A Review of the Effectiveness and Boundary Conditions of Leader Humility  [PDF]

Abstract: In recent years, top-down leadership style such as humility has received widespread attention in academic and practical areas. Although theoretical and empirical studies have shown that the humble leadership has a positive impact, it lacks systematic review of its mechanism and the research about boundary conditions of its positive impact. The article begins with a brief overview of the research status of humble leaders, and then combs the study of the boundary conditions of the humble leadership when it comes to individual and group levels. Finally, the future research is proposed.

Abstract:
The plastic cement belongs to a sort of polymer material, the chemical composition is very complex, and the plastic cement work-piece is generally manufactured by die press forming. Aimed at being difficult to control in parameters of forming process, the paper explored the humanoid based intelligence control strategy. In the paper, it made the anatomy in control puzzle resulted in uncertainty such as chemical component of plastic cement etc., summarized up the characteristic of cybernetics in forming process, researched on the humanoid based intelligence control strategy, and constructed the control algorithm of forming process in plastic cement work-piece. Taking the process experiment of temperature and pressure control as an example, it validated the good dynamic and static control quality through simulation of control algorithm constructed in this paper. The experimental results show that the control algorithm explored in this paper is reasonably available.

Abstract: Based on statistical analysis on the situation of casing damage and water injection pressure in Pubei Oilfield, it shows that the main forms of casing damage in Pubei Oilfield are deformation and dislocation. Dip angle and faults have a significant impact on casing damage and casing damage is closely related to water injection pressure. Through laboratory simulating experiment and theoretical calculation, the formula of critical injection pressure giving rise to casing damage is obtained and the preventive measures are drafted.
Evaluation of Thixotropic Models for Waxy Crudes  [PDF]

Abstract: Thixotropy is a great rheological behavior of waxy crudes oils and is of great importance for hydraulic characteristics and security of oil pipeline restart. In this paper, through the experiment of four waxy crudes, three kinds of thixotropic rheology characteristics in the conditions that shear stress decays under a constant shear rate, shear stress decays after shear rate steps up and hysteresis loop of shear rate cycle changes are studied . For eight thixotropic models, experimental data are fitted in the method of least-squares and average deviation is taken as a statistical indicator to evaluate the thixotropic models. It shows that the model with the idea of Cheng that completely reversible and totally irreversible structures both exist in waxy oil products and based on Houska model can describe thixotropic behaviors of waxy crudes most well.
Study on Thixotropic Properties of Waxy Crude Oil Based on Hysteresis Loop Area  [PDF]

Abstract: Thixotropic properties are one of the low temperature rheology behaviors of gelled waxy crudes. In order to study the thixotropic behavior of gelled waxy crudes oil under cyclic loading of linear increasing and decreasing of shear rate, three different types of waxy crude oil were studied ex-perimentally by using MARSIII rheometer. It is found that hysteresis loop area could represent strength of thixotropic properties under that loading. With increasing of the rate of share rate sweep, the area of second hysteresis loop is much smaller than first one and began a slow decline from the third hysteresis loop. Areas of each hysteresis loops were decreased with increasing temperature, but it was different in decline rate—the lower the temperature, the greater the rate of decline. The maximum rate of decrease is the first hysteresis loop with exponential decline, and remaining hysteresis hoops approximately decrease linearly. In addition, based on the experi-mental results an empirical correlation is developed to describe the relationship of hysteresis loop area and rate of share rate sweep.

Abstract: Quantum thermal effect of Weyl neutrinos in a rectilinearly non-uniformly accelerating Kinnersley black hole is investigated by using the generalized tortoise coordinate transformation. The equation that determines the location, the Hawking temperature of the event horizon and the thermal radiation spectrum of neutrinos are derived. Our results show that the location and the temperature of the event horizon depend not only on the time but also on the angle.
Design of Novel UWB Slot Antenna for Bluetooth and UWB Applications

Abstract: In this article, a novel wideband planar monopole antenna for applications in 2.4 GHz Bluetooth and UWB bands is presented and investigated. The low-profile antenna comprises an approximate rectangle patch for covering the UWB band (3.1~10.6 GHz). A lower pass band, 2.4 GHz Bluetooth band (2.4~2.484 GHz), can be realized by adding a pair of U-shaped parasitic strips bilaterally beside the feed line without affecting its UWB behavior. The proposed antenna is designed and built on a FR-4 substrate, with overall size of 18 mm×32 mm. The simulated and measured results are presented and show that the proposed compact antenna has a stable and good radiation patterns across all the relevant bands.
An Advanced Dss-SAR Insar Terrain Height Estimation Approach Based on Baseline Decoupling

Abstract: In the distributed small satellites synthetic aperture radar (DSS-SAR), baseline is usually coupled, that is, along-track baseline and across-track baseline exist simultaneously. However, coupling baseline makes it difficult to distinguish phase differences caused by terrain height and Doppler frequency difference. In SAR interferometry (InSAR) geometric model, across-baseline is necessary to bring interferometric phase to estimate terrain height. Oppositely, along-track baseline will bring extra phase difference and dramatically decrease the accuracy of terrain height estimation. Considering the aforementioned problem, this paper focuses on the study of baseline decoupling of DSS-SAR. We firstly analyze the effect of coupling baseline on terrain height estimation, and then propose the method of baseline decoupling through space projection theory. In order to realize baseline decoupling, equivalent slave satellite, equivalent baseline, and equivalent slant range are defined through projecting slave satellite on range-height plane of master satellite. Furthermore, based on our baseline decoupling, an advanced approach of estimating terrain height is presented, which is more effective than traditional InSAR geometric model. Simulation results illuminate that the baseline decoupling can eliminate along-track baseline effect on terrain height estimation effectively and confirm the validity and efficiency of terrain height estimation approach proposed in this paper.

Abstract: In this study, we present a wavelet-based method for removing noise from images and a Bayesian shrinkage factor was derived to estimate noise-free wavelet coefficients. This method took into account dependencies between wavelet coefficients. The interscale dependencies were measured from the local singularity and a conditional probability model was proposed. The intrascale dependencies were measured from the spatial clustering properties and a prior probability model was used. Based on these models in a Bayesian framework, each coefficient was modified separately. Experimental results demonstrate this method improves the denoising performance and preserves the details of the image.
Analysis of Supply Factors of the Migrant Workers Based on Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation

Abstract: The factors affecting the supply of the migrant workers are very complex, which is difficult to use a specific number to demonstrate due to factors such as different groups of people, different time and different degrees of effect. This paper adopts the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to simulate the main factors affecting the supply of migrant workers including income, cost, expectancy, having a quantitative analysis of their influence on the labor supply of migrant workers.
