Abstract: 根据作者多年从事植物逆境研究和教学的经验以及在近几年接触到的国内有关研究工作中发现的问题,为了提高今后研究工作的基础水平和学术期刊稿件的科学水平,特提出几个植物逆境研究中常见到的缺憾和对概念理解上的偏差予以讨论和澄清。问题包括:环境胁迫的定义和定量,植物对环境胁迫的“直接感受”,抗逆性和敏感性,耐逆性和避逆性,适应、驯化和锻炼,环境胁迫的剂量效应关系,伤害和死亡的判定,植物细胞膜的透性和植物自由基清除系统对环境胁迫的反应。
Research of a deterministic small world network based on Cayley graph

Abstract: Ozone (O3) is considered one of the important air pollutants in the present world. With the development of urbanization and the continuous increasing of atmospheric O3 concentration, more and more attention is focused on the impact of elevated O3 on plant. The impact of elevated O3 on trees is quite complicated. Based on the results of our experiments on the relationship between the trees and climate change in recent years, and related literature investigation, we will review the research advances in the impact of elevated O3 on eco-physiology of trees, such as the O3-induced visible injury, the impact of O3 on the growth and morphological structure, photosynthesis, nutrition metabolism, antioxidant system of trees and the impact of O3 in combination with other environmental factors, such as temperature, drought and elevated CO2. We hope these will provide a scientific reference for the further research on the impact of O3 on trees, especially on the sustainable forest management and the selection of urban tree species in respect to the increased atmosphere O3 concentration under the global climate change.

Abstract: 介绍了玉兰属Yulania Spach分类简史,分析了玉兰属与木兰属Magnolia L.主要分类性状及其区别。阐述了药室纵裂方向、开化时期、花蕾顶生与腋生等性状的演化关系,提出玉兰属与木兰属是趋同演化的两个分类群,花先叶开放等性状是玉兰属的重要标志,中国暖温带是该属树种的起源中心、分布中心和多样性中心等新观点。确立玉兰属的系统位置,对解决现有木兰属乃至木兰科分类系统的争论具有重要的意义。

Abstract: 辛夷与木兰是中国传统的中药材 ,也是传统的树种名称 ,栽培历史悠久。通过对辛夷与木兰进行认真细致地考证 ,首次提出 :1辛夷 L assonia quinquepeta Buc'hoz是望春玉兰 Yulania biondii(Pam p.) D.L.Fu,不是紫玉兰 Y.liliiflora(Desr.) D.L.Fu;2辛夷药材泛指玉兰属 Yulania Spach树种的干燥花蕾 ,玉兰属植物可统称为辛夷植物 ;3木兰是木莲 Manglietia fordiana Oliv.或黄心夜合 Michelia martinii(H.Lév.) Finet & Gagnep.ex H.Lév.等 ,不为玉兰属树种。纠正了现代有关工具书、植物学专著、药学专著及高等院校教材等广为认同的“辛夷即木兰、木兰即紫玉兰”的错误观点。

Abstract: AIM: To assess the significance of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) in colorectal cancer (CRC) and toxicity of LY294002 in CRC cells with different metastatic abilities. METHODS: Sixty formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded CRC tumor specimens were investigated. Adjacent normal colonic mucosa specimens from 10 of these cases were selected as controls. PI3K protein was detected by immunohistochemistry and PIK3CA mutations were investigated by gene sequencing analysis. A flow-cytometry-based apoptosis detection kit was used to determine PI3K inhibitor-induced apoptosis in CRC cell lines SW480 and SW620. Expression of phosphorylated protein kinase B in CRC cell lines was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: There was a significant difference in the proportion of primary lesions (30%, 18/60) vs metastatic lesions (46.7%, 28/60) that were positive for PI3K (P < 0.05). Mutations were detected in exon 9 (13.3%) and exon 20 (8.3%). Out of 60 cases, seven mutations were identified: two hotspot mutations, C.1633G>A resulting in E545A, and C.3140A>G resulting in H1047R; two novel missense mutations C.1624G>A and C.3079G>A; and three synonymous mutations (C.1641G>A, C.1581C>T and C.3027T>A). Exposure of SW480 cells to PI3K inhibitor for 48 h resulted in a significant increase of apoptotic cells in a dose-dependent manner [3.2% apoptotic cells in 0 μmol/L, 4.3% in 5 μmol/L, 6.3% in 10 μmol/L (P < 0.05), and 6.7% in 20 μmol/L (P < 0.05)]. Moreover, PI3K inhibitor induced a similar significant increase of apoptotic cells in the SW620 cell line for 48 h [3.3% apoptotic cells in 0 μmol/L, 13.3% in 5 μmol/L (P < 0.01), 19.2% in 10 μmol/L (P < 0.01), and 21.3% in 20 μmol/L (P < 0.01)]. CONCLUSION: High PI3K expression is associated with CRC metastasis. PI3K inhibitor induced apoptosis in CRC cells and displayed strong cytotoxicity for highly metastatic cells. PI3K inhibition may be an effective treatment for CRC.

Abstract: With global changes such as increasing temperature and enhanced N deposition,soil nitrogen(N)availability is predicted to increase substantially,and how fine root dynamics responds to the altered soil N has become one of the key questions in terrestrial ecology.As such,a number of hypotheses have been proposed to explain the relationship between increasing soil N availability and fine root production,mortality,and turnover.This article considered four major hypotheses:with increasing soil N availability,1)both fine root production and turnover rate would increase,2)both fine root production and turnover rate would decrease,3)fine root production would decrease while fine root turnover rate would increase,and 4)fine root production would increase while fine root turnover rate would decrease.Current evidence suggests that the patterns depicted in hypothesis 1)and 2)could both occur in nature and may reflect characteristics of different species.Hypotheses 3)and 4)were thought to characterize only a transient stage of the responses of fine root dynamics to increasing N availability.To better understand the response of root dynamics to increasing soil N,future studies should consider:1)the definition of fine roots and heterogeneity in fine root structure and function;2)methods used in estimating fine root production and turnover rate;3)changes of soil N availability both in space and time.More attention should also be paid to the influences of mycorrhizal infection on root dynamic responses to soil N availability.

三裂叶豚草的化感作用研究

Abstract: 本文研究了在我国东北地区广泛蔓延的菊科杂草──三裂叶豚草(Ambrosiatrifida)对大豆、玉米、小麦、水稻的化感作用(Allelopathy)。通过对三裂叶豚草的不同部位(挥发物、茎叶、根、根区土壤)的化感活性的研究,发现三裂叶豚草的挥发物和根区土壤对作物无明显的作用;茎叶部分的水浸液对实验作物的种子萌发和幼苗的纳根伸长有明显的抑制作用,同时使根系形态发生较大的变化;根的水浸液对作物的幼芽伸长有一定的促进作用。在上述的研究基础上,对个同的活性组分进行了GC、GC/MS分析,结果表明主要的化感成分可能为。α-蒎烯。β-蒎烯、2-冰片烯、里那醇、冰片、4-萜品醇、樟脑、α-萜品醇、马鞭烯酮、橙花叔醇、法尼烯。勺叶桉醇等。由此我们分析三裂叶豚草主要是通过雨水淋溶的方式向周围环境释放化感物质,从而对其它植物产生影响,加强自身在自然界的竞争力.
