Abstract: This thesis will present the research and practice of traffic lights and traffic signs recognition system based on multicore of FPGA. This system consists of four parts as following: the collection of dynamic images, the preprocessing of gray value, the detection of the edges and the patterning and the judgment of the pattern matching. The multiple cores system is consist of three cores. Each core parallels processes the incoming images from camera collection in terms of different colors and graphic elements. The image data read in from the camera works as the sharing data of the three cores.
Energy Level Statistics of the U(5) and O(6) Symmetries in the Interacting Boson Model

Abstract: We study the energy level statistics of the states in U(5) and O(6) dynamical symmetries of the interacting boson model and the high spin states with backbending in U(5) symmetry. In the calculations, the degeneracy resulting from the additional quantum number is eliminated manually. The calculated results indicate that the finite boson number $N$ effect is prominent. When $N$ has a value close to a realistic one, increasing the interaction strength of subgroup O(5) makes the statistics vary from Poisson-type to GOE-type and further recover to Poisson-type. However, in the case of $N \to \infty$, they all tend to be Poisson-type. The fluctuation property of the energy levels with backbending in high spin states in U(5) symmetry involves a signal of shape phase transition between spherical vibration and axial rotation.

Abstract: The program to replace the business tax with a value-added tax has been taken for three years since 2012 and it is a great success. Moreover, the transport industry is not only a basic and ser-vice one, but also a “bridging” institute between social production and consumption, wherefore it turns itself into a focus and forerunner industry of the program. Under the condition of a comprehensive program about business, tax changes to the value-added tax in the overall industry for 2016 (shortened as “program” below). This essay attempts to probe what the program would impact upon the transport industry along with the causes in respect of tax incidence and so forth in the model of DID (Difference-in-Difference model). Based on this, further relevant suggestions and reflections upon improvements and soluble schemes of the policies are going to be proposed.
A Review on Theoretical Development of Vendor-Managed Inventory in Supply Chain  [PDF]

Vendor-managed Inventory (VMI) is a new inventory operation pattern in the supply chain environment, breaking the traditional independent inventory management pattern. It is a kind of cooperative strategies that improving continuously inventory management, which aims at obtaining the lowest cost for both users and suppliers, manages inventory by suppliers under a common agreement, and continuously supervises the implementation of the agreement and amends the content of the agreement. This paper discusses the existing literature of VMI, and reviews the research of VMI from its connotation, theoretical basis and four stages of development, points out the defects and deficiencies, and puts forward suggestions for further research direction.
Effects of Calcination Temperatures on Photocatalytic Activity of Ordered Titanate Nanoribbon/SnO2 Films Fabricated during an EPD Process

Abstract: Ordered titanate nanoribbon (TNR)/SnO2 films were fabricated by electrophoretic deposition (EPD) process using hydrothermally prepared titanate nanoribbon as a precursor. The formation mechanism of ordered TNR film on the fluorine-doped SnO2 coated (FTO) glass was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of calcination temperatures on the phase structure and photocatalytic activity of ordered TNR/SnO2 films were investigated and discussed. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results indicate that the phase transformation of titanate to anatase occurs at 400°C and with increasing calcination temperature, the crystallization of anatase increases. At 600°C, the nanoribbon morphology still hold and the TiO2/SnO2 film exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity due to the good crystallization, unique morphology, and efficient photogenerated charge carriers separation and transfer at the interface of TiO2 and SnO2.
Is an Idea Different from Cake: Can You Have It and Eat It, Too? A Violation of Permanence in Information Consumption

Abstract: One of the basic features of information is permanence. This feature states that the consumption of information by one consumer does not affect the availability of that information to other consumers. We present examples in two studies indicating that both laymen and experts of information exchange may be motivated to make choices that violate the permanence feature in accepting (Study 1) and offering (Study 2) information. When they possess, but have not yet consumed information, people may suffer from the appearance of wastefulness. This apparent wastefulness may provide a potential explanation for the observed violation of the permanence feature. Our findings indicate that, as the material age evolves into the information age, information-exchange behavior has not evolved significantly away from material-exchange behavior.

Abstract: 推导得到气压坐标中的动量叉乘形式的垂直涡度方程,这个动量叉乘形式的涡度方程包含了水平风的平流旋转效应,可称为平流涡度方程.由于水平风场的平流作用可由等压面天气图直观分析得到,因此平流涡度方程可方便用于实际天气分析.对2006年的Bilis台风移动过程中由经典涡度方程和平流涡度方程计算得到的垂直涡度倾向进行对比分析发现,二者计算得到的垂直涡度倾向变化的分布形式接近,但平流涡度方程计算得到的倾向的数值明显大于经典涡度方程的数值,正负涡度倾向区也更集中.对Bilis移动过程中的垂直涡度方程和平流涡度方程中各项的计算分析表明,水平风场的平流旋转作用是Bilis发展移动过程中垂直涡度变化的一个主要因素,是造成垂直涡度增强并发展的主要原因.因此,当水平风场平流旋转效应较强时,平流作用对垂直涡度倾向变化起主导作用,可直接用平流项来近似分析Bilis台风的涡度变化.而平流涡度方程中地转涡度和散度项的变化趋势与Bilis台风的移动路径有较好的一致性,这一项对台风的移动路径预报有更好的指示意义.
Effects of El Ni(n)o,La Ni(n)a and solar activities on the outbreaks of the summer locust in Hebei Province

Abstract: By using the method of laws of catastrophe--the Key Time Method,the relations between sunspot,El Niho as well as La Niha episodes and the outbreaks of summer locust in different ecotype areas,seashore areas and lowland areas in Hebei Province were analyzed. Results show that El Ni ho and La Nina episodes have no influence on the outbreaks of summer locust in two ecotype areas in Hebei Province. El Nino and La Nina episodes affect the outbreaks of summer locust mainly through inducing the weather and climate changes. And the solar activities show no obvious effects on the outbreaks of summer locust in two ecotype areas in Hebei Province also,but there are some differences of outbreaks of summer locust between two ecotype areas in the years of sunspot at a peak value.

Abstract: 以MODIS气溶胶遥感数据与同期AERONET监测数据为基础,应用统计分析、对比分析、时间序列分析等技术手段,研究了北京地区气溶胶的时间变化和空间分布特征.结果表明,气溶胶MODIS遥感反演数据和同期AERONET监测数据吻合较好,Pearson积矩相关系数为0 789,误差为ΔAOT550 = -0.077AOT 0.03.北京地区气溶胶550 nm光学厚度AOT和细粒比η的时间变化规律性明显:夏季以城市污染气溶胶为主,光学厚度最高,且具细粒特征;春季城市污染气溶胶和春季沙尘共存,光学厚度比较高,且粗粒占一定比例;冬季以采暖燃煤气溶胶为主,光学厚度不高,但是粗粒占较大比例;秋季大气清澈,气溶胶平均光学厚度仅为0.34.空间分布方面,主要受植被覆盖和产业结构等因素影响,位于西部北部山区的延庆、密云、怀柔和门头沟区气溶胶的光学厚度低,位于东南部平原地区的昌平、顺义、通县、大兴和房山区气溶胶光学厚度总体较高.
Feature Selection, Classification and Decision in Image Fusion

Abstract: Image fusion has important applications in many military and civil fields such as remote sensing. In this paper, preprocessing and pixel-level fusion techniques are firstly analyzed, and then fusion techniques of feature-level and decisionlevel are emphasized, including feature extraction and selection, classifier design along with decision. Comprehensive analysis and comparisons are given for several typical algorithms in supervised and unsupervised classification. Finally, future directions are prospected in classification and decision of image fusion.
