Abstract: Natural products are the source of drug leads from time immemorial. Therapeutically interesting and important drugs has been developed from plant source which are being used in traditional system of medicine. One such plant is Gisekia pharnaceoides Linn. being used in the traditional system for curing various diseases. This review presents the information about Gisekia pharnaceoides (Molluginaceae) and the article includes the ethno botanical, ethno pharmacological, pharmacognostical, phytochemical and pharmacological reviews. The profile presented in this review might be a source for researchers as well as practitioners in their future study.
ANTIPROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY OF ETHANOLIC FLOWER EXTRACT FROM NYMPHAEA PUBESCENS WILLD AGAINST HUMAN CERVICAL AND BREAST CARCINOMA IN VITRO

Abstract: Nymphaea pubescens Willd (Nymphaeaceae) is a fascinating aquatic plant mentioned in siddha system of medicine, in the treatment of bleeding piles, diabetes and as cardiotonic in palpitation of the heart. Nymphaea species was traditionally used for treating cancer. The present study was designed to evaluate the invitro antiproliferative activity of Nymphaea pubescens Willd. The ethanolic extract of different parts such as rhizome, leaf, flower and fruit was subjected for MTT assay. The ethanolic extract of flower part was found to be cytotoxic against human cervical carcinoma Hela cell lines and human breast carcinoma MCF cell lines. The IC50 value of ethanolic flower extract was 91.57μg/ml against Hela cell lines and 99.6μg/ml against MCF-7 cell lines. Significant results were observed thereby justifying the use of plant in the traditional system of medicine.

Abstract: The filariasis is considered as the one of the series health problem for the human beings and animals. This review presents the profiles of in-vitro and in-vivo screening methods for anti-filarial activity and the plants with its filaricidal potency. The profile presented includes information about the details of parasites, biological source, family, isolated phytoconstituents, parts used and availability of the reported plants for its filaricidal action. This review provides the source for the researchers to investigate further and to achieve lead molecules in the search of novel herbal drugs to treat filariasis.
Survey of Secure Multimedia Database Using Public Key Cryptography Method and Optimization Techniques

Abstract: Solving the security issues in multimedia database is important issues in stock market data, consumer behavior data, power consumption data, weather data, and internet based application, content distribution application and medical data emerged as a important solution to provide copyright protection, tamper detection, traitor tracing, maintaining integrity of multimedia data. In earlier existing systems the relational database will be partition, watermarked and directly send to the transmission channel, in these systems while sending relational data from server to client attacker easily copy the data and create same copy of original data. Here there is no security in watermarked relational data. The proposed system before sending the multimedia data it apply the composite partition algorithm, watermark optimization techniques and these data are converting into PDF file format. Encrypt the PDF file using RSA algorithm with Jen’s public key and send it to the client side. In the client side decryption will be done using same algorithm with Jen’s private key to get the original multimedia data and apply the data partition techniques and watermark optimization Techniques. This encryption and decryption technique an attacker copies the data but may not read, insert, delete and update the multimedia data.
EFFECT OF ETHANOLIC AND ETHYLACETATE EXTRACT OF MERREMIA EMARGINATA (BURM.F) IN RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Abstract: The effect of alcoholic and ethyl acetate extracts of the whole plant of Merremia emarginata (Burm. F) Hallier f. on freund’s adjuvant induced arthritis was evaluated. The percentage of yield was found to be 18.7 and 10.6% for alcoholic and ethyl acetate extracts respectively. Both the extracts significantly (p <0.05) decrease the paw thickness at the end of 21 days treatment. Though in acute phase inflammation both of them show the same potency in chronic phase alcoholic extract exhibit more potency than the ethyl acetate extracts. At the end of the studies the alcoholic extract shows more pronounce effect as comparable to ethyl acetate extract. The phytochemical analysis reveals the presence of flavonoids, glycosides, phenols, carbohydrates and proteins in the extracts. This result support the folkore use of this plant against the inflammmatory conditions like arthritis.

