Influence Factor Analysis on Strength of Lime-Fly Ash Loess  [PDF]

Abstract: Lime-fly ash loess is composed of fly ash, lime and loess. It is a new material in subgrade backfill. Main factors to influence the strength of lime-fly ash loess are age, amount of fly ash and lime, ratio of fly ash to lime (1:K), and moisture content. In order to observe the effect of each factor influencing the strength of lime-fly ash loess and find out the relationship between each other, this paper adopted orthogonal test design to conduct unconfined compression tests. The result shows that 90d strength can be considered to calculate the strength of lime-fly ash loess in practice. And the most important factor to influence the 90d strength of lime-fly ash loess is the amount of fly ash and lime, the second is moisture content, and then is the ratio of fly ash to lime (1:K). These achievements are significant to the design and application of lime-fly ash loess in subgrade construction of loess areas.

Abstract: Based on the principles of grey correlation analysis and fuzzy mode identity,a dynamically weighted grey optimization model for forecasting rockburst risk is established. In rockburst forecast,a new judging method is developed for composite judging index systems. This method overcomes the disadvantages of traditional methods and gives more reasonable results. The method was applied to prediction of rockburts in typical tunnel sections designed for the western route the South-North Water Transfer Project. The obtained results are compared with FEM analysis and show more accurate predictions .
Efficient removal of H2S from biogas by catalytic wet oxidation with zinc/iron catalyst

Abstract: A novel process of catalytic wet oxidation removal H2S from biogas with zinc/iron system was invented. The reaction mechanism, experimental apparatus and process diagram were expatiated, and the factors which have effect on the removal efficiency of H2S ,such as pH, the concentrations of zinc, ferric ions and so on were discussed. Based on them, the comprehensive experiments were done, the results showed that the removal rate were sustained above 99.6% all the time. No chemical raw materials will be consumed and the process has no secondary pollution or problem of degradation.
Study on the Chirp Characteristic in Strain measurement by Fiber Bragg Grating

Abstract: Due to different strain of different components along the grating axis when Bragg grating is employed to measure strain (statically,dynamically),central FBG wavelength shift changes accordingly.However effect of this strain difference on central wavelength shift of fiber Bragg grating is often ignored in practical application.With coupled mode theory,as well as grating segment and transfer matrix method, chirp characterizations of fiber Bragg grating are studied when axial linear and high-order strain,non-linear periodic strain-wave are applied.Based on different chirp characterizations,measurement condition and measurement range under various kinds of strain are determined.

Abstract: 探讨了不同pH值下石灰湿法脱硫的反应机理 ,在此基础上提出了钙 钙双碱法 .研究了影响钙 钙双碱法脱硫效率的因素 .工业应用结果表明 ,该法由于在理论上解释、实践中解决了石灰湿法脱硫设备结垢问题 ,因而能连续、稳定脱硫 ,脱硫率达 80 %— 96 %.与传统钠 钙双碱法比较 ,新方法物料单一 ,工艺、设备简单 ,不耗钠碱 ,投资和运行费用更低 .

Abstract: The absorption of NOx on towers packed with activated carbon and porcelain Rasching rings of same macro-surface area were compared. The results showed that the absorption efficiency and overall absorption coefficient of the activated carbon tower were 10% and 60-70% higher than those of the porcelain Rasching rings packed one under same space velocity. The optimal conditions for a divided-flow process using soda solution in an activated carbon packed tower were suggested under which the 89-97% of absorption efficiency and reduction of NOX concentration in exhaust from 4000-5000ppm to 157-455ppm could be reached.
Mechanism study of NOx removal from flue gas with the recovery process of absorption with acid following complex in aqueous solution and reduction with iron powder

Abstract: A novel recovery process for removal of NO_x from flue gas with the sequence of absorption with acid following the complex in aqueous solutions of ferrous chelates and reduction with iron powder is proposed. The constituents of gas and liquid phases after NO_x removal are analyzed, and the reaction mechanism of the NO_x removal is investigated emphatically. The results show that there is no N_2O formed in the exhaust and no NO~-_2 and NO~-_3 ion formed in the denitrification liquid. All of the NO in the flue gas is reduced into NH_3. The molar ratio of denitrification amount to the consumption of iron powder is 2/1 without oxygen in the simulated flue gas, and that is 1/2 when the oxygen content is 5%. The chemical reactions of the process are developed. The equilibrium concentration of ammonia in the denitrification liquid is determined under the experimental conditions.
A Method of Desulfurization with Calcium Sulfite and It''s Mechanism

Abstract: Directing to the scaling problem lying in wet desulfurization with lime slurry, a method of desulfurization with calcium sulfite was proposed. Reaction mechanism and the effects of different conditions on desulfurization efficiency were studied. The optimum conditions were obtained, i.e. air velocity of 2.75 m/s in empty tower, L/G = 3.0 L/m3, solid content 6.7%, air temperature 31 degrees C, concentration inlet of SO2 1500 x 10(-6) and inlet suspension pH of 8.0. Under the conditions, the desulfurization efficiency was about 87%. The presented method theoretically and practically solved the scaling problems, which is a novel indirect lime-method with Ca-contained material as desulfurization agent.
Structure and Fluidization of an Internally Circulating Fluidized Bed for FGD Process

Abstract: A new internally circulating fluidized bed for FGD process was developed, and different types of top and bottom structures were employed in the experiment to find out the best fluidized bed structure. Fluidizing status, the axial distribution of solid hold-up and the fluid mechanics under cold conditions were investigated .The results indicate that the unit can realize internally circulating of a large number of solid particles which presents an core-annulus structure when the velocity of fluidizing gas was at the range of 2.5 to 5 m/s, and that the solid density in the bed is higher than that in traditional equal diameter fluidized bed, which provide the equipment with potential for application in FGD process.

Abstract: 用浸渍法制备了Ce-Mn/TiO2催化剂,考察了其在O2存在条件下选择性催化还原(SCR)NO的活性和抗SO2及H2O毒化的性能.结果表明,反应温度、空间速度、NO进口浓度和NH3/NO摩尔比对NO转化率的影响较小;在120℃的低温条件下,该催化剂显示了良好的催化活性,NO的转化率始终保持在95%以上.该催化剂有良好的同时抗SO2和H2O毒化能力.
