Abstract: O presente trabalho relata os resultados preliminares da realiza o de uma pesquisa de campo em uma escola da rede pública do DF, de uma Classe de Acelera o-CA, como base para um novo modelo da prática de ensino e da forma o da cidadania. Para tanto, desenvolveram-se oficinas com alunos da CA, utilizando-se a prática do Psicodrama Pedagógico bem como exercícios de Tai Chi Chuan. Nesses encontros, foram trabalhados elementos pertinentes ao tema Cidadania, entendido como o próprio direito à vida no sentido pleno. This paper aims reports some results of a counseling program carried out with elementary school as a basic developed under the psychodramatic approach its essence and one’s own citizenship. The paper developed workshops with students from an Acceleration Class in a Public System Elementary School. Those meetings approached to Citizenship, which was understood through broader meanings of the right to live. Effects of coating on the acceptability of baby-carrots / Efeito do revestimento na aceitabilidade de mini-cenouras

Abstract: The consumer’s opinion of a product is influenced by its appearance. This, in turn, will influence the decision to purchase and eat the product. Equally, the shelf life and acceptability of carrots subjected to minimal processing is influenced by the fading or superficial blanching that develops in the product. The aim of this work was to evaluate the sensorial acceptability of mini-carrots in relation to the colour. colour. Carrots of the variety Indiana-F1 were processed in the premises of ‘ Mr. Rabbit Farm Ltd ‘ and divided in two lots, where one followed the normal flow of processing for the industry and to the other a coating stage was added, using an aqueous 2% solution of polypeptides. The two lots were stored in upright racks, using two temperatures, 5oC and 10oC, for subsequent sensorial evaluation. The acceptability tests of the 4 samples of baby-carrots were conducted after 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 and 25 days of storage. Each time, from 100 to 125 consumers evaluated the baby-carrots using a 9 point hedonic scale. The evaluations were accomplished in three existing supermarkets in Vi osa. After one day of storage, the spacial separation of the samples suggested the existence of three groups, one formed by samples of baby-carrots without coating at 5o C and coated at 10o C, and the other two comprised baby-carrots coated at 5o C and not coated at 10 oC. The consumers’ distribution demonstrated that the acceptance was quite homogeneous, indicating there was no definite preference of the consumers for any specific sample. On the 5th to the 25th day, the spacial separation of the samples suggested there were two different groups with relation to their acceptability, one for samples of coated baby-carrots and the other for non-coated, independently of storage temperature. The group formed by samples of coated babycarrots showed better acceptance to a larger number of consumers. The results indicated the efficiency of the coating in the maintenance of the characteristic colour of the carrot. Abstract: Historical-social study with qualitative approach, whose object dealt with the characteristics of the organization of the work and its repercussion in the health and the life of the coordinators of the Nursing school of University of the State of Rio De Janeiro (FENF/UERJ) in 1982-1999. It had as objective: to characterize the work organization of the coordinators of the Boarding school of Nursing and to discuss the repercussions of the work organization in the health and the quality of life of these coordinators. The collection scenes were the coordination of graduation from FENF/UERJ’s places of work. The data were collected through interview and documentary analysis in the months of June and July of 2005. The results of the analysis disclosed that the characteristics of the labor organization are: authoritarianism, inflexibility, strong relations of power; complexity and intense labor rhythm. It was verified that these characteristics had a negative repercussion in the health and the quality of life of the coordinators.

Abstract: the experiment was carried out with the objective to evaluate the nutrient intakes and milk production and composition of lactating cows fed with rations containing different levels (0; 12,5; 25,0; 37,5 and 50.0%) of spineless cactus (opuntia ficus mill) and urea in substitution to the tifton grass hay. five cows was distributed 5 × 5 latin square experimental design. the dry matter and organic matter showed a quadratic effect with the inclusion of spineless cactus and urea. the crude protein intake and milk fat were not affected by the inclusion of spineless cactus and urea in the diet. nonfiber carbohydrates and total digestible nutrients intakes, feed efficiency, milk production and 3,5% fat corrected the milk production increased, while neutral detergent fiber and water intakes linearly decreased with the inclusion of spineless cactus and urea in the diet. the inclusion of spineless cactus and urea in substitution of tifton grass hay increases the energy intake and the milk production.

Abstract: Este artigo prop e um debate sobre o Campo da Saúde Mental, sua estrutura o no Brasil, seus conceitos e postulados . A partir dos dados obtidos em teses, disserta es de mestrado, artigos de periódicos, relatórios oficiais e de associa es analisados na tese de doutorado da autora, debate-se a articula o da produ o do conhecimento, o pensamento e o movimento no interior do Campo da Saúde Mental e suas implica es na forma o do psicólogo, com especial destaque à interdisciplinaridade. P e também em discuss o o conceito de saúde e doen a mental. As bases teóricas apoiam-se na teoria de Campo de Pierre Bourdieu e na metodologia da Arqueologia do saber de Michel Foucault . This article intends to propose a debate about the Mental Health Field, its structure in Brazil as well as its concepts and proposals. From data gathered in theses, master degree dissertations, periodical articles, official and association reports which were analyzed for the author’s doctoral thesis, the articulation of the production of knowledge, thinking and movement in the interior of the Mental Health Field is debated, and its implications in the education of the psychologist, with special emphasis to interdisciplinarity. It also brings into discussion the concept of mental health and illness. The theoretical background is supported by Pierre Bourdieu’s Field Theory, and by Michael Foucalt’s methodology of Archaeology of knowledge. Abstract: Neste artigo analisamos o ensino de Psicologia nos cursos de licenciaturas, procedendo a uma retomada de estudos e pesquisas de cerca de três décadas de história. A partir desta retrospectiva indagamos sobre o que aprendemos até aqui, quais problemas persistem em nosso cenário, exigindo de nós novas perguntas e a es. Consideramos o contexto de reformas curriculares, empreendidas recentemente nos cursos de licenciatura, e dados de pesquisa que indicam a persistência de muitos dos problemas antigos. Discutimos a idéia de que a persistência desses problemas está diretamente implicada com a manuten o da metáfora de fundamento na Psicologia da Educa o, posicionando-se pela necessidade de modifica o de seu status para o de uma disciplina teórico-prática. This paper analyses the teaching of Psychology in the initial teacher training courses (higher education), proceeding a review of studies and research of the past three decades. From this retrospect the paper summarizes what we learned in this period, the problems which persist in our scenario, demanding new questions and deeds. In this paper, we consider the context of curricular reforms and research data which indicates the persistence of many old problems. We argue that the persistence of these problems is directly linked to the maintenance of the pivotal metaphor in the Psychology of Education, proposing the relevance of changing its status towards a theoretical- practical subject.
