Abstract: Through the women's gymnastics team competition schedule regulation and known data analysis, reasonable lists the objective function and the constraint condition, in each of the player each individual score according to the most pessimistic and each individual score according to the mean value estimation of two cases, with the team total maximum as the goal, with constraint conditions, established to 0-1 integer planning as the core of the mathematical model, at last gives a very good under different circumstances of the line-up the best solution and to win, scoring foreground undertook comprehensive estimation. The model not only can well solve the optimal lineup problem of arrangement of athletes, but also extended to the lives of many aspects, has certain promotion value.
Uniform Information Service Interoperation Framework among Heterogeneous Grids

Abstract: Currently there is no practical standard for grid middleware, most of the grid platforms are built by their own, and it’s not easy to interoperate these grid platforms. Information service is one of the key components of the service oriented grid system, and information service interoperation among heterogeneous grids is the first step towards grid interoperation. Existing grid interoperability projects mainly focus on immediate bridge mechanisms, which is intricate and of poor scalability. To address the issues, a uniform information service interoperation framework (UISIF) is proposed in the paper, which is based on the idea of mediated bridge mechanisms, and adopts virtual layer and plug-in technology. There are two well-established grid systems in China, ChinaGrid and China National Grid, and they are built with two different grid middleware, CGSP and VEGA. With UISIF, these two grid systems make information service interoperation a reality without changing the codes of current grid systems. The experiments also show that the information service interoperation has low information querying latency and high accuracy; Moreover, UISIF has good scalability based on hierarchical architecture, virtual layer and plug-in technology.
Discriminative Motif Discovery via Simulated Evolution and Random Under-Sampling

Abstract: Conserved motifs in biological sequences are closely related to their structure and functions. Recently, discriminative motif discovery methods have attracted more and more attention. However, little attention has been devoted to the data imbalance problem, which is one of the main reasons affecting the performance of the discriminative models. In this article, a simulated evolution method is applied to solve the multi-class imbalance problem at the stage of data preprocessing, and at the stage of Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) training, a random under-sampling method is introduced for the imbalance between the positive and negative datasets. It is shown that, in the task of discovering targeting motifs of nine subcellular compartments, the motifs found by our method are more conserved than the methods without considering data imbalance problem and recover the most known targeting motifs from Minimotif Miner and InterPro. Meanwhile, we use the found motifs to predict protein subcellular localization and achieve higher prediction precision and recall for the minority classes.
Scheme for the implementation of optimal cloning of arbitrary single particle atomic state into two photonic states

Abstract: We present a feasible scheme to implement the $1 \to 2$ optimal cloning of arbitrary single particle atomic state into two photonic states, which is important for applications in long distance quantum communication. Our scheme also realizes the tele-NOT gate of one atom to the other distant atom trapped in another cavity. The scheme is based on the adiabatic passage and the polarization measurement. It is robust against a number of practical noises such as the violation of the Lamb-Dicke condition, spontaneous emission and detection inefficiency.
Avian magnetoreception model realized by coupling magnetite-based mechanism with radical-pair-based mechanism

Abstract: Many animal species were verified to use geomagnetic field for their navigation, but the biophysical mechanism of magnetoreception has remained enigmatic. This paper presents a special biophysical model that consists of magnetite-based and radical-pair-based mechanisms for avian magnetoreception. The amplitude of the resultant magnetic field around the magnetic particles corresponds to the geomagnetic field direction and affects the yield of singlet/triplet state products in the radical-pair reactions. Therefore, in the proposed model, the singlet/triplet state product yields are related to the geomagnetic field information for orientational detection. The resultant magnetic fields corresponding to two materials with different magnetic properties were analyzed under different geomagnetic field directions. The results showed that ferromagnetic particles in organisms can provide more significant changes in singlet state products than superparamagnetic particles, and the period of variation for the singlet state products with an included angle in the geomagnetic field is approximately 180{\deg} when the magnetic particles are ferromagnetic materials, consistent with the experimental results obtained from avian magnetic compass. Further, the calculated results of the singlet state products in a reception plane showed that the proposed model can explain the avian magnetoreception mechanism with an inclination compass.

Abstract:

A silicon carbide (SiC) vertical channel junction field effect transistor (VJFET) was fabricated based on in-house SiC epitaxial wafer with trenched and implanted method. Its forward drain current is in excess of 3.12 A (170 W/cm2) with a current gain of ID/IG = 19746 at gate bias VG = 3 V and drain bias VD = 5.5 V. The SiC VJFET device’s related specific on-resistance 54 mΩ·cm2. The BV gain is 250 V with Vg from -10 V to -4 V and is 350 V with Vg from -4 V to -2 V. Self-aligned floating guard rings provide edge termination that blocks 3180V at a gate bias of ?14 V and a drain-current density of 1.53 mA/cm2.

Abstract: A detailed numerical simulation of a shock accelerated heavy gas (SF6) cylinder surrounded by air gas is presented. It is a simplified configuration of the more general shock-accelerated inhomogeneous flows which occur in a wide variety of astrophysical systems. From the snapshots of the time evolution of the gas cylinder, we find that the evolution of the shock accelerated gas cylinder is in some ways similar to the roll-ups of a vortex sheet for both roll up into a spiral and fall into a self-similar behavior. The systemic and meaningful analyses of the negative circulation, the center of vorticity and the vortex spacing are in a good agreement with results obtained from the prediction of vorticity dynamics. Unlike the mixing zone width in single-mode or multi-mode Richtmyer-Meshkov instability which doesn’t exist, a single power law of time owing to the bubble and spike fronts follow a power law of tθ with different power exponents, the normalized length of the shock accelerated gas cylinder follows a single power law with θ = 0.43 in its self-similar regime obtained from the numerical results.

Abstract:
A novel modified four path method (FPM) is presented for calculating coupling field of super-low altitude aircraft target. Based on the hybrid method PO + MEC (Physical Optics and Method of Equivalent Currents), the antenna radiation pattern is introduced to consider the multipath interference from side lobe of seeker. The modified FPM is used to calculate the coupling field from super-low altitude aircraft target above different terrestrial environments. The curves of scattering coefficient are analyzed. The influences of height of target, root mean square (RMS), and incident angle on coupling field characteristics are discussed. The simulation results can be used for reference in detection for super-low altitude target and optimization for radar system.

Abstract: This paper investigates the existence of solutions for fractional-order neutral impulsive differential inclusions with nonlocal conditions. Utilizing the fractional calculus and fixed point theorem for multivalued maps, new sufficient conditions are derived for ensuring the existence of solutions. The obtained results improve and generalize some existed results. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of theoretical results.

Abstract: With its completely biodegradable ability, good physical and processing properties, and biocompatability, PHA has become the most attractive alternative to take the place of chemo-plastics and eliminate environmental pollution caused by chemo-plastics. Small-scale commercial production has been realized by bacterial fermentation, but thus produced PHA is too expensive to compete with chemo-plastics. However, it is very prospective to lower biodegradable plastic price by producing PHA in transgenic plants. Presently PHB/PHBV biosynthetic genes have been transferred into plants and expressed, but it is still far away from meeting the demands of commercial production. Enhancing research on the regulation of carbon and fatty acid metabolisms, and their biochemical and molecular mechanisms is the key to achieving this aim.
