Abstract: the impact of technology on administrative processes has improved business strategies (especially regarding the effect of information technology - it), often leading to organisational success. its effectiveness in this environment was thus modelled due to such importance; this paper describes studying a series of models aimed at assessing it, its advantages and disadvantages. a model is proposed involving different aspects for an integral assessment of it effectiveness and considering administrative activities? particular characteristics. this analytical study provides guidelines for identifying it effectiveness in a business environment and current key strategies in technological innovation. this study was based on iso 9126, iso 9001, iso 15939 and iso 25000 standards as well as cobit and cmm standards.

Abstract: the objective of this article is to illustrate that knowledge management is useful, especially in the construction of scenarios within the prospective stage; which is the result of a theoretical research based on bibliographic review of technological prospective and knowledge management contexts. the main results show: first of all, the interrelation between the process of technological prospective and the aspects of knowledge management; and second, the usefulness of knowledge management to construct prospective scenarios.

Abstract: El impacto tecnológico especialmente en la inclusión de la tecnología informática (en adelante TI) en los procesos administrativos ha dinamizado las estrategias empresariales logrando en muchas ocasiones el éxito organizacional, tal ha sido su importancia que se hace necesario estimar un modelo que permita valorar su efectividad en este en-torno. El presente artículo muestra el producto de un estudio sobre una serie de modelos que permiten evaluar la TI, sus ventajas y desventajas; además se propone un modelo que involucra diferentes aspectos que permitan eva-luar la efectividad de las TI de forma integral y considerando las características particulares de las actividades admi-nistrativas. Este estudio analítico proporciona como resultado, en primer lugar, lineamientos necesarios para identi-ficar el grado de efectividad de la TI en el entorno empresarial, y en segundo lugar, estrategias fundamentales den-tro del proceso de innovación tecnológica que coexiste en el momento empresarial; además este estudio se funda-menta en normativas como: ISO 9126, ISO 9001, ISO 15939, ISO 25000 y estándares como el Cobit, CMM, en-tre otros. Abstract: strategic direction supported on the ict the strategic direction should be a continuous process that supports the long-term goals mapped out within companies. this process involves the implementation of a strategic plan that is recognized, understood and accepted by the staff responsible for its implementation. in addition, this plan should take into account the company as a whole and its relationship with the environment; in this regard, information technologies and communications are highly important. the objective of this research and the main expected result is to identify the ict tools that support the strategic management process; in this sense the methodology meets the criteria for basic research as a first theoretical approach.

Abstract: La dirección estratégica debe ser un proceso continuo que apoye los objetivos a largo plazo trazados dentro de las empresas. Este proceso involucra la ejecución de un plan estratégico que sea reconocido, comprendido y aceptado por el personal encargado de ejecutarlo. Además de lo anterior, debe tener en cuenta a la empresa como totalidad y sus relaciones con el entorno, en este sentido, el apoyo en las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones es de vital importancia. El objetivo de esta investigación y el principal resultado esperado es identificar las herramientas TIC que apoyen el proceso de direccionamiento estratégico; para lo cual la cometodología responde a los criterios de una investigación básica, como un primer acercamiento teórico.

Abstract: El objetivo general de este artículo es establecer una metodología apropiada que permita medir el impacto de las TIC en los procesos de ense anza-aprendizaje en la educación superior (Impactic). El contexto de la investigación se centra en facultades de corte humanístico. La construcción de Impactic se encuentra relacionada con la fundamentación, especialmente en el análisis de los modelos pedagógicos, el proceso de inclusión de las TIC en el contexto educativo y el impacto de la tecnología en el ambiente educativo. Este trabalho desenvolve o objetivo geral de estabelecer uma metodologia adequada para medir o impacto das TICs no ensino-aprendizagem no ensino superior (IMPACTIC). O contexto da pesquisa centra-se em faculdades de tipo humanista. A constru o de IMPACTIC fundamenta-se na análise de modelos pedagógicos, o processo de inclus o das TICs no contexto educacional e o impacto da tecnologia no ambiente educacional. Las TIC en el aula: percepciones de los profesores universitarios

