Abstract: El trabajo analiza las diferentes formas en que actores sociales autodefinidos como judíos se relacionan con las instituciones del campo judaico. Enmarcado en el debate acerca de la revitalización de la ortodoxia, se propone como objetivo dar cuenta de cómo los actores sociales experimentan el espacio de lo judío. De este modo, toma en cuenta a una franja de individuos que se relacionan con la ortodoxia desde posiciones periféricas a las instituciones. Analizando las trayectorias de los actores, se observa que el proceso de revitalización de la ortodoxia puede ser analizado en términos de experiencias de descomunitarización. The paper analyzes the different ways by which relationships between social actors that define themselves as Jews, and institutions of the Jewish Field, take shape. Taking part in the discussion about Orthodoxy revival, its objective is to explain how social actors relate to the Jewish space. In doing so, analyze a group of individuals that relate to Orthodoxy from the institutional periphery. Taking into account the path of the social actors, we can observe that the process of Orthodoxy revival can be analyzed with regard to decomunitarization experiences.

Abstract: the article proposes a reflection in which the interdependence between instances of socialization and individuals can be made present. based on some of the formulations about the sociology of socialization processes, an analysis is conducted with the purpose of apprehending the complex educative dynamics of the current times. is there, and is it possible to actualize empirically, the articulation of the interdependence between the matrices of culture? how should we understand the intricate and conflicting process of construction of the habitus dispositions? identifying a new structuring of the field of socialization, the text seeks a relational perspective between the agencies, in order to apprehend the specificity of the process of construction of the habitus dispositions of the contemporary individual. based on marcel mauss's concept of total social fact, and on latin american anthropologist nestor garcía canclini's concept of hybridism, the article puts forward the hypothesis that the culture of modernity establishes a new socializing practice distinct from the previous historical ones. in this way, the discussion aims at contributing to the studies related to the socializing processes within the institutional and individual spheres, as well as to help in the difficult task of investigating the construction of habitus dispositions on the basis of a careful observation of formative mechanisms and strategies. it therefore extends the reading on the reach and limit of each of the matrices of culture and, simultaneously, makes it possible to peer into the ascending movement of new socializing agencies.

Abstract: within the framework of religious revival that has modified relationships between religion, society, and subjectivity, this paper focuses on the production of body and space, and analyzes the ways of belonging to two different institutions (one judaic and the other neo-pentecostal) in the city of buenos aires. religious space is composed of levels of belonging that go from the hard nucleus to the periphery, passing through intermediate instances that delineate different modes of the subject.

Abstract: this study aims to analyze some aspects of personal and familiar trajectories of students who had not a probable academic success. from poorer ancestry, with low income and low inheritance of scholar culture, the students researched surpassed a universe of students who entered in courses considered as elite from the university of s?o paulo. to undertake this analysis i will use as base pierre bordieu's concept of cultural capital, proposing an interpretative amplification of this concept. bernard lahire's methodological contribution will also have a prominent role in this analysis. i propose to understand the success course of the individuals researched according to lahire's perspectives, although i will not limit the subject only to the aspect between the family instance and the school written by him. to my mind the brazilian contemporary student socializes not only as of interdependence among hybrid references, shaped as of the traditional instances of the education but also through a diffuse system of knowledge and information propagated by the media.

Abstract: the purpose of this article is to reflect on the specificity of the process of socialization and construction of identities of the subjects in the contemporary world. to develop this line of reasoning the text is founded on the idea that the traditional instances of education ? family and school ? share with the mediatic institutions a pedagogical responsibility. by the identification of a new structure in the field of socialization, a relational perspective of analysis is searched between those instances with a view to apprehend the specificity of the process of construction of identity of the subject nowadays. based on norbert elias' concept of configuration, the hypothesis is made that the culture of modernity institutes a new socializing practice, distinct from others in history. the current process of socialization is seen as a plural space of multiple identitory references. that is, modernity is characterized by its supply of a social environment in which the individual finds conditions to assemble a system of references that merges family, school, and mediatic influences (amongst others) into a coherent, albeit hybrid and fragmentary, scheme. in this sense, the specificity of that socialization derives not just from the interdependence of the two traditional instances of education, but also from their interdependence with the media.

Abstract: the objective of this article is to reflect upon the process of socialization from the perspective of the sociology of education. more precisely, to discuss the theory of socialization starting from the relational point of view and articulating the chief current educational agencies. in order to understand better the phenomenon of contemporary socialization, we propose to consider this practice as a total social fact, that is, a social practice lived by a procedural dynamic based on an exchange of goods and symbolic messages between socializing agencies and agents which simultaneously involve all individuals in the task of maintaining the contract and the functioning of social reality. in order to develop this argument, we emphasize two theories of action which discuss the process of socialization: the first refers to pierre bourdieu's theory of habitus and the second to that developed by bernard lahire who, in a critical interpretation of bourdieu, proposes a contemporary reading of socialization, coining the expression plural man.

Abstract: the purpose of this article is to reflect upon the peculiarity of the process of socialisation and the construction of identity of individuals in the contemporary world. to undertake this analysis i make use of norbert elias' concept of configuration, of pierre bourdieu's theory of habitus and of anthony giddens' institutional concept of modernity. the article deals specifically with an interpretation of the concept of habitus, based on the singularity of those social and cultural conditionings experienced by modern societies.

Abstract: the aim of this paper is to look at the contemporary individual's socializing process from the standpoint of the educator, more specifically, from the sociology of education point of view. it deals with the particularity of the socializing process through its contextualization in a new socio-cultural configuration, based on anthony giddens' concept of modernity. it also deals with this phenomenon taking émile durkheim, peter berger, thomas luckmann and, more recently, fran?ois dubet e bernard lahire's contributions, highlighting the limits of classical socialization concepts facing the emergence of a media-boosted culture.

Para empreender essa análise irei me apoiar no conceito de configura o de Norbert Elias, na teoria do habitus de Pierre Bourdieu e na concep o institucional de modernidade de Anthony Giddens. Trata-se especificamente de uma interpreta o do conceito de habitus à luz da especificidade dos condicionamentos sociais e culturais vividos pelas forma es modernas.