Abstract: The plant extract of Dregea volubilis was screened for invitro and exvivo activities. Phytochemicals, chemical compounds that occur naturally in plants, are responsible for color and organoleptic properties, such as deep purple of blue berries and smell of garlic. The term is generally used to refer to those chemicals that may have biological significance but are not established as essential nutrien ts. Hence, medicinal plants have been receiving great attention worldwide researches because of the safe utility. The compounds that are responsible for therapeutic effect are usually the secondary metabolites. Phytochemical screening of the plant revealed the presence of alkaloids, glycos ides etc. In addition the values of percentage extractive and ash values, results of fluorescence analysis and phytochemical data will be helpful for the standardization and quality control of precious indigenous drug. The study scientifically validates the use of plant in tradi tional medicine.

Abstract: Between 23 weeks of gestation and 3 years after birth, CPS- and ASS-protein content in enterocytes was high and then declined to reach adult levels at 5 years. OAT levels declined more gradually, whereas ARG-1 was not expressed. ARG-2 expression increased neonatally to adult levels. Neurons in the enteric plexus strongly expressed ASS, OAT, NOS1 and ARG2, while varicose nerve fibers in the circular layer of the muscularis propria stained for ASS and NOS1 only. The endothelium of small arterioles expressed ASS and NOS3, while their smooth-muscle layer expressed OAT and ARG2.The human small intestine acquires the potential to produce arginine well before fetuses become viable outside the uterus. The perinatal human intestine therefore resembles that of rodents and pigs. Enteral ASS behaves as a typical suckling enzyme because its expression all but disappears in the putative weaning period of human infants.Arginine is a precursor for the synthesis of proteins, creatine, agmatine, and nitric oxide (NO). It further plays an essential role in ammonia and bicarbonate detoxification, and stimulates the secretion of growth hormone, prolactin, insulin, and glucagon. Arginine is also a 'conditionally essential' amino acid, meaning that endogenous arginine production covers metabolic requirements in healthy, unstressed individuals, but becomes an essential amino acid under conditions of increased need, e.g. growth or tissue repair, or in catabolic states such as sepsis and starvation.In the adult, endogenous arginine biosynthesis is an inter-organ 'affair': the net production of citrulline occurs almost exclusively in the enterocytes of the small intestine [1], also in man [2], but absorption of citrulline from the circulation and subsequent biosynthesis of arginine can take place in many tissues [3]. Abstract:

The paper describes the development results on one-dimensional (1D) asymptotic model of the formation kinetics for the objects (clusters) of subnuclear (quark) and subatomic (nuclear) matters. A concept of the objects distribution density wave φ(a, t) in space of sizes a lies in the basis for analytical description of the processes under consideration. The proposed formalism makes it possible to describe in an adequate way the final outcomes of the well-known catastrophic phenomena in the world of elementary particles. Mass characteristics of different processes of approach to equilibrium in nuclear reactions are calculated.

Проанал зовано вплив дом шок он в зал за кобальту на х м чний склад отриманих зразк в Manganese dioxide samples have been prepared by the anode deposition from fluoride containing electrolytes based on manganese sulphate at the presence of additives of iron(II), cobalt(II) ions. Obtained materials were characterised with AAS and DTA. The influence of doping by ions of iron(II) and cobalt(II) on the chemical composition of the samples obtained has been analysed. Numerical Investigations of a New N-body Simulation Method  [PDF]

Abstract: Numerical investigation of a new similarity method (the Aldar-Kose method) for N-body simulations is described. Using this method we have carried out numerical simulations for two tasks: 1) calculation of the temporal behavior of different physical parameters of active galactic nuclei (AGN) containing a super massive black hole (SMBH), an accretion disk, and a compact stellar cluster; 2) calculation of the stellar capture rate to the central SMBH without accretion disk. The calculations show good perspectives for applications of the similarity method to optimize the evolution model calculations of large stellar systems and of AGN.
