Appliance of Value Engineering on the Improvement of Headstock Gear

Abstract: Based on the value engineering analysis, this article calculates the vale coefficient of the headstock gear through defining the cost coefficient and functional coefficient, whose result shows that the lower cover and screw stem are the main objects to be improved, therefore, puts forward proposals to the improvement of lower cover and screw stem and finally evaluates the improving program whose result suggests improving program has a good effect.
Research on the Tail Dependence of Agriculture Listed Companies

Abstract: Based on the Conditional Probability Model of Gumbel-H Copula and Clayton Copula distribution function to measure the tail dependence of financial asset, and the interior relationship between these two types of Copula distribution functions and Kendall?, this article calculates the tail dependence of agricultural listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen by the non-parametric estimation method. The results shows that the tail dependence is existed between Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in agriculture, and the four kinds of listed companies in Shanghai which are farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery respectively have the tail dependence with the same four kinds of companies in Shenzhen. In addition, all tail dependence is asymmetry.

Abstract: To study the DNA sequence features of Follistatin gene in marine fish, Paralichthys olivaceus Follistatin cDNA was isolated and analyzed from Paralichthys olivaceus embryos 67 h after fertilization.The results indicated that there was no evidence for alternative splicing of Follistain in Paralichthys olivaceus.The length of Paralichthys olivaceus Follistatin cDNA was 963 bp.Sequence analysis revealed that Paralichthys olivaceus Follistatin was more closely related to Takifugu rubripes.The biological function of the highly conserved cysteine and glycin in Paralichthys olivaceus Follistatin protein might be maintaining the stabilization of protein structure.

Abstract: 为研究海水鱼中Follsitatin基因的组织表达特异性,利用PCR方法获得牙鲆Follistatin基因启动子并进行序列分析,用RT-PCR和显微注射方法研究Follistatin基因与肌肉发育的关系.结果表明,所获得的启动子含有USF、E47、MyoD、NF-Y等多种转录因子结合位点;在牙鲆成体组织中,Follistatin基因在体肾、肠、心脏、头肾、脾中有表达,而在肌肉和肝脏中没有表达;显微注射证明Follistatin基因参与了肌肉的早期发育.
Characterization of promoters from flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) muscle-regulatory genes, MyoD and Myf5

Abstract: The promoter sequences of flounder muscle regulatory gene,MyoD and Myf5,are cloned as 608 bp and 1 073 bp respectively.Many muscle regulatory gene binding sites are found in the promoters of MyoD and Myf5.The promoter sequences were ligated to GFP vector and constructed as MyoDP-GFP and Myf5P-GFP.The result constructs were microinjected into one-cell or two-cell stage zebrafish embryos to make a transient expression analysis.The results showed that the 608 bp MyoD promoter and the 1 073 bp Myf5 promoter can drive GFP specifically expressed in muscle fibers in zebrafish.It can be seen that the two promoters contain muscle specific regulatory elements,and they can function across species.

Abstract: 对外源基因导入大菱鲆(Scophthat musmaximus)的两种方法进行了研究,采用经过改进的电脉冲方法以及哺乳动物细胞中常用的转染法导入外源基因,并对两种方法进行比较。电脉冲最佳导入条件为:脉冲电压为300V/cm,脉冲次数为5,外源DNA质量浓度为20mg/L;转染法的最佳操作时间为受精后50min。应用上述两种方法进行批量转基因鱼实验,得到外源基因的导入率分别为20%~28%和60%~70%。实验表明利用转染试剂jetPEI处理单细胞期的大菱鲆受精卵能得到较高的孵化率及较高的转基因效率。

Abstract: Sichuan has abundant tourist resources; the Government confirmed the tourism industry as the six pillar industries of the cross-century development in Sichuan. In recent years, the ratio of tourism to the province's GDP increased year by year. Based on stability test of the VAR model, this paper uses impulse response functions and variance decomposition method for econometric analysis, by using the economic data in 1990-2009 years. And the results indicated that, the development of tourism bases on economic growth, at the same time, economic growth is in need of tourism development.

Abstract: An all-thin-film (ATF) electrochromic device for modulating the opticaltransmittance is manufactured using magnetron sputtering. The devicesconsists of MoO3 as the main electrochromic layer, LiBO2+Li2SO4(LiBSO) as the ion conductor layer, and NiOx as the complementary electrochromic layer. Glass covered with indium tin oxide (ITO) is used as the substrate and the ITO film is used as the bottom electrode. The ITO film deposited on the top of the devices is used as the other electrode. The structure and morphology ofthe films are characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The devices exhibit good optical properties with low transmittance values in the coloured state, and the optical modulation is measured by spectrophotometer in the wavelength range from 400 to 800nm. The average visible light transmittance reaches 50.2% and 3.7% in bleached and coloured state, respectively. The results indicate that such a monolithic system has great potential to be applied in smart windows.
