Study of the Law about Water-Cut Variation for the Fractured Metamorphic Reservoir of Buried Hill with Bottom Water  [PDF]

Abstract: Aiming at the complex flowing environment including the buried hill of Metamorphite, the active bottom water and the fracture at Budate Reservoir within Beir Depression of the Hailar Basin, combining the laboratory studies and based on analysis of its drive mechanism, field wells’ parameters were used to analyze the effects of different conditions of the fractured metamorphic reservoir with bottom water on its law of wa-ter-cut variation and the waterflooding efficiency. The results show that for the Budate buried hill reservoir with bottom water, the gravity should be taken into consideration to determine reasonable perforation ratio and production pressure difference. And because of the acid sensitivity of the buried hill reservoir, application of proper clay stabilizer will enhance the field oil recovery to a satisfactory extent.

Abstract:

Finding optimal path in a given network is an important content of intelligent transportation information service. Static shortest path has been studied widely and many efficient searching methods have been developed, for example Dijkstras algorithm, Floyd-Warshall, Bellman-Ford, A* et al. However, practical travel time is not a constant value but a stochastic value. How to take full use of the stochastic character to find the shortest path is a significant problem. In this paper, GPS floating car is used to detect road section’s travel time. The probability distribution of travel time is estimated according to Bayes estimation method. The combined probability distribution of a feasible route is calculated according to probability operation. The objective function is to find the route that has the biggest probability to arrive for desired time thresholds. Improved Genetic Algorithm is used to calculate the optimal path. The efficiency of the proposed method is illustrated with a practical example.

Abstract: Climate change has major impacts directly on the natural ecosystem and human society, of which the cryosphere is most easily affected because of its frangibility and sensitivity. Similarly, cryosphere change has numerous impacts on the natural ecosystem and human society, which may resemble an indirect influence of climate change. These two types of impacts, in shared fields, are distinguished in space and time by effective mechanisms and processes. Climate change has positive and negative impacts on some systems, which may be adjusted by cryosphere change. These indirect and direct impacts may be distinguished, and then correct policies and measures can be made against these changes.
A New Method to Improve the Maneuver Capability of AUV Integrated Navigation Systems

Abstract: The maneuver characteristic of the most commonly used AUV integrated navigation systems was investigated in this paper. After analyzing the error cause of conversional used Kalman filter of SINS/DVL integrated navigation systems in maneuver state, a novel method was proposed which is to use the output of complex navigation systems to revise the SINS in real-time, and an improved adaptive Kalman filter was discussed here to reach the seamless changing of the whole system. The measurement remnant method was introduced to judge whether the bearing change event happened or not. The whole design was aiming to reach the smooth transition between the different motion states and improve the maneuver capability of the AUV navigation system. The simulation results confirms the new approach could restrain the oscillation of Kalman filter in motion changing state and improve the accuracy of the AUV integrated navigation systems.

Abstract: We have proposed the concept of the cultural quality-oriented education for university in China, aiming at “improving the students’ aesthetic taste, cultural taste, humanistic quality and scientific quality through strengthening education on the subjects of literature, history, philosophy, arts and other humanities and social science and natural science in university”. However, some colleges and universities tend to be utilitarian with knowledge-based and technique-based status in practice. They use the training mode of one-sided pursuit of employment, and neglect the development of the humanistic spirit. The curriculum is unable to adapt to the actual needs of students of different specialties, and the implementing effect of the cultural quality-oriented courses is below expectation. Only by surpassing this predicament can the cultural quality-oriented education in university be promoted on the inheritance and innovation fruitfully. Under the new situation, the specific path of the cultural quality-oriented education in university should be mainly paved in the curriculum setting, teaching management, learning selection and student evaluation.

How International Trade Affects the Spatial Pattern of China’s Economic Activities?  [PDF]

Abstract:
This paper has analyzed the impact of international trade mechanisms to spatial economic structure, panel data 2001-2016 China’s 30 provinces, and factors which affect Chinese economic structure of empirical research on trade openness, and found that, on the whole, trade openness has no significant direct effect on China’s economic spatial pattern, and indirectly promotes policy advantages to make economic activities more spatially agglomerate, and to make economic activities more dispersed by promoting transportation infrastructure. From the perspective of the East, Central and West regions, the trade openness directly promotes the agglomeration of the East and West regions. The regional policy advantage is the main mechanism affecting the regional economic agglomeration. The human capital mechanism and the transportation infrastructure mechanism in the eastern region respectively make dispersal and agglomeration; the transportation infrastructure in the central part makes the space more dispersed; the human capital mechanism and the transportation infrastructure mechanism in the western region respectively make the space agglomerate and decentralized. Local governments should strengthen regional cooperation and formulate differentiated trade policies to lead regional industries to drive regional innovation.
Up-regulation and subcellular localization of hnRNP A2/B1 in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Recombinant scFv N14 antibody was expressed as an active antibody. Using this antibody with a combination of immunological and proteomic approaches, we identified the antigen of scFv N14 antibody as the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1 (hnRNP A2/B1). The expression of hnRNP A2/B1 in HCC cells was then investigated by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.We found that the up-regulation of hnRNP A2/B1 was measured at both transcriptional and translational levels in rat HCC cells but not in rat hepatic cells. We also found that in various human hepatic tissues, hnRNP A2/B1 was highly expressed in both human hepatitis virus positive liver tissues and human HCC tissues but not in normal liver tissues. Interestingly, we observed that the localization of hnRNP A2/B1 in HCC cells was altered during the development of HCC. In human hepatitis virus infected tissues hnRNP A2/B1 resides exclusively in the nuclei of hepatocytes. However, when the HCC progressed from a well differentiated to a poorly differentiated stage, hnRNP A2/B1 was increasingly localized in the cytoplasm. In contrast, the HCC tissues with hnRNP A2/B1 highly expressed in the nucleus decreased.This work is the first to show that hnRNP A2/B1 is the antigen specifically recognized by the scFv N14 antibody in HCC cells. The over-expression of hnRNP A2/B1 was confirmed in cultured human and rat HCC cell lines, human virus related hepatitis liver tissues and human HCC tissues. The increased localization of hnRNP A2/B1 in the cytoplasm of HCC cells was revealed during the dedifferentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
