Abstract: Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this paper constructs the augmented reality electronic publication communication effect model (AREPCEM) and analyzes the data among youth. It is found that the first-level index (use and recognition) and second-level indicators (external variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, dependency) have positive relevance to audience recognition among youth.

Abstract: Based on “uses and gratifications theory”, the authors build an evaluation model of the communication identification of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) popular science publication. The weighed score of the model is obtained according to experts and general audience survey. The result is as follow: the factors at all the levels of use and identification affect audience identification in the evaluation model of communication identification of ICH popular science publication. Among these factors, audience from whom to know this channel, clear demonstration and integrating into relevant situation of skills and knowledge, these three indicators have significant influence on the communication identification of ICH popular science publication. It not only helps audience to obtain knowledge, but also generates audiences’ interests and making a combination between new media and themselves by other people.

Abstract: Survivin gene may be a good target for cancer gene therapy because it is over expressed in a variety of human tumors including human hepatocellular carcinoma but not in differen- tiated adult tissues. To explore the effects of the siRNA of survivin gene inducing apoptosis in human hepatocellular cancer cells, three siRNAs cpusiRNA1, cpusiRNA2 and cpusiRNA3 were designed and transferred into human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 (HepG2) by lipofection. MTT test showed that the growth of HepG2 decreased when it was transfected with 25nM, 50nM, 100nM, 150nM, 200nM, 400nM siRNA respectively after 48 hours. And the change of mRNA and protein of survivin gene and p53 gene had been detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Cells presented an increase in apoptosis index was assayed by flow cytometry. Small interfering RNA can exert a knockdown of survivin gene expression and up regulation of p53 gene to induce apoptosis and to inhibit the growth of HepG2.

As the development of machine vision technology, the color line-scan system is widely applied in the on-line inspection. Due to the non-uniform gray scale and color distortion of the image acquired by the system, the image correction is needed to reduce the problem of image processing and the stability system. Based on reasons mentioned above, a method that using polynomial fitting to correct the image is presented to solve the problem in this paper. The method has been used in the automatic optical inspection of PCB, and has been proved to be effective. So this method will have a potential application to the development of the color line-scan machine vision system.

Prediction of Chemical-Protein Interactions Network with Weighted Network-Based Inference Method

Abstract: Chemical-protein interaction (CPI) is the central topic of target identification and drug discovery. However, large scale determination of CPI is a big challenge for in vitro or in vivo experiments, while in silico prediction shows great advantages due to low cost and high accuracy. On the basis of our previous drug-target interaction prediction via network-based inference (NBI) method, we further developed node- and edge-weighted NBI methods for CPI prediction here. Two comprehensive CPI bipartite networks extracted from ChEMBL database were used to evaluate the methods, one containing 17,111 CPI pairs between 4,741 compounds and 97 G protein-coupled receptors, the other including 13,648 CPI pairs between 2,827 compounds and 206 kinases. The range of the area under receiver operating characteristic curves was 0.73 to 0.83 for the external validation sets, which confirmed the reliability of the prediction. The weak-interaction hypothesis in CPI network was identified by the edge-weighted NBI method. Moreover, to validate the methods, several candidate targets were predicted for five approved drugs, namely imatinib, dasatinib, sertindole, olanzapine and ziprasidone. The molecular hypotheses and experimental evidence for these predictions were further provided. These results confirmed that our methods have potential values in understanding molecular basis of drug polypharmacology and would be helpful for drug repositioning.
Synthesis and Structure of bis(Dibutyldithiocarbamate)zinc(II): Zn2[(n-Bu)2NCSS]4

Abstract: The binuclear zinc (II) complex Zn2[(n-Bu)2NCSS]4 has been prepared, and its crystal and molecular structure have been determined by x-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a=23.329(3)?, b=17.090(2)?, c=16.115(2)?, α =90°, β=127.560(10)°, γ=90°, z=4, V=5039.1(11)?3, F(000)=2016, R=0.0450, and Rw=0.1192. The crystal structure shows that two S-N-S atom chains, belonging to the different dibutyldithiocarbamate ligands, bridge two zinc (II) ions. Each zinc (II) ion coordinates to four S atoms. The coordination geometry around the zinc (II) is a tetrahedron, however, the coordination sphere of two zinc ions in the dimer is best described as a distorted octagon. The X-ray photoelectron spectra, IR and UV data have been used to study the structure and spectra properties of the complex.
Interaction between endogenous nitric oxide and carbon monoxide in the pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension

Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate the interaction between nitric oxygenase (NOS)/ nitric oxide (NO) and heme oxygenase (HO)/ carbon monoxide (CO) system in the pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. On a rat model of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, the pulmonary artery pressure was measured, and NO formation and expression of NOS in pulmonary tissues were examined after treatment with ZnPP-IX, an HO-1 inhibitor. The pulmonary artery pressure, CO formation and expression of HO-1 in pulmonary tissues were examined after treatment with L-NAME, a NOS inhibitor. We found that pulmonary hypertension developed after 2-week hypoxia, while the concentration of NO in the pulmonary tissue homogenates and the expression of NOS in intrapulmonary artery endothelial cells decreased markedly. ZnPP-IX worsened pulmonary hypertension of hypoxic rats. However, it increased endogenous production of NO and the expression of NOS obviously. The concentration of CO in the pulmonary tissue homogenates and the expression of HO-1 in intrapulmonary artery smooth muscle cells increased markedly with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. L-NAME worsened pulmonary hypertension of hypoxic rats, but inhibited CO formation and HO-1 expression (P < 0.01). The results of this study suggested that endogenous NOS/NO and HO/CO systems might interact with each other and therefore play an important regulating role in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.

Bonding-antibonding ground state transition in coupled quantum dots

Abstract: The two lowest single-particle hole states in two vertically coupled quntum dots (CQDs) are investigated by using the six-band K ·P model. A bonding-antibonding ground-state transition is observed with interdot distance increasing. This result is counterintuitive, for the antibonding molecular ground state has never been observed in natural diatomic molecules. By comparing the wavafunction component of hole, we verify that the reordering of bonding and antibonding orbitals with interdot distance increasing is caused by spin-orbit interaction of holes.
Spin polarized current transport and charge polarization effect in ferromagnetic GaMnN resonant tunneling diode

Abstract: The spin-polarized tunneling current transport through a ferromagnetic GaMnN resonant tunneling diode is investigated theoretically. Two distinct spin splitting peaks can be observed in the current-voltage characteristic. Spin splitting peaks and the spin polarization decrease and then disappear with increasing temperature. When charge polarization effect is considered for the GaN heterostructure, the spin-down resonant current peak becomes enhanced significantly and spin polarization is also increased accordingly. A highly spin polarized current can be obtained at a certain polarization charge.
