Preparation and Characterization of Mesoporous Iron-Oxide

Abstract: Transition metal oxides are easy to form insoluble oligomer in reaction because of complicated oxidation states, so it is difficult to obtain the desired mesoporous structure. To resolve the problem, mesoporous iron oxide was synthesized by reacting a micellar phase of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) with iron polymer solution which was prepared by controlling the proportion of sodium hydroxide and ferric chloride. Crystal structure and surface structure of the mesoporous iron oxide was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform a2 infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analyse(TGA), Nitrogen adsorptiona2desorption method and so on. The results show that mesoporous | Fe2O3 can be obtained after calcining at 450 ith OH-/Fe3+ ratio of 2.0. Its surface area is 146.5m2 ¤g-1, BJH average diameter is 6.9nm, pore volume is 0.27cm3 ¤g-1. The asa2prepared mesoporous iron oxide has better thermal stability, it still has surface area of 110.2m2 ¤g-1 after calcination at 550

Abstract: 以氢氧化钠和三氯化铁为原料,通过控制碱和铁盐的比例来制备铁的聚合物溶液,然后以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为模板剂制备了介孔氧化铁. 通过X射线粉末衍射、热重分析、红外光谱、氮气吸附脱附方法对不同焙烧温度下样品的晶体结构和表面结构进行表征. 结果显示,OH-/Fe3+摩尔比为2.0,焙烧温度为450℃时,样品完全转化为α-Fe2O3. 制备的介孔氧化铁有较大的表面积(146.5m2·g-1),BJH平均孔径为6.9nm,孔体积为0.27cm3·g-1. 所制备的介孔氧化铁有较好的热稳定性,经550℃高温焙烧表面积仍有110.2 m2·g-1.

Abstract: The projected shell model is applied to the nuclei 186Pb, 188Pb and 190Pb. The low-lying prolate bands of them are calculated and the results are compared with experimental data, the low-lying bandheads of these three nuclei are predicted, the reliability of this prediction is validated when we apply this model to the nucleus 186Hg and it gives a satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
Preliminary Development of an Automated Optical Inspection System for Quality Control of Circular Saw Inserts

Abstract: Circular saw inserts are fundamental and high-value-added cutting tool inserts used for sawing, slot milling, and other related machining processes. In their mass production, sintered blanks are first made by powder metallurgy and then precisely form-ground to generate the geometric shapes and dimensions required for cutting action. In order to ensure quality in the production of circular saw inserts, the defects of sintered blanks and geometric accuracy of semi-products must be inspected before and after the form-grinding process, respectively. To this end, this paper presents the preliminary development of an automated optical inspection (AOI) system for quality control of circular saw inserts. A prototype system was designed and constructed in this study. Image processing procedures were then developed to perform the calibration process of the prototype system, defect detection of the sintered blanks, and geometric measurement of the form-ground semi-products. Experiments were conducted to inspect insert samples and test the feasibility of the developed prototype system. Preliminary experimental results verified the presented prototype system and image processing procedures as being able to inspect certain circular saw inserts for ensuring quality control.
Optimization Combination Genetic Algorithm for Graph Coloring Problem

Abstract: Graph coloring is a NP-Complete problem. In this paper, based on the research result of Matrix genetic operator, inverse and dual combination operator, an optimization combination genetic algorithm is constructed through the inverse and dual combination genetic operator combined with matrix genetic operator to solve Graph Coloring problem. A transform coding between integer and binary is introduced to make good use of the combination operators. Fitness function based on constraint of Graph Coloring problem is designed, and the convergence of algorithm is proved. Better efficiency of the optimization combination genetic algorithm for solving Graph Coloring problem is verified compared with current genetic algorithm.

Abstract: 将角动量投影壳模型应用到84Rb核,对组态为πg9/2νg9/2的正宇称晕带和组态为π(p3/2,f5/2)νg9/2的负宇称晕带理论计算和实验结果进行了比较,特别是对正宇称晕带中的signature反转机理进行了探讨.角动量投影壳模型计算显示正宇称晕带中的signature反转是原子核随自旋增加形状发生变化的信号,其间原子核从低自旋的长椭球通过三轴形变变到高自旋的扁椭球.此外,还确定了此两带的原子核形状.

Abstract: Japan’s victory in the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895 lead to 50 years of colonial rule of Taiwan. The industrial hardware facilities and equipment left behind by the Japanese withdrawal from Taiwan after the World War II (WWII) provided Taiwan with a basis for industrial development. The frequent economic exchanges between Taiwan and Japan economies, even before the Second World War, became stagnant with the withdrawal of Japan from Taiwan after the war. Afterwards, due to the outbreak of the Korean War, a large number of special needs promoted the rapid growth of the Japanese economy, which led to the economic development of Taiwan and other Asian countries. Once again, Taiwan and Japan were economically joined and exchanges became even more active, as compared to the situation before World War II. The success of Taiwan's economic development still cannot escape the trade and economic development model highly dependent on the United States of postwar Asian countries, in particular, foreign capital is a very important factor. Japanese capital, ranking the second place in foreign investments in Taiwan, is one of the indispensable factors. On the other hand, the opening up of the Chinese market has given a great deal of room for cooperation between Taiwanese and Japanese enterprises adept in direct investment.

Abstract: Co1-xZnxFe2O4 nanoparticles, prepared by the polyvinyl alcohol sol--gel method, have been investigated by x-ray diffraction and M?ssbauer spectroscopy. These results are compared with those for the bulk material. The lattice parameters of CoZn ferrite nanoparticles are larger than those of the bulk material. Thermal scanning of M?ssbauer measurement shows that the transition temperatures for nanoparticles are higher than those of the bulk material except for the sample CoFe2O4.