Abstract: this article is the result of a study conducted to identify how teachers view the use of information technology (it) in the teaching-learning process, specifically in the case of two universities. the methodology began with an analysis of literature concerning the teacher's opinion, the impact of it and the extent of its use. the information was collected at two universities, through a survey designed to identify the views of teachers. the findings were analyzed by frequency and variable triangulation. essentially, the results show that teachers at the private university view the use of it in a positive light. the opposite is true of the perception of teachers at the public university. this is due to several reasons, which are presented in the analysis. the study concludes by proposing recommendations to improve teachers' view of the use of it in higher education.

Abstract: Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación que tiene como objetivo identificar la percepción del docente frente a la utilización de las TIC dentro del proceso ense anza-aprendizaje, en los casos de dos universidades. La metodología empleada partió del análisis de literatura relacionada con la percepción docente, el impacto de las TIC y su nivel de utilización. Además, se recolectó información en dos universidades, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta que permitiera identificar la opinión de los docentes. El análisis de los resultados se hizo por frecuencia y triangulación de variables. Los principales resultados muestran que los docentes de la universidad privada tienen una percepción favorable ante la utilización de las TIC; en sentido contrario se manifiesta la percepción de los de la universidad oficial. Esto tiene diversas causas, que se presentan en el análisis de información. El estudio concluye proponiendo recomendaciones para mejorar la percepción docente frente a la utilización de las TIC en la educación superior. Este artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa cujo objetivo é identificar a percep o do docente frente ao emprego das TICs no processo ensino-aprendizagem, no caso das universidades. A metodologia aplicada se baseou na análise de literatura relacionada com a percep o do docente, o impacto das TICs e seu nível de aplica o. Além disso, se coletou informa o em duas universidades através de uma pesquisa de opini o para identificar a opini o dos docentes. Na análise dos resultados se utilizou a freqüência e a triangula o de variáveis. Os principais resultados indicam que os docentes da universidade privada têm uma percep o favorável para aplicarem as TICs; enquanto os docentes da universidade pública n o desejam aplicá-las. As diversas causas dessas percep es diferentes se apresentam na análise da informa o. Ao final, o estudo prop e recomenda es para melhorar a aplica o das TICs no ensino superior. Constru o de sentido das express es idiomáticas do inglês como língua estrangeira: uma abordagem da Lingüística Cognitiva

Abstract: A presente investiga o objetiva delinear a rota cognitiva trilhada por falantes brasileiros da língua inglesa quando diante de express es idiomáticas em inglês. Os processos cognitivos postulados por Langacker (1987, 1990, 1991, 1999, 2000), tais como entrincheiramento - chamado de rotiniza o ou automatiza o, sele o, abstra o e perspectiva o, oferecem substrato teórico para este estudo. Fen menos básicos e gerais da Psicologia, essenciais para a linguagem, s o contemplados. De natureza qualitativa, esta pesquisa utilizou a técnica de protocolo verbal - think aloud - e envolveu 9 informantes. Os resultados mostraram o que parece constituir um inventário de ferramentas relacionadas com as opera es cognitivas ativadas na constru o de sentido. This investigation aims at tracking the cognitive route for meaning construction followed by English-speaking Brazilians when they face idiomatic expressions in English. Cognitive processes proposed by Langacker (1987, 1990, 1991, 1999, 2000), such as entrenchment - labeled routinization or automatization, - selection, abstraction and perspectivation provide theoretical ground for the present study. Basic and very general psychological phenomena that are essential to language are addressed. This qualitative research involved the tape-recording of interviews - Think aloud protocol - with 9 Brazilians. Results have shown what seems to be an inventory of resources related to the basic cognitive operations activated in meaning construction.
