Relación de la cultura física terapéutica con determinadas categorías filosóficas The relationship between therapeutical physical exercises and some philosophical categories
To carry out this research paper, some dialectical categories related to therapeutic physical exercises were analyzed from a critical reflection about the current criteria of modern life where the advances of science and technology submit human being to an almost total state of hypokinesis that affects health conditions, increasing the risk of suffering from degenerative and chronic non-contagious pathologies. Knowing the importance of the therapeutic exercises in the proper use of free time and the effect of these exercises on the changes of the life-styles, a study taking into consideration philosophical categories and biomedical view points was conducted to demonstrate that the ways of life and the life-styles can influence the quality of life apart from society and level of life. Way and level of life are not determining as life-styles are. Therapeutic Physical Exercises take different variants according to socio-economic formations.

El paciente neuroquirúrgico grave: Actuación de enfermería
Rodríguez Hernández,lyemai;
Enfermería Global , 2011, DOI: 10.4321/S1695-61412011000100012
Abstract: the neurosurgical and neurological patients are particularly different from most other surgical patients. the brain has a limited response to injury and these responses occur in a compartment rigid, inflexible. slight changes in blood pressure or temperature, which are easily tolerated by most patients can cause the destruction of a variable number of neurons in the neurosurgical and make the difference between a complete neurological recovery or a serious neurological deficit. in the icu there is no better monitor the watchful eyes of the nurse. these observations are transcendent to evaluate the progress of intracranial complications, continuous auxiliary assistance and expert after surgery is vital to reducing the morbidity of many brain surgeries. from the above we intend to highlight the importance of continuous observation by nursing staff, this type of patient contributing to the early detection of complications that may arise.
Rodríguez Hernández,lyemai;
Enfermería Global , 2011, DOI: 10.4321/S1695-61412011000200003
Abstract: gastrointestinal bleeding (ugb) is a common medical-surgical emergency with high morbidity and mortality, and represents the main emergency in gastroenterology. nursing care, like all functions based on interpersonal relationships and the technical-scientific domain oriented towards understanding each other in the environment in which it operates, is has an important role in prevention, cure and rehabilitation of the person in the health-disease process. the present study aims to identify risk factors that increase morbidity along with the treatments used and to document nursing care. we performed a retrospective study with case-control design at the hospital general calixto garcia in the period september 2004 to 2008. simple random sampling led to 150 cases -100 for cases and 50 for controls. risk factors associated with morbidity are: larger loss of blood volume corresponds to the total of 75 male patients, for 78.6%, a history of alcohol intake, for 50% followed by the consumption of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatories 33.3%, history of peptic ulcer 32%, followed by diabetes mellitus, and hypertension with 26.6% and 23.3%, respectively. this was clinically manifested as hematemesis, melena in 42.6% and 33.3% for hematemesis alone.in terms of endoscopic results, endoscopic gastric erosive gastritis, 49.3% and 24.6% were the most appreciated. the medical and endoscopic treatment were the most used, showing a mortality of 2.6%. nursing care is of vital importance for the management of these patients. nursing assessment is based on patient observation, questioning and identification of hemodynamic effects. action is to be quick and efficient, without haste, and depending on the patient's condition will establish the nursing care priorities. we conclude that erosive gastritis and clinical manifestation of hematemesis with melena are factors that increase morbidity and mortality. the reduction in mortality of 2.6% is attributed to improvement of endoscopic therapy and
Hernández Rodríguez,Alfonso;
Temas medievales , 2006,
Abstract: this article starts with an analysis of the assumption that during the carolingian period biblical exegesis responded not only to the internal logic of the scriptures, but that it also reflected the historical frame within which the exegeses were produced. following this method the author arrives at the meaning of the word heresy as used by haymon d' auxerre in his commentary to oseas, explaining it in the light of the theological and political discussions which took place around the middle of the ninth century in the monastic world of the carolingian empire.
Hernández Rodríguez,Alfonso;
Temas medievales , 2007,
Abstract: at the start of the tenth century odo of cluny wrote the biography of count gerard of aurillac, a carolingian nobleman who had died at the end of the previous century. the text outlines a model of holiness for laymen -noblemen- which combines life in this world while obeying at the same time an ethic based on monastic principles. the purpose of the article is to point out relationships between lay holiness of monastic inspiration with possible apocalyptical fear.
Hernández Rodríguez, Alfonso;
La ventana. Revista de estudios de género , 2011,
Abstract: the sexual division of labor provides spaces for and has a different effect on men and women, guides their roles, pervades the career choice, and more, leaving its mark on both as an extension of gender roles. this paper inquires, from the gender perspective, if men have disadvantages or advantages when working in a job considered "female", sexual segregation at work, and the symbolic burden that the body and masculinity possess as a privilege, a result of the socalled "patriarchal dividend". in the case of male nurses, by occupying a sexed space where "they don't belong" they face social sanctions, according to the gender regime established, but the fact that being males also gives them a position of privilege above that social sanction.
Iconoclasmo e iconodulia entre oriente y occidente (siglos VIII-IX)
Hernández Rodríguez,Alfonso;
Byzantion nea hellás , 2011, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-84712011000100004
Abstract: the following paper deals with the reception in the carolingian west of the byzantine iconoclast crisis. it considers the way both christianities dealed with the problem that images presented to religious practices and the political consequences of iconic worship. the paper also states that during the viii and ix centuries the iconoclast crisis allowed the emergence of a self conscious latin christian tradition. consequently it was the moment that showed the beginning of two differing ways of christian piety and the alienation of one towards the other. western christianity focused its religion practice in church building and the idea of sacrality in the eucharistic rite. the oriental church, moreovers, centered its practices and theology on icon worship.
Fast Most Similar Neighbor (MSN) classifiers for Mixed Data
Hernández Rodríguez, Selene;
Computación y Sistemas , 2010,
Abstract: the k nearest neighbor (k-nn) classifier has been extensively used in pattern recognition because of its simplicity and its good performance. however, in large datasets applications, the exhaustive k-nn classifier becomes impractical. therefore, many fast k-nn classifiers have been developed; most of them rely on metric properties (usually the triangle inequality) to reduce the number of prototype comparisons. hence, the existing fast k-nn classifiers are applicable only when the comparison function is a metric (commonly for numerical data). however, in some sciences such as medicine, geology, sociology, etc., the prototypes are usually described by qualitative and quantitative features (mixed data). in these cases, the comparison function does not necessarily satisfy metric properties. for this reason, it is important to develop fast k most similar neighbor (k-msn) classifiers for mixed data, which use non metric comparisons functions. in this thesis, four fast k-msn classifiers, following the most successful approaches, are proposed. the experiments over different datasets show that the proposed classifiers significantly reduce the number of prototype comparisons.
Hernández Rodríguez, Rogelio;
Política y gobierno , 2009,
Abstract: the disputed presidential elections of 2006 moved the pri to third place of preferences. while there was a deep polarization between the parties of left and right, and errors in the pri 's campaign, it is also possible to find another cause in the process of choosing the candidate roberto madrazo. this paper reconstructs the nomination process of 2005, as well as the historical and short-term conditions that made it possible, the internal confrontations and recomposition of interests of political groups in the pri, which allowed, for the first time in the history of this party, to make its leader a presidential candidate.
