Study on Voltage Sag Detection of Wind Power System Based on HHT  [PDF]

Abstract:

For the output of wind power system has the characteristics of randomness, volatility and intermittence, the voltage of wind power system fluctuates frequently and voltage sag is one of the most common voltage fluctuations in wind power system. For the problem of voltage sag of wind power system, the limitations of the detection methods such as the square detection method, the half-wave RMS detection method and wavelet transform are summed up, and a new detecting method named Hilbert-huang Transform(HHT) is put forward in this paper, which can detect the voltage sag accurately and timely. In order to solve the problem of end effect in the process of empirical mode decompostion (EMD), a self-adaptive method named improved waveform matching is applied in dealing with the end issue. Voltage fluctuations are reflected by two parameters named voltage amplitude and frequency of each intrinsic mode function (IMF) in HHT. The practicality of the method is verified by Matlab simulation.

Abstract: In the title compound, (C8H20N)[Mn(C22H18N2O4)(H2O)2][Fe(CN)6]·2CH3OH·2C2H5OH or [NEt4][Mn(3-Meosalophen)(H2O)2]2[Fe(CN)6]·2CH3OH·2C2H5OH, the asymmetric unit consists of one half of an [NEt4]+ cation disordered around a twofold axis, the [Mn(3-Meosalophen)(H2O)2]+ coordination cation, one half of a C2 symmetric [Fe(CN)6]3 anion and disordered methanol and ethanol solvent molecules that are equally populated at two different sites. The MnIII atom chelated by the 3-Meosalophen ligand adopts a slightly distorted MnN2O4 octahedral geometry with the coordination completed by two water molecules. The [Mn(3-Meosalophen)(H2O)2]+ cations, [Fe(CN)6]3- anions and solvent molecules are connected into a zigzag chain through hydrogen-bonding interactions.

Abstract:
Research frontier is the focus of scientific frontier and guides the direction of scientific development. It is of great significance for the state, institutions and researchers to grasp the research frontier in a timely and accurate manner. Based on LDA model, this paper uses Python language to carry out standardized processing, stop words removal, stem extraction and word shape restoration on foreign artificial intelligence data from 2013 to 2017. The processed data are imported into LDA model to output topic—vocabulary matrix and document—topic matrix. The topic is de-scribed on the basis of the topic—vocabulary matrix, and the research frontier is calculated in the light of the document topic matrix and the con-structed frontier identification index, the research frontier of artificial in-telligence abroad is obtained, which includes three categories: computer vision research, application of artificial intelligence in various fields and data mining and clustering research.
Jaceosidin Induces Apoptosis in Human Ovary Cancer Cells through Mitochondrial Pathway

Abstract: We examined the antiproliferation effect of Jaceosidin (4, 5, 7-trihydroxy-3, 6-dimethoxyflavone) isolated from the herb of Artemisia vestita Wall on several human cancer cell lines. Jaceosidin significantly reduced the proliferation of CAOV-3, SKOV-3, HeLa, and PC3 cells in a concentration-dependent manner. A time-dependent inhibition was also observed in CAOV-3 cells by Jaceosidin. By flow cytometric analysis, we found that Jaceosidin treatment resulted in an increased apoptosis in CAOV-3 cells. The cells treated with Jaceosidin exhibited a decreased mitochondrial membrane potential. Jaceosidin also increased the level of cleaved caspase-9 and induced the cleavage of caspase-3 and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP), while caspase-3 inhibitor Z-DEVD-FMK significantly reversed the proapoptotic effect of Jaceosidin in CAOV-3 cells. Moreover, Jaceosidin elevated the level of cytochrome c in cytosol. These findings suggest that the anticancer effect of Jaceosidin may be contributed by an induction of apoptosis involving cytochrome c release from mitochondria to cytosol.

