Based on combination of L2TP and IPSec VPN security technology research

Abstract: This report is written to provide a method of building secure VPN by combination of L2TP and IPSec in order to meet the requirements of secure transmission of data and improve the VPN security technology. It remedies the secured short comes of L2TP Tunneling Protocol Tunneling Protocol and IPSec security. Simulation and analysis show that the construction method can improve the security of data transmission, and the simulation results of VPN is valuable for security professionals to refer.
The Research of TRIP Protocol Based on Soft-switching Technology

Abstract: This article makes a comparison through the TRIP agreement in different soft switching network, we find that the TRIP protocol in the improved network performs better than the old, and the performance of the network topology changes very sensitive, it fully describes that the TRIP agreement mechanism is adapt to the improved soft-switching networks, it is so necessary to improve the original soft-switching network that it can better adapt to changes in network topology, achieve the separation of business and control, and ultimately replace traditional switches. Simulation and analysis show that the TRIP agreement allows the next generation network soft-switch technology more scientific and perfect. This next generation network research simulation results of practical reference for staff.

Abstract: 摘要: 从岩石光谱出发,结合光谱谱带强度特征和光谱波形特征,针对机载热红外高光谱数据(TASI),在以往算法基础上,提出一种改进的算法——光谱离散能级波形匹配法(SDEM),并将其运用到岩性分类研究中。SDEM算法能识别岩石光谱间的微小差异,并在充分考虑光谱谱带强度和波形特征的同时,有效减弱数据噪声。与传统的岩性分类方法——高光谱角度制图法(SAM)相比,改进的算法能更精确地区分岩石相似光谱,识别易混淆岩性,对出现“异物同谱”现象的岩石也具有更好的区分能力。将SDEM、SAM方法应用于甘肃柳园地区TASI数据岩性分类研究中,可看出SDEM方法能识别出SAM未识别或识别错误的岩性。通过研究区野外查证,可知SDEM方法所得岩性分类结果更符合岩石实际分布情况。可见光谱离散能级波形匹配法具有较好的岩性分类效果,能更好地区分地物。
Abstract: Feature spectral characteristics are the base of hyperspectral remote sensing technology. Based on rock spectral characteristics, for the purpose of classifying lithology by using Thermal Infrared Airborne Hyperspectral Imager (TASI) data, an improved lithological classification algorithm-spectral divergence energy-level matching (SDEM)-is presented in this paper. SDEM can identify tiny differences between any two different spectra. Also, this method takes both spectral band intensity and spectral waveform into account, and can effectively reduce the impact of image noises. Compared with the traditional lithological classification method-high spectral angle mapping (SAM), the improved algorithm can distinguish those similar but different spectra more precisely, and can identify those easily confused lithology. This method is also good at distinguishing the lithology known as “different features with similar spectra”. Using the TASI data of Liuyuan region in Gansu Province, we compared the lithological classification results of SDEM and SAM methods, and found that the SDEM method can identify the lithology that SAM can’t identify or wrongly identified. Abstract: Centrin is a member of the EF-hand super family that plays critical role in the centrosome duplication and separation. To investigate the role of Asp37 in the process of metal-binding and conformational change of ciliate Euplotes octocarinatus centrin (EoCen), the mutant D37K, in which aspartic acid 37 had been replaced by lysine, was first obtained by the site-directed mutagenesis. Then 2-p-toluidinylnaphthalene-6- sulfonate (TNS) was used as a fluorescence probe to detect the conformational change of the protein. The results show that the metal- binding capability of the site I of EoCen was lost by the mutation of Asp37→Lys. In comparison the Tb3+-saturated EoCen, the hydrophobic surface of D37K, which is exposed by the binding of Tb3+, has shrunk sharply, suggesting that Asp37 plays an important role in maintaining the proper conformation of EoCen in the presence of Tb3+. Meanwhile, the conditional binding constants of TNS with Tb3+-loaded EoCen and D37K were obtained, K(Tb3+-EoCen-TNS)=(7.38 ±0.25)×105 M-1 and K(Tb3+-D37K-TNS)=(1.16± 0.05)×106 M-1.

Abstract: Salting-out extraction was used for recovery of lactic acid from fermentation broth.The different hydrophilic organic solvents-inorganic salts systems were investigated for their extraction ability.The results showed that the K2HPO4-methanol and K2HPO4-ethanol systems appeared to be favorable.The partition coefficient and recovery rate of lactic acid reached up to 4.01 and 86.0% for the system of 25%(ω) K2HPO4-26%(ω) methanol,when the concentration of lactic acid was 167 g/L in the broth.For the system of 14%(ω) K2HPO4-30%(ω) ethanol,the partition coefficient and recovery rate of lactic acid reached up to 3.23 and 90.6%.The removal rate of glucose,cells and proteins reached 67.3%,100% and 85.9%,respectively.

Abstract: The separation of 1,3-propanediol from fermentative broth by a combination of ultrafiltration and alcohol precipitation was well investigated. The broth was firstly filtered by ultrafiltration,and 99% of cell,89.4% of protein,and 69% of nucleic acid could be removed. The obtained broth was further condensed by vacuum distillation and alcohol was added. Then,the macromolecular impurities,such as nucleic acids,polysaccharides and proteins,as well as small molecules (inorganic and organic salts) precipitated. The optimal volume ratio of alcohol added to condensed fermentation broth was determined to be 2:1. As a result,protein,nucleic acid and conductivity decreased by 97.4%,89.7%,and 95.8% respectively. The influences of pH and water content in condensed broth on alcohol precipitation were also investigated. It can be found that the lower the water content,the more the impurity removed. 90% of impurities were removed when water content was 1%. The pH value of broth had great effect on precipitation,most impurity precipitated under strong acid or alkaline condition.

Abstract: The progressive fine granularity scalable (PFGS) coding is a promising technique for streaming video applications due to its much higher coding efficiency than the FGS (Fine Granularity Scalable) coding in MPEG-4 standard. However, since the original PFGS scheme only chooses its reconstructed references as frame-based, it is very difficult to achieve a good trade-off between high coding efficiency and low drifting errors. In this paper, a flexible and effective scheme is presented to control the PFGS coding at macroblock level. Three INTER modes with distinct characteristics are first proposed for the enhancement macroblock coding. One coding mode among them provides a novel method to effectively reduce the drifing errors that may occur at low bit rates. Moreover, a decision-making mechanism based on temporal predictions is developed to choose the optimal coding mode for each enhancement macroblock, which offers a consistent improved performance for sequences with different contents and formats. Furthermore, the proposed control scheme can be easily implemented without any additional computations. The experimental results show that the macroblock-based enhancement layer coding technique technique using the three INTER modes and the proposed decision-making mechanism can effectively reduce the drifting errors at low bit rates, while providing high coding efficiency at moderate or high bit rates.
