Intelligent Parking Method for Trailers in Presence ofFixed and Moving Obstacles Randomly
M. Sharafi,A. Zare,A. V. Kamy
International Journal of Information and Electronics Engineering , 2013, DOI: 10.7763/ijiee.2013.v3.270
Abstract: a Fuzzy approach to backward movement controlfor trailers in a dynamic environment is presented in this paper. The approach is then extended and employed for conditionswhere obstacles are placed on the trailer pathway. In the firstcase, obstacles are assumed to be fixed, while the secondcondition includes moving obstacles through which the trailershould be directed toward the parking dock. The method isdesigned in a way to be used in conditions with infinite numberof obstacles at arbitrary places. In any case, to find the parkingdock, the trailer movement must be adapted to that ofobstacles. In the present paper, two separate fuzzy controllersare used for directing the trailer: one for finding the target, and the other for avoiding the obstacles. While there is noobstacle around, the target finder controller is in use; and inthe cases where the trailer gets close to obstacles the obstacleavoider controller is activated. The proposed method isemployed for parking a trailer model through fixed andmoving obstacles.
Phonological Analysis in Al-sahifa Al-Sajjādiyya ( Fī Al-isteāde Supplication)  [PDF]
Afarin Zare, Leila Dianat
Open Journal of Modern Linguistics (OJML) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ojml.2012.24024
Abstract: Implication, taken from the root “implicate”, means directing; like the implication of smoke for fire. The denotative meaning of implication is: forming a meaning in mind by imagining the word. Word visualizetion in the human’s mind is done through different means such as: structure of the word, role of the word in the clause, use of the dictionary, style and manner of pronouncing a word, and phonemes in a word. The present study tries to analyze” Fī Al-isteāde Supplication “from Al-sahifa Al-Sajjādiyya based on the trends of phonology. Also, it tries to show the role of phonemes, having been used in Al-sahifa Al-Sajjādiyya, in communicating the message to the reader. In this article, the fact that the interrelatedness of form and content is obviously seen in all the supplications of Al-sahifa Al-Sajjādiyya is unraveled. The most important finding of this research is that all the phonemes employed in Al-sahifa are used as they are appropriate to the context. When Imām Sajjād is talking about God’s mercy, he uses soft and delicate sounds but when he is talking about heavenly retribution, he uses harsh and bitter sounds in a manner that one cannot replace one with another. The sounds have such an effect on the text that we can appreciate their meanings by merely listening to them.

Pakistan Journal of Biological Sciences , 2010,
Abstract: The goal of this study was to determine the effects of ABVD and ChlVPP chemotherapeutic protocols for Hodgkin's disease on the structure of testis and epididymis of male rat. After determining tolerance dose of drugs in pilot study, 24 male rats were divided to four groups: ABVD (doxorubicin, bleomycine, vinblastin, dacarbazine) group, ChlVPP (chlorambucil, vinblastin, procarbazine, prednisolone) group and two control groups one for each treatment group. One half of the lethal dose for 50% of population (LD50) was used for treatment of animals in each protocol. Testes and epididymis tissues were examined for structural changes and serum testosterone level was measured by Lission (chemiluminescence method). Body weight, testis and epididymis weights, in treated rats were significantly less than their control groups specifically in ABVD group was less than ChlVPP group. Decreasing of mean diameter of seminiferous tubules, height of spermatogenic cells and diameter of epididymis in caput, corpus and cauda in ABVD group were significantly more than ChlVPP and control group. The serum testosterone level in ABVD group was significantly less than ChlVPP and control group. According to this study results, the ChlVPP had fewer impairment effects than ABVD on testis and epididymis tissue in tolerance doses on male rats' reproductive system. More clinical trial studies are suggested on Hodgkin's patients. With equal treatment effectiveness, it will be better to use the most reliable and safe treatment especially in young patients.
Optimal thickness of rectangular superconducting microtraps for cold atomic gases

Physics , 2012, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevA.86.023412
Abstract: We study superconducting microtraps with rectangular shapes for cold atomic gases. We present a general argument why microtraps open, if brought close to the surface of the superconductor. We show that for a given width of the strips there exists an optimal thickness under which the closest distance of the microtrap from the superconductor can be achieved. The distance can be significantly improved, if the edge enhancement of the supercurrent near edges and corners is exploited. We compare numerical calculations with results from conformal mapping and show that conformal mapping can often give useful approximate results.

