Abstract: 用VUV同步辐射辐照在连续的超声射流冷却束中产生的(CH3I)n(n=1,2,3,4)团簇分子,通过测量其光电离及解离电离产生的各种离子的光电离效率(PIE)曲线,获得了(CH3I)n+(n=1,2,3,4)的绝热电离势及各种碎片离子的出现势,估算了有关分子的键能.在CH3I+的PIE曲线上观察到CH3I分子的自电离结构,并对其进行了标识,归属为收敛于CH3I+(2E1/2)态的4组Rydberg系,即ns,npσ,npπ和nd.

Preparation of Antihypertensive Peptide from Hydrolyzing Peanut Protein by Trypsin Covalently Immobilized on Chemically Modified Chitosan-coated Fe3O4 Particles

Abstract: The aim of this study was mainly on apply immobilized trypsin which covalently linked with chemically modified chitosan-coated Fe3O4 particles to producing the antihypertensive peptide by hydrolyzing peanut protein. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize the hydrolysis conditions, including Enzyme/substrate ratio, temperature, pH and time. Results showed that enzyme immobilization technology improved the thermal and pH stability of trypsin. The minimum IC50 value for Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity (0.76 mg/mL) was obtained at the E/S ratio of 3.52, the temperature of 54.65°C, the time of 2.95 h and pH of 8.43, which was agreement with the predicted value (0.77 mg/mL) estimated by RSM within a 95% confidence interval. Moreover, a modest increase in the degree of hydrolysis promoted the ACE inhibitory activity of the hydrolysates, but excessive hydrolysis would lead to a decrease in ACE inhibitory activity.

Abstract: This paper proposes a heuristic state minimization algorithm (HSM2) for finite state machines (FSM). HSM2 focuses on the generation and adjustment of the closed cover. First an initial closed cover is generated by heuristically selecting proper maximal compatibles to satisfy all the covering and closure conditions, and then it is adjusted to be a minimal or near minimal closed cover by heuristically removing repeated states. Experimental results show that the algorithm is faster and obtains better or the same solutions compared with conventional methods.

Abstract: In system-level synthesis, the allocation of resources is always decided by the designer or explored in the outer-most loop. In this paper, a heuristic scheduling algorithm is proposed to find the resource allocation during its running process. It determines the appropriate number of required resource instances based on the system partition in scheduling, and generates the corresponding resource allocation, scheduling and assignment solution. Such an algorithm can simplify the system-level design exploration to a procedure of system partitioning, scheduling and evaluation, and can improve the exploration efficiency. Experimental results show the feasibility and validity of the approach.
