Image Watermarking Techniques in Spatial Domain: A Review

Abstract: The rapid growth of digital multimedia technologies brings tremendous attention to the field of digital watermarking. The owner or the distributor of the digital images can insert unique watermark into copies for different customers or receivers, which will be helpful to identify the source of illegal copies. Watermarking embeds a secret message into a cover multimedia data. In media watermarking the secret is usually a copyright notice and the cover a digital image. In digital watermarking, robustness is still a challenging problem if different sets of attacks needed to be tolerated simultaneously. Many algorithms have been developed for check the robustness of images In this paper we are reviewing spatial watermarking technique for digital images like LSB technique, BLOCK based and Secure watermarking techniques.

Hope for Restoration of Dead Valuable Bulls through Cloning Using Donor Somatic Cells Isolated from Cryopreserved Semen

Abstract: Somatic cells were isolated from cryopreserved semen of 4 buffalo bulls, 3 of which had died over 10 years earlier, and were established in culture. The cells expressed cytokeratin-18, keratin and vimentin indicating that they were of epithelial origin. The cells were used as nuclear donors for hand-made cloning for producing buffalo embryos. The blastocyst rate and quality, as indicated by apoptotic index, were comparable among embryos produced using cells obtained from fresh or frozen-thawed semen or those obtained from conventional cell sources such as skin. Examination of the epigenetic status revealed that the global level of H3K27me3 but not that of H3K9/14ac and H4K5ac differed significantly (P<0.05) among cloned embryos from different bulls. The relative mRNA abundance of HDAC1, DNMT1, P53 and CASPASE 3 but not that of DNMT3a differed in cells and in cloned embryos. Following transfer of 24 cloned embryos produced from fresh semen-derived cells to 12 recipients, one calf weighing 55 kg, which is now 6 months of age and is normal, was born through normal parturition. Following transfer of 20 embryos produced from frozen-thawed semen-derived cells to 10 recipients, 2 became pregnant, one of which aborted in the first trimester; the calf born was severely underweight (17 kg), and died 12 h after birth. The ability of cells derived from fresh and frozen-thawed semen to produce live offspring confirms the ability of these cells to be reprogrammed. Our findings pave the way for restoration of highly precious progeny-tested bulls, which has immense economic importance, and can also be used for restoration of endangered species.

Abstract: Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) are developed to help locked-in patients, who lose control of their bodies and are unable to perform simple tasks such as speech, locomotion, and can’t even effectively interact, with their environment. BCI shows promise in allowing these individuals to interact with a computer using EEG. A Brain Computer Interface is a communication system in which messages or commands that an indi-vidual sends to the external world do not pass through the brain’s normal output pathways of peripheral nerves and muscles. A system is created to allow individuals with motor disabili-ties to control the motion of the bed on which they are bedridden via BCI for drug delivery and other activities, with the help of eye motion and changes in the absolute power in alpha rhythms of an EEG signal of the patient.

Abstract: There has been significant increase in use of glass fibre reinforced composites as structural materials in naval mine countermeasure surface ships. Sea mines when detonated emit underwater shock waves, which could impart severe loading to naval ship structure; there are attempts to model the response of a ship structure to this loading. For the model to be accurate & useful material property data determined experimentally by taking different weight percentage of glass fibers (E-300, mat form) with epoxy resin & comparison with fly ash reinforced composite. Specimens in the form of cube of size 10X10X10 (mm’s) are used & results are presented. Fracture behaviour of composite can also be studied using SEM. SEM analysis is done to observe distribution of fly ash particles in matrix, resin fly ash interface, glass fibre matrix interface, glass fibre distribution etc,.
Intimate Partnership Formation and Intergenerational Relationships among Ethnic Minority Youth in Denmark

Abstract: This article is based on a research project drawing upon in-depth qualitative interviews (N=61) and data from a survey (N=628) of young people and parents belonging to the five largest ethnic minority groups in Denmark. The theoretical framework combines conceptualisations about conflict and the family with theories about modernisation/individualisation and discrimination effects. The dominating tendencies in the inter-generational relationships between young people and their parents on the subject of the young people’s intimate partnership formation are analysed and discussed. The ethic minority youth and parents’ reflections on the ethnic majority partnership formation patterns are delineated. The analyses indicate that relationships between young people and parents on the issue of intimate partnership formation can be cooperative or in opposition. This is contrary to the widespread discourse about serious conflicts between generations. Thus the article criticises the reductionistic conception of partnership formation being a question of either-or processes, i.e. own choice or parental choice, and appeals for broad concepts which include both-and processes, i.e. own choice and parental accept.

Abstract: Code of practice is dangerous and ever-changing in today′s world. Relating this to complete denture impression technique, we have been provided with a set of philosophies - "no pressure, minimal pressure, definite pressure and selective pressure". The objectives and principles of impression-making have been clearly defined. Do you think any philosophy can satisfy any operator to work on these principles and achieve these objectives? These philosophies take into consideration only the tissue part and not the complete basal seat, which comprises the periphery, the tissues and the bone structure. Under such circumstances, should we consider a code of practice dangerous or should we develop an evidence-based approach having a scientific background following certain principles, providing the flexibility to adapt to clinical procedures and to normal biological variations in patients rather than the rigidity imposed by strict laws?

Also, if a client computer needs to relocate toanother part of the office then all you need to do is movethe machine with the wireless network card [1].

Abstract: Project assigning is a major decision for any software organization like IT companies to their developer employees. The uncertain domain of assessment has been in need of a reliable and consistent system to help simplify the decision making process. Logic rules provides a completely different, unorthodox way to approach a control problem. This method focuses on what the system should do rather than trying to understand how it works. One can concentrate on solving the problem rather than trying to model the system mathematically,if that is even possible. This almost invariably leads to quicker, cheaper solutions. This research work will help in analysis assign project to a developer according to different factors like reliability,his hardware interaction, programming level,configuration etc the decision factor helps in making decision above how to select accurate developer for the project. Using the algorithm has been defined, new rules defined,according to different rules added and take average decision based on data collected by different categories of the employees.
A NEW APPROACH FOR MOOD DETECTION VIA USING PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS AND FISHERFACE ALGORITHM

Abstract: Natural facial expressions commonly occur in social interactions between people, and are useful for providing an emotional context for the interaction, and for communicating social intentions. This paper depicts an idea regarding detecting an unknown human face from input imagery and recognise his/her current mood. The objective of this paper is that psychological state giving information about some disorders helpful with diagnosis of depression, mania or schizophrenia. The elimination of errors due to reflections in the image has not been implemented but the algorithms used in this paper are computationally efficient to resolve errors. In this paper we have accepted five different moods to be recognized are: Joy, Fear, Contempt, Sad, Disgust and Astonished. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is implemented with Fisher face Algorithm to recognize different moods.The main part of this paper is an emotional database which will contain images of faces, their corresponding Action Units and their labels. The contribution of this database to the problem stated above is that it can be used by systems in order to recognize emotional facial expressions given one of the database data i.e. action units’ combination Keywords--- Feature Extraction, Facial Expression Detection, Principal Component analysis (PCA), Fisher face Algorithm