Phylogenomic Relationships between Amylolytic Enzymes from 85 Strains of Fungi

Abstract: Fungal amylolytic enzymes, including α-amylase, gluocoamylase and α-glucosidase, have been extensively exploited in diverse industrial applications such as high fructose syrup production, paper making, food processing and ethanol production. In this paper, amylolytic genes of 85 strains of fungi from the phyla Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Chytridiomycota and Zygomycota were annotated on the genomic scale according to the classification of glycoside hydrolase (GH) from the Carbohydrate-Active enZymes (CAZy) Database. Comparisons of gene abundance in the fungi suggested that the repertoire of amylolytic genes adapted to their respective lifestyles. Amylolytic enzymes in family GH13 were divided into four distinct clades identified as heterologous α- amylases, eukaryotic α-amylases, bacterial and fungal α-amylases and GH13 α-glucosidases. Family GH15 had two branches, one for gluocoamylases, and the other with currently unknown function. GH31 α-glucosidases showed diverse branches consisting of neutral α-glucosidases, lysosomal acid α-glucosidases and a new clade phylogenetically related to the bacterial counterparts. Distribution of starch-binding domains in above fungal amylolytic enzymes was related to the enzyme source and phylogeny. Finally, likely scenarios for the evolution of amylolytic enzymes in fungi based on phylogenetic analyses were proposed. Our results provide new insights into evolutionary relationships among subgroups of fungal amylolytic enzymes and fungal evolutionary adaptation to ecological conditions.
Histological Evaluation of Corneal Scar Formation in Pseudophakic Bullous Keratopathy

Abstract: Purpose To evaluate histological changes in the corneal stroma in pseudophakic bullous keratopathy. Methods Twenty-eight patients (28 eyes) with pseudophakic bullous keratopathy underwent therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty at Shandong Eye Institute between January 2006 and November 2011. The patients were divided into two groups according to the duration of bullous keratopathy (<1.0 year group or >1.0 year group), and three buttons from enucleated eyes with choroidal melanoma served as a control. In vivo confocal microscopy examination, hematoxylin–eosin, Masson's trichrome stain and Van Gieson staining were used for microscopic examination. The histological evaluation and scoring of the buttons for morphological changes, including the degree of stromal scars, neovascularization and inflammatory cells within the corneal buttons, were compared. To study the underlying mechanism, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and TGF-β immunohistochemistry were performed. Results Confocal microscopy examination and histological evaluation and scoring of the buttons showed that compared with the <1.0 year group, stromal scars, neovascularization and inflammatory cells were more severe in the >1.0 year group (P<0.05). There was an increase in CTGF- and TGF-β1-positive stromal cells in the >1.0 year group. Conclusions During the progression of pseudophakic bullous keratopathy, stromal scars occurred more often in the patients that had a longer duration of disease. Cytokines such as CTGF and TGF-β1 may play a role in this pathological process and deserve further investigation.

Cadherin-Mediated Cell Adhesion Is Critical for the Closing of the Mouse Optic Fissure

Abstract: Coloboma is a congenital disease that contributes significantly to childhood blindness. It results from the failure in closing the optic fissure, a transient opening on the ventral side of the developing eye. Although human and mouse genetic studies have identified a number of genes associated with coloboma, the detailed cellular mechanisms underlying the optic fissure closure and coloboma formation remain largely undefined. N-cadherin-mediated cell adhesion has been shown to be important for the optic fissure closure in zebrafish, but it remains to be determined experimentally how cell-cell adhesions are involved in the mammalian optic fissure closing process. α-catenin is required for cell adhesion mediated by all of the classic cadherin molecules, including N-cadherin. In this study, we used the Cre-mediated conditional knockout technique to specifically delete α-catenin from the developing mouse eye to show that it is required for the successful closing of the optic fissure. In α-catenin conditional mutant optic cups, the major cell fates, including the optic fissure margin, neural retina and retinal pigmented epithelium, are specified normally, and the retinal progenitor cells proliferate normally. However, adherens junctions components, including N-cadherin, β-catenin and filamentous actin, fail to accumulate on the apical side of α-catenin mutant retinal progenitor cells, where adherens junctions are normally abundant, and the organization of the neural retina and the optic fissure margin is disrupted. Finally, the α-catenin mutant retina gradually degenerates in the adult mouse eye. Therefore, our results show that α-catenin-mediated cell adhesion and cell organization are important for the fissure closure in mice, and further suggest that genes that regulate cell adhesion may underlie certain coloboma cases in humans.
