Abstract: We consider the Bose-Einstein condensate trapped in optical lattice, which is formed from two kinds of deep potentials. The tight-binding approximation was used. Steady state distribution of the probability amplitudes and the site population in the one dimensional optical superlattice were found. It was shown that this solution of the equations which describe the dynamics of the Bose-Einstein condensate in superlattice is unstable at the sufficiently high density of the bosons. The expression for increment of the modulational instability was found on base of the linear stability analysis. Numerical simulation demonstrates the evolution of the steady state distributions of bosons into the space array of the solitary peaks before the chaotic regime generation.

Abstract: Adenohypophysis stillborn from HIV-infected mothers had a high functional stress for long periods of fetal devel-opment, leading to inhibition of its functional state, as evidenced by the decrease in the diameter of cells, reducing their se-cretory granules, and increased nuclear-cytoplasmic index. In the antenatal period of development in the adenohypophysis of stillbirths from HIV-infected mothers apparently failed embryo genesis, which appeared violation of a population growth of acidophilic cells. Inhibition of functional activ ity of the entire population of cells of the adenohypophysis indicate a failure of compensatory possibilities of the body, which in future may be the cause of severe endocrinopathies.

Abstract: In a pancreas of children who have died aged till 6 months from a HIV-infected of mothers thanks to morphological and morphometric to researches it is taped failure of compensatory possibilities of an organ shown by stroma growth, inhibition of functional activity of the exocrine apparatus, in a kind of reduction of diameter of an acinus, hypotrophy of exocrine cells and augmentations of a nuclei-cytoplasm index, and also population reduction в - cells against reduction of their functional activity.

Time-dependent thermal effects in GRB afterglows

Abstract: Time-dependent thermal effects should accompany standard non-thermal afterglows of GRB when gamma-rays pass through inhomogeneous surroundings of the GRB site. Thermal relaxation of an optically thin plasma is calculated using time-dependent collisional ionization of the plasma ion species. X-ray emission lines are similar to those found in the fading X-ray afterglow of GRB 011211. Thermal relaxation of clouds or shells around the GRB site could also contribute to the varying late optical GRB afterglows, such as in GRB021004 and GRB030329.

Abstract: Time-dependent thermal X-ray spectra are calculated from physically plausible conditions around GRB. It is shown that account for time-dependent ionization processes strongly affects the observed spectra of hot rarefied plasma. These calculations may provide an alternative explanation to the observed X-ray lines of early GRBs afterglows (such as GRB 011211). Our technique will allow one to obtain independent constraints on the GRB collimation angle and on the clumpiness of circumstellar matter.

Abstract: The title compound, C27H29NO11, is a product of the tandem `domino' Diels–Alder reaction. The molecule comprises a fused hexacyclic system containing four five-membered rings (two dihydrofuran and two tetrahydrofuran) in the usual envelope conformations and two six-membered rings (tetrahydropyridinone and piperidine) adopting slightly flattened boat and chair conformations, respectively. The dispositions of the carboxylate substituents relative to each other are determined by both steric reasons and intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonding and attractive antiparallel C=O...C=O interactions [C...O = 2.995 (2) ].
The use of a new approach to prevention and therapy of acute arterial hypertension with complex of well-known drugs with vegetable glycosides (experimental study)

Abstract: Aim. To evaluate antihypertensive efficacy of nifedipine (N) and nifedipine complex (NC) in acute test in rats with adrenaline model of arterial hypertension.Material and methods. N is a conventional short acting formulation while NC is a new formulation of nifedipine in complex with glycyrrhizic acid. NC has an active substance 10 times less than N does in the same dose. Adrenaline which results in two times increase in blood pressure (BP) during 4 min was administered as a single i.v. dose (0,03 mg/kg) to normotensive unconscious male rats (body weight 190-220 g). NC and N were administered in the same dose (3,5 mg/kg) before and after adrenaline administration. Systolic BP recovering time was assessed. BP level was measured with direct method in carotid artery.Results. NC and N decreased in systolic BP in normotensive rats by 26 and 30% respectively. NC and N administered before adrenaline administration resulted in systolic BP recovering time reduction to 94,4 and 79,7 s respectively, which are less than this in control (204,8 s, р<0,001). Difference in time between NC and N is not significant (p<0,1). NC and N administered after adrenaline administration resulted in systolic BP recovering time reduction to 104,7 and 139 s respectively, which are also less than this in control (204,8 s, р<0,001). Difference in time between NC and N in this model is also not significant (p<0,1).Conclusion. NC with contents of active substance 10 times less than in N showed antihypertensive efficacy similar with this in N. NC can be used for prevention and therapy of acute arterial hypertension.
Problems of interaction between clinical facilities and morphologic departments in cases when lymphoproliferative disorders are suspected

Abstract: The most important points of pathomorphologic investigation must be taken care in cases when lymphoproliferative disorders are suspected discussed. Attention is paid to clinical research, appointment card filling, quantity of biopsy material and its histological processing. Diagnostic conditions of routine histology and immunophenotyping were determined. It was concluded, that final pathomorphologic diagnosis of lymphoma according to WHO Classification of tumours of haematopoietic and hymphoid tissues 2008 is feasible only due to close interactions between clinical facilities and morphologic departments which, as result, lead to appropriate treatment.