American Journal of Operations Research (AJOR) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ajor.2012.23034
Abstract: In this paper we discuss about infeasibility diagnosis and infeasibility resolution, when the constraint method is used for solving multi objective linear programming problems. We propose an algorithm for resolution of infeasibility, which is a combination of interactive, weighting and constraint methods.Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the techniques developed.

Journal of Chemistry , 2012, DOI: 10.1155/2012/173197
Abstract: A highly efficient protocol for the one-pot multi-component condensation of acetophenones with aromatic aldehydes, acetonitrile and acetyl chloride in the presence of melamine trisulfonic acid (MTSA) as a highly efficient and recyclable sulfonic acid-containing catalyst at room temperature is described. In this method, β-acetamido ketone derivatives are obtained in high to excellent yields and in relatively short reaction times.
Effects of STATCOM Control Mode on Voltage Stability
Ali Zare
Majlesi Journal of Electrical Engineering , 2008, DOI: 10.1234/mjee.v2i4.133
Abstract: STATCOM is one of the most popular devices that been used for voltage stability. There has been no report on the effect of SATCOM control mode on voltage stability. It is very important to understand which parameters and what value of these parameters affect the voltage stability. The results of previous studies have shown that the STATCOM have considerable effects on the improvement of voltage stability, but there have not been any investigations on the effects of the control mode of STATCOM on the voltage stability. This paper deals with the effect of the STATCOM control mode on voltage stability. Simulation results on the IEEE 30-bus test system show the high effect of the STATCOM control mode on voltage stability.
N-body problem in $R^n$: Necessary conditions for a constant configuration measure
Kal Zare
Electronic Journal of Differential Equations , 2008,
Abstract: A formulation of the N-body problem is presented in which $m_{i}$ and $r_{i}in mathbb{R}^d$ are the mass and the position vector of the i-th body, $ x=(sqrt{m_{1}}r_{1},dots ,sqrt{m_{N}}r_{N})in mathbb{R}^n$ and $ n=dN$ ($d=1,2,3$). The configuration measure $ Z =|x|F $, where $F$ is the Poincare's force function, which plays an important role in this formulation. The orbit plane is a two dimensional linear subspace of $ mathbb{R}^n $ spanned by the position vector $x$ and the velocity vector $dot{x}$. The N-body motion in $mathbb{R}^n$ has been decomposed into an orbit in the orbit plane and the instantaneous orientation of the orbit plane. For a solution to stay on a level manifold of $Z$, it is necessary that the orbit in the orbit plane be elliptic ($h<0$), parabolic( $h=0$)or hyperbolic ($h>0$) where h is the total energy. The instantaneous orientation of the orbit plane can be obtained by integration of certain differential equations. These possible solutions include the central configuration solutions in which the orbit plane is fixed in $mathbb{R}^n$.

Iranian Journal of Radiology , 2009,
Abstract: "nIntroduction: The aim of this study was to identify ultrasound criteria that are the best predictors of the presence of retained product of conception (RPOC) within the uterine cavity in women with the clinical diagnosis of incomplete first trimester abortion. "nMaterials and Methods: This is a prospective study on 100 patients with a diagnosis of incomplete abortion and RPOC based on clinical and sonographic findings. The gold standard test was pathologic reports of samples obtained during dilatation and curettage. Endometrial thickness and homogeneity of the endometer were determined by sonography. The sensitivity and specificity of the measurements for detecting RPOC were assessed. "nResults: Histopathological reports confirmed the diagnosis of RPOC in 71 patients (71%). The mean endometrial thickness with RPOC was 16.3 mm versus 12.1 mm without RPOC. Heterogenic endometrium was seen in 56 0f 71 patients (78 %). The sensitivity and specificity of an endometrial thickness greater than 11.25mm for detecting RPOC were 81% and 45%, respectively. Regarding the endometrial thickness and heterogenic endometer, 13.5 mm had the best performance criteria with a sensitivity and specificity of 60% and 63%, respectively. "nConclusion: An endometrial thickness of 11.25mm or more detected by sonography has the best diagnostic efficacy, considering the heterogeneity with a 13.5mm thickness of endometer, has the best performance criteria for detection of RPOC following first trimester spontaneous abortion.
