Abstract: Entrepreneurs manage enterprise strategic decision. Owing to low quality decision,entrepreneurs bring serious problems to the society. The corporate social responsibility has been rising, and it also has influenced the entrepreneurs' decision environment. This paper refines the deep influence factors of  strategic quality and analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial social responsibility on the strategic decision-making. The results show that high cognition and sense of entrepreneurial social responsibilitycan enhance the quality of enterprise strategic decision. So enterprise can get understanding and supporting from stakeholders.

Abstract: Aims: A simple and highly sensitive LC-MS method was used to determine the concentrations of losartan, its major active metabolite E3174 and hydrochlorothiazide in human plasma and pharmacokinetic characteristics and metabolism phenotype observation after administration of losartan tablets and losartan/hydrochlorothiazide combination tablets. Methods: An open, randomized cross-over single-dose study was designed in forty healthy male volunteers, A single-dose of 50 mg losartan tablets or 50 mg losartan/12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide combination tablets was orally given and blood samples were collected at scheduled time. A LC-MS method was established and evaluated for determining the plasma concentrations of losartan, E3174 and hydrochlorothiazide. The pharmacokinetic parameters and characteristic of metabolism phenotypes were calculated and compared via this test. Results: The elimination rate of E3174 (t1/2) was significantly shorter (P < 0.05) and the AUC0–t was lower (P < 0.05) for administration of combination tablets. The rest of pharmacokinetic parameters of losartan and E3174 have no significant differences. Among all subjects, three phenotypes were observed: the poor, the intermediate and the extensive metabolism. Conclusion: It is indicated that the test and reference tablets were bioequivalent, and that hydrochlorothiazide could significantly alter the t1/2, AUC0–t and AUC0–inf of E3174.
Seed Oil of Brucea javanica Induces Apoptotic Death of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Cells via Both the Death Receptors and the Mitochondrial-Related Pathways

Abstract: Seed oil of Brucea javanica (BJO) is extracted from the seeds of herb medicine Brucea javanica (L.), and its emulsion formulation (BJOE) has been used clinically to treat carcinomas for many years in China. The antileukemia potential of BJO was investigated in human acute myeloid leukemia cell lines (AML) U937 and HL-60 in vitro and in a mouse U937 xenograft tumor model. BJO induced AML cell apoptosis through activation of caspase-8 and modulation of apoptosis-related proteins. Meanwhile, the inhibition of survivin and XIAP increased the cytotoxicity of BJO. Consistent with these findings, BJO also increased subG1 phase cells and cause PARP cleavage in AML patients' leukemia cells. In contrast, only weak cytotoxicity of BJO was found in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) of healthy volunteers. Moreover, oleic acid and linoleic acid were found to be the active components of BJO. Our study provided strong evidence for the first time that BJO induced apoptosis of both cultured and primary AML cells. Furthermore, intravenous injection of BJO significantly inhibited U937 tumor growth in the xenograft mouse model. These results suggest that BJO may have a therapeutic role in the treatment of human leukemia. 1. Introduction Seed oil of Brucea javanica (BJO) is extracted from the seeds of Brucea javanica (L.), a traditional herbal medicine, by using circulation extraction method in petroleum ether. Its emulsion formulation, Brucea javanica oil emulsion (BJOE), has been used clinically to treat carcinomas for many years in China; its clinical indications include lung cancer, prostate cancer, and gastrointestinal cancer [1–3]. Previous studies have found that BJO can induce cytotoxic effects through apoptosis induction. It has been reported that BJO induced apoptosis at low concentrations and induced necrosis at higher concentrations [4]. BJO induces apoptosis via downregulating expression of p53, Bcl-2, c-myc in hepatocellular and bladder cells [2, 4] and upregulating expression of Fas in leukemia cells [5]. Moreover, BJO can arrest the cell cycle in G0/G1 phase [6, 7] to inhibit cell growth. It seems that BJO is a potent apoptotic agent to cancer cells. Bargaining Power of Suppliers and Buyers, and Accounting Conservatism—Evidence from Chinese Manufacturing Listed Companies  [PDF]

Abstract: Using the panel data of Chinese manufacturing listed companies from 2003 to 2012, this paper examines the effects of suppliers’ and franchisers’ (buyers’) bargaining power on accounting conservatism. The empirical research proves that there is an inverted U-shape relationship between suppliers’ bargaining power and conditional conservatism, with lower left wing and higher right wing. The relationship between franchisers’ (buyers’) bargaining power and conditional conservatism is not significant. On the contrary, there is a U-shape relationship between suppliers’, franchisers’ (buyers’) bargaining power and unconditional conservatism. The relationship between suppliers’ bargaining power and unconditional conservatism has higher left wing and lower right wing. Our research results explain how strong suppliers and franchisers (buyers) affect companies’ accounting practices in the Chinese context. In the meantime, our results provide support to the contracting explanation for accounting conservatism.
New paleomagnetic result for Ordovician rocks from the Tarim Block, Northwest China and its tectonic implications

Abstract: 本文报道塔里木地块阿克苏—柯坪—巴楚地区奥陶纪古地磁研究新结果.对采自44个采点的灰岩、泥灰岩及泥质砂岩样品的系统岩石磁学和古地磁学研究表明,所有样品可分成两组:第一类样品以赤铁矿和少量磁铁矿为主要载磁矿物,该类样品通常可分离出特征剩磁组分A;第二类样品以磁铁矿为主要载磁矿物,系统退磁揭示出这类样品中存在特征剩磁组分B.特征剩磁组分A分布于绝大多数奥陶纪样品中,具有双极性,但褶皱检验结果为负,推测其可能为新生代重磁化.特征剩磁组分B仅能从少部分中晚奥陶世样品中分离出,但褶皱检验结果为正,且其所对应古地磁极位置(40.7°S,183.3°E,dp/dm=4.8°/6.9°)与塔里木地块古生代中期以来的古地磁极位置显著差别,表明其很可能为岩石形成时期所获得的原生剩磁.古地磁结果表明塔里木地块中晚奥陶世位于南半球中低纬度地区,很可能与扬子地块一起位于冈瓦纳古大陆的边缘;中晚奥陶世之后,塔里木地块通过大幅度北向漂移和顺时针旋转,逐步与冈瓦纳大陆分离、并越过古赤道;至晚石炭世,塔里木地块已到达古亚洲洋构造域的南缘.

Abstract: Vertical seismic profiling (VSP) is a rapidly developing technology. Because VSP offers the possibility to analyze reflected and transmitted seismic waves generated by a source located at the surface and recorded by geophones positioned in a borehole. Compared with surface seismic technology, VSP has a higher S/N ratio and resolution, and its waves' motive and dynamic characteristics are more conspicuous, so it plays an important role in exploration seismology. This paper introduces the simulation and inversion of VSP and gives the prospect of VSP.

Abstract: On the basis of previous research, this study assembled trading data from January 2004 to October 2014 to verify the overreaction in Shanghai stock market. The influence of overreaction decreases with time from 2007 onwards and turns to disappear from 2011. The neuron model with dendritic nonlinearity (NMDN) proposed in this paper fits and predicts the variability of abnormal returns of ill-preforming and well-preforming stocks in the test period. This experiment demonstrates that NMDN possesses high computational ability and succeeds to predict trends in the influence of overreaction.
