Abstract: the classical subject of the metalegal limits is reframed that according to the constitucionalism and the political theory, more than the express text of a cons-titution, within the framewok exists the democratic original constituent power of the process of economic and legal globalization. according to the author, the globalization of the fundamental rights, the inherent principies to the democracy, and of the ius cogens, as well as the multiculturalization of the state-nation, establish new limits to the original constituent power, so that only can be spoken of irregulary of itself, when it violates those limits. it doesn't genérate dictatorship of the majority and it tends to be confused with the idea of direct democracy.

Abstract: omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the formation and the suitable operation of the human brain. deficient ingestion of them, produces diverse dysfunctions in the neurotransmission, which can be one of the causes of diverse psychiatric disorders like the major depression and schizophrenia, since it has demonstrated that patient supplemented with these fatty acids present significant improvements of the symptoms. another important aspect of the human behavior in which the omega-3 fatty acids have demonstrated utility, was in diminishing antisocial behavior, aggressiveness and the hostility in subjects submissive atmospheres of psychological stress. therefore the supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids can help in the improvement of these behaviors

Abstract: during the consultation for overweight and obesity often patients refer to eating caused by anxiety. therefore, it was considered necessary to evaluate the presence of symptoms of anxiety in a quantitative form in overweight patients. for this, 65 patients with overweight and obesity, recruited at the cardenas medical center were evaluated through the application of the scale of anxiety of the goldberg questionnaire in its spanish-validated version considering positive a result with a score 34. of all patients 73.85% had scores 34. the average score was 6.88 (sd: 1.58). the difference between the patients with scores 34 and < 4 was statistically significant. this results demonstrates that in overweight and obese patients it is necessary not only to analyze corporal weight, cardiovascular risk factors and other physical pathologies associated, but also is very necessary to evaluate the psychological state

Abstract: the depressions that appear during the pregnancy and post partum constitute an important problem of public health. although the etiology is not known, its appearance is associated to the depletion of omega-3 fatty acids. own state of the pregnancy, because the mother transfers her reserves to the fetus, for the formation of his brain. consequently the supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids, has demonstrated to be effective to treat the depression as much in pregnants as another type of patients. therefore, it is advisable the supplementation to the pregnant women with these fatty acids to prevent and to treat the depressions related to the pregnancy. this action has the advantages of to be innocuous during the pregnancy and in lactation, besides to transfer to the fetus during these periods, allowing his adequate cerebral development

Abstract: Las depresiones que se presentan durante el embarazo y después del parto constituyen un importante problema de salud pública. Si bien la etiología es desconocida, su aparición se asocia a la depleción de ácidos grasos omega-3. Estado propio del embarazo, pues la madre traspasa sus reservas al feto, para la formación del cerebro de éste. Consecuentemente, la suplementación con ácidos grasos omega-3 ha demostrado ser eficaz para tratar la depresión tanto en embarazadas como en otro tipo de pacientes. Por lo tanto, es aconsejable suplementar a las embarazadas con estos ácidos grasos para prevenir y tratar las depresiones relacionadas al embarazo. Esta acción tiene las ventajas de ser inocuo durante el embarazo y la lactancia, además de traspasarse al feto durante estos períodos, permitiendo su adecuado desarrollo cerebral The depressions that appear during the pregnancy and post partum constitute an important problem of public health. Abstract: Durante la consulta por sobrepeso y obesidad a menudo los pacientes refieren comer por ansiedad. Por lo tanto, se consideró necesario evaluar la presencia de síntomas de ansiedad en forma cuantitativa. Para esto, 65 pacientes con sobrepeso y obesidad, reclutados del Centro Médico Cárdenas fueron evaluados a través de la aplicación de la Escala de Ansiedad del Cuestionario de Goldberg, en su versión validada en castellano, cuyo resultado se considera positivo con un puntaje 3 4. El 73,85% de todos los pacientes tuvo un puntaje 3 4, cuya puntuación media fue 6,88 (DS: 1,58). La diferencia entre los pacientes con un resultado 3 4 y < 4 fue estadísticamente significativa. Este resultado demuestra que al enfrentar por primera vez a estos pacientes no sólo hay que preocuparse del peso corporal y de los factores de riesgo cardiovascular u otras posibles patologías físicas asociadas, sino que también evaluar el estado psicológico During the consultation for overweight and obesity often patients refer to eating caused by anxiety. Abstract: Los ácidos grasos omega-3 son esenciales para la formación y el adecuado funcionamiento del cerebro humano. La ingesta deficiente de ellos, produce diversas disfunciones en la neurotransmisión, lo que puede ser una de las causas de diversos trastornos psiquiátricos como la depresión mayor y la esquizofrenia. Se ha demostrado que pacientes suplementados con dichos ácidos grasos presentan mejorías significativas de sus síntomas. Otro aspecto importante de la conducta humana en que los ácidos grasos omega-3 han demostrado utilidad, es en disminuir el comportamiento antisocial, la agresividad y la hostilidad en sujetos sometidos a ambientes de estrés psicológico. Por lo tanto la suplementación con ácidos grasos omega-3 puede ser un coadyuvante para la mejoría de dichos comportamientos Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the formation and the suitable operation of the human brain. Abstract: El artículo trata sobre la ubicación de los tratados de derechos humanos como fuente del derecho constitucional chileno, analizando el tema de la jerarquía de los tratados de derechos humanos, la relación entre el derecho constitucional y el derecho internacional, como asimismo, las limitaciones que la reforma de 1989 al artículo 5o inciso segundo de la Constitución han implicado para los órganos del Estado chileno.
