Abstract: The prediction accuracy of most current software reliability prediction models is not high. This paper put forward a software reliability prediction model based on AGA-LVQ,which takes advantage of non-linear computing power of the learning vector quantization (LVQ) neural network and parameter optimization capability of the adaptive genetic algorithm (AGA). Firstly,principle components analysis (PCA) preprocessing was used to reduce the dimension of the metrics and remove the redundancy and error data. Secondly, AGA was used to calculate the optimal initial vector weights of the LVQ neural network. Lastly, LVQ neural network was used to do the software reliability prediction experiments. The experiment results indicate that the method has a higher prediction precision than the traditional software reliability prediction model.
Study of Measurement Methodology for Satellite Network Traffic

Abstract: Taking into account the features of satellite networking, solving the measurement for traffic in satellite networks by adopting passive measurement method based on SNMP is studied in this paper. The principle of measurement for network traffic using SNMP is studied firstly. Based on this, a selecting algorithm of nodes monitored is introduced so as to decrease the number of devices monitored and enhance the network performance of measurement for traffic. Finally, the flow chart of application explored in practice and the related experimental results are given. Further calculating or statistical disposing using the results can be processed. Then the distribution and utilization of resources in satellite network can be confirmed and the network can be adjusted to the optimal performance. The whole procedure of measurement for traffic is implemented and real-time exact data and available network management evidence are provided for the implementation of traffic engineering in satellite network.

Abstract: 多播传输所面临的最主要的问题就是提供一种可扩展的拥塞控制机制-既能与TCP传输相适应- 同时能克服网络的异构性,为端到端的网络接收者进行多播数据传递.多速率多播拥塞控制不仅解决了多 播的可扩展性问题,而且提高了异构网络带宽的利用率,在Internet多播应用领域倍受关注.对多速率分层 多播拥塞控制的性能进行了评价后,着重研究了与性能有关的关键问题和解决方法2通过对现有分层多播 拥塞控制的代表性算法进行性能分析和比较-指出了未来的工作方向.  

Abstract: This paper made a systematic analysis on a few of current trust models, provided a new mixed authenticated trust model, and gave a particular frame and function design. Then the study carried out a simulation and property analysis of the new model. The simulation results indicate that the new mixed authentication model can resolve the defaults of the static key mechanism and improve the security of the grid authentication.
An Improved Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Algorithm Based on Random Matrix Theory

Abstract: The combination of random matrix theory and cooperative spectrum sensing is one of the research hotspots of spectrum sensing. However, in multi-cognitive-user circumstance, the general combination algorithm has low detection performance under the case of few cognitive users. In this study, an improved CMME (Cooperation between the Maximum and Minimum Eigenvalue) based cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm was proposed. Through decomposing the signal achieve the goal of increase the number of logical sensed signals. The improved algorithm achieve the target of increasing signal related information. Moreover, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a better perceived performance than classical CMME algorithm.

Abstract: 研究分析了黄淮海平原引黄灌溉的时空分布与增产效益,1990-1995年黄河下游引黄水量为107.8亿m^3,1992-1996年引黄灌溉的增产效益粮食为2650kg/hm^2,棉花为558kg/hm^2,并简析了黄河断流的频率及其影响。1990-1998年洛口站累计断流天数为392d,利津站累计断流天数为859d。提出了水资源私有制地区农业水分管理对策,其中包括不同供水方案对农业生产的影响=粮食生产布局的区域调整与农业水分管理的开源节流措施。

Abstract: In the ages of current network technology, as a new technology, the emergence of mobile agent shows us a wider and wider application prospect in the fields of network technology, such as Network Management, Intelligence Information Retrieval and Electronic Commence and so on. The security is the essence of mobile agent technology. In this paper we analyze the security issues and survey some representative approaches to solve the problem in mobile agent systems. We focus on the issues about the agent's security and propose a master-slave design pattern based security model for mobile agent called SMAP (Secure Mobile Agent Platform). In the end we give an application example to show how to use these.

Abstract: The theory and method of designing radar signal with MAC-sequence-code are systematically studied in this paper. Both theoretic analysis and simulation results show that MAC-sequence is a binary sequence with ideal correlation property and ability of anti-shelter effect. MAC-sequence-coded radar signal is a practical signal with good LPI feature and can be used to measure the distance and velocity unambiguously.

Abstract: QoS is one of the hot points among the network study fields. Currently , because of Low Speed Network (LSN) occupying a very big specific weight among the whole networks, how to provide the real-time services with QoS guarantee for the LSN’s customers becomes an important research concern.. In this paper, a scheduling algorithm called Real time Compensation Deficit RoundRobin (RCDRR) according to the LSN’s characteristics is proposed to be suitable for realtime packets’ transmition, and comparing the RCDRR algorithm with DRR algorithm by using the ns2 software. Experiments and simulation results show that RCDRR scheduling algorithm possesses good fairness,low complexity,and can reduce the queuing delay of realtime packets in LSN.
