Abstract: 利用60个水稻SSR标记,对来自国内外的370份香稻材料的遗传多样性进行了比较分析,结果共检测到361个等位基因,每个位点的等位基因变幅为2-10个,平均Nei基因多样性指数(He)为0.663,变幅为0.104(RM308)~0.885(RM2634),籼梗亚种间的遗传多样性具有明显差异,籼稻的等位基因数和Nei基因多样性指数均高于粳稻,地方品种的遗传多样性高于选育品种,选育品种等位基因数仅为地方品种的86.5%.分子方差分析表明,香稻材料中总变异的43.08%是由于亚种间的遗传差异引起的.不同稻区的遗传分化程度总体介于1.69%~14.40%之间.其中,华南与西南、华中与西南地方品种间遗传差异的分化程度达显著水平,聚类分析将参试材料明显分为籼梗两大类,同时地域相同(稻区)、相邻省份的香稻材料基本归为同一类群.

Abstract: In the context of instigating green construction technology by changing current technology practices, evolutionary game theory is used to solve path dependence problems that yield stable equilibrium. Replicating dynamic gaming shows that in inducing technological change some problems concerning multiple equilibrium definitely exist and that profit is the prime motivation to use or supply new technology. The model also shows that a lock-in of a current tech-nology can be broken as a consequence of players’ studies.

Abstract: Based on the Conditional Probability Model of Gumbel-H Copula and Clayton Copula distribution function to measure the tail dependence of financial asset, and the interior relationship between these two types of Copula distribution functions and Kendall?, this article calculates the tail dependence of agricultural listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen by the non-parametric estimation method. The results shows that the tail dependence is existed between Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in agriculture, and the four kinds of listed companies in Shanghai which are farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery respectively have the tail dependence with the same four kinds of companies in Shenzhen. In addition, all tail dependence is asymmetry.
Drag force on a moving impurity in a spin-orbit coupled Bose-Einstein condensate

Abstract: We investigate the drag force on a moving impurity in a spin-orbit coupled Bose-Einstein condensate. We prove rigorously that the superfluid critical velocity is zero when the impurity moves in all but one directions, in contrast to the case of liquid helium and superconductor where it is finite in all directions. We also find that when the impurity moves in all directions except two special ones, the drag force has nonzero transverse component at small velocity. When the velocity becomes large and the states of the upper band are also excited, the transverse force becomes very small due to opposite contributions of the two bands. The characteristics of the superfluid critical velocity and the transverse force are results of the order by disorder mechanism in spin-orbit coupled boson systems.

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of particle swarm optimization, this paper proposed a novel parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm(SLPSO).The basic idea is parallel mechanism and space-division and layered search. The main contributions include, divided whole search space into n sub ares. For certain generations, let the best sub area be the search space. This shrinked the search space to the solution space. Proposed two layers partition of particles, the lower and topper work well for global and local search respectively. By experiments on four benchmark functions, shows that, the new algorithm increases precision by 80.37% compared with IPPSO.
Functional Interaction of Cockroach Allergens and Mannose Receptor (CD206) in Human Circulating Fibrocytes

Abstract: Background The innate pattern recognition C-type-lectin receptors (CLRs), including mannose receptor (MRC1; CD206), have been suggested to functionally interact with allergens and are critical in controlling immune response. Fibrocytes have been considered to play a role in allergic asthma. Here we sought to investigate the functional interaction of cockroach allergens with CD206 in fibrocytes. Methods Profiling of N-linked glycans from natural purified cockroach allergen Bla g 2 was accomplished by MALDI-MS. The binding activity of cockroach allergens to CD206 was determined by solid-phase binding assays. Levels of CD206 expression on human fibrocytes and CD206 mediated signaling and cytokine production in Bla g 2 treated fibrocytes were determined. Results Profiling of N-linked glycans from Bla g 2 revealed a predominance of small, mannose-terminated glycans with and without fucose. Significant binding of Bla g 2 to CD206 was observed, which was inhibited by yeast mannan (a known CD206 ligand), free mannose, and a blocking antibody (anti-hMR). Flow cytometric analyses of human fibrocytes (CD45+ and collagen-1+) showed selective expression of CD206 on fibrocytes. Functionally, a concentration-dependent uptake of FITC labeled Bla g 2 by fibrocytes was observed, but was significantly inhibited by anti-hMR. Bla g 2 can stimulate up-regulation of inflammatory cytokines including TNF-alpha and IL-6 and activation of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB/p65), p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38), ERK, and JNK in cultured fibrocytes. This increased secretion of TNF-alpha and IL-6 and activation of NF-kB, ERK, and JNK was significantly inhibited by the addition of either mannan or mannose. Furthermore, Bla g 2 induced increase in TNF-alpha and IL-6 production was also inhibited by the use of NF-kB, ERK, and JNK inhibitors. Conclusion These results provide evidence supporting the existence of a functional cockroach allergen-CD206 axis in human fibrocytes, suggesting a role for CD206 in regulating allergen induced allergic responses in asthma.
A Glutamic Acid-Rich Protein Identified in Verticillium dahliae from an Insertional Mutagenesis Affects Microsclerotial Formation and Pathogenicity

Abstract: Verticillium dahliae Kleb. is a phytopathogenic fungus that causes wilt disease in a wide range of crops, including cotton. The life cycle of V. dahliae includes three vegetative phases: parasitic, saprophytic and dormant. The dormant microsclerotia are the primary infectious propagules, which germinate when they are stimulated by root exudates. In this study, we report the first application of Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation (ATMT) for construction of insertional mutants from a virulent defoliating isolate of V. dahliae (V592). Changes in morphology, especially a lack of melanized microsclerotia or pigmentation traits, were observed in mutants. Together with the established laboratory unimpaired root dip-inoculation approach, we found insertional mutants to be affected in their pathogenicities in cotton. One of the genes tagged in a pathogenicity mutant encoded a glutamic acid-rich protein (VdGARP1), which shared no significant similarity to any known annotated gene. The vdgarp1 mutant showed vigorous mycelium growth with a significant delay in melanized microsclerotial formation. The expression of VdGARP1 in the wild type V529 was organ-specific and differentially regulated by different stress agencies and conditions, in addition to being stimulated by cotton root extract in liquid culture medium. Under extreme infertile nutrient conditions, VdGARP1 was not necessary for melanized microsclerotial formation. Taken together, our data suggest that VdGARP1 plays an important role in sensing infertile nutrient conditions in infected cells to promote a transfer from saprophytic to dormant microsclerotia for long-term survival. Overall, our findings indicate that insertional mutagenesis by ATMT is a valuable tool for the genome-wide analysis of gene function and identification of pathogenicity genes in this important cotton pathogen.
