre estas variáveis e a resistência à deforma o permanente de misturas asfálticas. Foram avaliadas três misturas asfálticas contendo: (i) apenas agregados graníticos, (ii) 50% de agregados graníticos e 50% de escória de aciaria e (iii) 50% de agregados graníticos e 50% de Resíduo de Constru o e Demoli o (RCD). As variáveis escolhidas para determina o da resistência à deforma o permanente foram o ensaio uniaxial de carga repetida (amostras compactadas para dois percentuais de Volume de vazios) e o ensaio com um simulador de tráfego do tipo LCPC. Foi utilizado também o Processamento Digital de Imagens (PDI) para a determina o da esfericidade dos agregados estudados, propriedade que influencia na resistência à deforma o permanente. Os resultados indicam que as variáveis CDI e TDI podem ser usadas como parametros de estudo para prever a resistência à deforma o permanente, mesmo para misturas com utiliza o de resíduos. A caracteriza o pela técnica do PDI mostrou que o agregado de origem granítica possui uma forma menos próxima a uma esfera em rela o aos resíduos. Misturas contendo este agregado possuem uma estrutura mais rígida, devido ao maior intertravamento e ao atrito interno entre os agregados, resistindo, assim, melhor à deforma o permanente.
